Must
read,
especially
for
female
travelers.
You
could
save
250
BHT.
The
entry
to
this
place
comes
with
guidelines
on
appropriate
clothing.
That
would
mean
that
skirts,
dresses
etc.
above
the
knees
or
sleeveless,
off-shoulder,
crop
tops
etc.
don't
qualify
as
appropriate.
It
appeared
to
be
more
stringent
for
women
than
men.
At
the
entry,
a
team
of
2-3
people
would
check
for
clothing
and
will
ask
you
to
buy
a
covering
cloth
i.e.
Sarong,
Shawl
or
both
to
cover
up.
Shawl
is
100
BHT
and
Sarong
is
150
BHT.
I
saw
a
lot
of
tourists
who
seemed
a
bit
unaware
and
hence
had
to
spend
the
money
on
the
spot.
There
is
no
entry
fee
otherwise.
The
place
is
exquisite
and
definitely
worth
visiting.
The
journey
to
this
place
through
country
roads
is
beautiful
and
good
roads
and
scenery
make
it
even
more
enjoyable.
Other
attractions
like
tiger
park
and
elephant
stables
are
on
the
way.
You
could
feed
the
elephants
and
get
some
pictures
clicked.
Dirt
bikes
are
also
available
for
the
adventure
seekers,
some
travelers
were
seen
using
those
for
the
last
few
miles
distance.
The
statue
is
amazing
and
prolific.
The
views
from
the
height
are
exhilarating
and
there
a
couple
of
designated
view
points
for
pictures.
There
is
also
a
7
minute
guided
meditation
available
for
everyone.
I
would
recommend
a
visit
to
this
place,
especially
on
a
self-drive
motorbike
instead
of
vans
as
you
can
then
explore
some
good
cafes
on
the
journey,
like
Art
Cafe.
