Very overpriced for what you get. Nice spacious interior, wifi is good if you can log in, but overall I would skip this franchise place. Try a local one instead.

I definitely like this place for european style of food and delicious coffee. But I’m very upset with the service in this restaurant. Pretty slowly, too long waiting time for order and then for meal, often you could see a dirty tables, unfriendly staff🥲

We dined here numerous times in the past 2 months & our experience was great each time. They were super consistent with each dish & each beverage they served. Their level of service, quality of food & beverages were exceptional. They maintain the place very well and have a lot of very hard working staff. It's the best place around Kata beach to dine. Keep up the great work guys :)

Don’t understand why this place has so good reviews. We ordered something simple for lunch and had to wait 40 minutes to get basic noodles with literally 3 shrimps on top for incredible 300THB. With this money you could get something wayyy better! Don’t get fooled by the fancy look. They put their money into the outer appearance instead of their food and good service. If all you care about are your fancy Insta pics than you can still go.

The Coffee Club is SUCH a good restaurant and coffee shop. We ate here several times during our stay at Kata Beach and were shocked every time at how good the food and drinks were! We tried many different items on the menu including: - signature ice cream coffee - signature ice cream mocha - iced caramel macchiato - espresso passion tonic - iced Ceylon milk tea - lychee rose soda - butterfly pea peach soda - elder flower passion soda - coconut pancake - banoffee pie - mac ‘n cheese ball - classic carbonara - mustard bacon burger …and ALL of this was extremely good! The drinks were some of the best we ever had (coffee was far better than Starbucks and other big coffee chains) especially the sodas, which were unique, fresh, and exactly what you would want after being outside in the hot sun. The pasta was really good as well - much better than any of the pasta the Thai/Indian/pizza places have that you see everywhere in this part of Thailand in tourist areas. And finally, the desserts might be the best things The Coffee Club offers. Easily some of the best we’ve ever had abroad. Just writing this review I want to get them again… Well worth the slightly higher price than other places nearby! Much better ambiance, free WiFi, outlets where you can charge, great AC, and you can even pay with credit card! What more can you want?! Try out this place if you’re in the area!!

A super clean, quick, and delightful coffee and old stop for the Phuket traveler or beach bum. Situated right near the Kata Beach Walking District, this is a wonderful spot to sit back and relax while you grab some refreshments. Highly recommended, and very English friendly.

From the U.S. to Europe to Asia to specifically Phuket… I finally find the coffee shop that suites my taste. I am a VERY picky coffee enthusiast and VERY picky seafood eater. The Coffee Club is now officially my MUST visit every single time I come back to Kata/Karon Phuket. I am staying in Phuket for 3 days and all I can say is that all the 3 days I stayed, I came here everyday for breakfast/brunch. The service was super friendly and helpful. I was greet with smiles all the 3 days. The vibe is very chill.… great for the millennials style like me. The place has both outdoor and indoor seatings. The price is very affordable. The portion is just right. And finally, they have the BEST iced caramel macchiato which is my favorite coffee of all times…. If you don’t like it too sweet, ask them for lightly sweet and they will be more than happy to adjust it because I asked them to adjust the level of sugar the second time I went there and they did it just right. The also have parking in the back, free for the first 2 hours. Final word, MUST TRY….and also their whip cream is THE BEST period.

Have been staying in Phuket for 4 days and visited this place every day. The food is fantastic, all the staff are friendly & the vibes are nice n chill. Definitely recommend all to visit, drinks, meals, desserts all lovely.

Fantastic service. Much better food and service than some place I've been to recently. Unusual delicious Thai breakfast in addition to the usual stuff. Better pay a bit more to eat at a place where staff have hospitality training and understanding of service. Price after conversion is cheaper than in Australia.

I really enjoy this place and meal! I adore Kale Salad here, it’s absolutely delicious! Also I’d like to notice very friendly stuff here. Thanks to Bamban, she served me, very nice girl and speak good English

A really nice situated but relatively expensive coffee bar. The waitingtime for both the coffee as for the bill were exorbitantly long. The coffee however was perfect. I rated the food five star although I didn’t eat there. The food I saw looked delicious and coming from the taste of the coffee I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Walking by and knew my child had been hankering for Pumpkin 🎃 soup..... so in we walked. Ordered our meals with a side of hot chips. I got the plant based pad ka prao. Halloween 🎃 👻 decorations were out too. Enjoyed our meals Recommend 3 stars ☆☆☆

Great food. Bad service. Asked where the bathroom was, was gestured out of the building. Walked all the way around the building before having to come back in and ask. It turns out the bathroom was in the next building. We discovered that neither the ladies nor the gents had any soap, and the ladies had to toilet paper. When I got back to the restaurant I asked to was my hands since there was no soap in the bathroom and I wanted to eat my meal. The guy laughed at me and started chatting to his colleague in Thai before pointing to the sink. Again, I had to ask them for soap. Probably best to avoid this restaurant if you value polite, kind service or soap. To top it all they charged for the service. Will not be returning.

If you have some time to wait for it, the Kao Tom set here makes a big, wonderful breakfast! Everything is well-presented and bursting with flavor, and the staff & atmosphere are lovely and welcoming. This is a pretty and comfortable place to linger.

Even though this is a cafe/club, the food is so much better than most restaurants. The chicken basil rice is the best i've eaten during my short vacay in Phuket. The chocolate cream frappe was darn good as well.

Best place to work at Kata Beach. Very good Coffee & Food. Really good service as well. Just a little expensive for Thailand like basically everything we had in Phuket…

This place is amazing. I spent a-lot of time here for yummy drinks and food and the air con is gold! Love it all. The service is great too. They have the best lemon soda ever!

The food was great, price is affordable (by overseas standard) and Reizo our waitress was the sweetest! She wrote for us our Thai names on a napkin and was very attentive. Would love to come back here again!

We come here for the third year. This coffee was very good before. This year the coffee is not good and the personal was stressed. My caramel macchiato coffee does not have any coffee inside. When i went inside to add one more shot I encountered a angry personal telling me angrily that there is no coffee inside their caramel macchiato . We also ordered a coffee without cream but they delivered it with cream. None of our coffee has coffee inside and Because of personal behavior i give only 1 star

Very good cafe with Western and Thai options. As we came for brunch, we had a breakfast dish and a lunch dish. We had a “Beyond Beef” burger with truffle fries. Delicious! And we ordered waffle fries (a bit oily) and smashed avocado toast and smoked salmon . We also liked this dish. I had the Thai tea which I found had way too much ice and we also had the passionfruit smoothie which was good. In the past when we had been to this chain, I felt it was more child friendly. We got a coloring sheet and crayons and kids plate and cutlery a few years before. This time they gave nothing and we had asked to split the big drink in two for the two young kids. They ignored our request. I would say the service in general was below average.

Great coffee shop to hang out. Good modern design, they also have tables outdoor to enjoy street view of Kata Rd. Coconut milkshake is quite nice, juicy and not sweet at all.

Loved the vibrant and modern atmosphere of this restaurant. The strawberry waffle was awesome. Service was a bit poor, but probably due to a once-off mix up on their side. They have a loyalty app for frequent visitors and a workstation area. Nice additions. Enjoyed a free cappuccino after signing up. Nice!

Slightly overpriced. Saying that it is very good coffee and food with plant based options (vegan friendly with oat milk options). Staff not that friendly or helpful. Expect when you pay your bill to have someone say nothing and stare off into the distance while during the transaction, but hey my caffeine hadn't hit me so I'm not complaining.

So I walked in with my daughter and ordered a choc lava cake which came with strawberry jelly. I asked if she could have fresh strawberries instead. I was charged 30 bhat on top and she was given 1 strawberry. What a joke 😂😂😂 and the staff let’s not go there.. customer service 0.

My experience at the coffee club was awful, my wife’s food came out 30minutes before my daughters (after waiting 30 minutes anyway) 20 minutes after, my food then came out. I saw my waffles sitting in the side and they still didn’t get brought over to me. We left without them as we was bored of waiting. Would not recommend. Tried talking to one lady and she just wasn’t interested, turned her back and walked away. Very rude. Would not recommend. The only good thing about it is the aesthetic of the place.

It’s our favourite place to have a coffee. Enjoy their iced caramel latte and matcha.

Good menu, but tons of time waiting for the order. Staff showing emotional tension about the situation. Ozo mgmt, plz hire one more barista at least.
