Very
enjoyable
day
(May
2022)
at
Red
Mountain,
course
was
in
good
condition
and
the
greens
were
running
true
at
around
10.
It’s
a
good,
interesting
layout
with
holes
varying
in
width
and
length.
Good
course
that
has
severe
undulation
and
topographical
change.
It’s
a
course
that’s
impossible
to
walk
given
some
significant
distances
and
hills
between
holes.
To
me,
golf
is
a
walking
sport
so
this
is
a
negative.
The
caddies
were
very
knowledgeable
and
proactive.
Particularly
in
reading
the
greens
their
experience
shone
through.
The
only
major
downside
honestly
is
the
price.
5500
baht
is
a
lot
for
a
round
of
golf,
with
caddy
tip
and
transfers
on
top
of
that,
it
becomes
a
very
expensive
day
out.
Is
it
worth
it
for
a
once
off
if
you
like
golf
and
are
in
Phuket,
probably
yes.
But
it
wasn’t
a
compelling
or
interesting
enough
course
for
me
to
think
about
coming
back.
Overall
an
interesting
and
enjoyable
day,
but
not
value
for
money
compared
to
the
quality
and
cost
of
courses
we
are
so
privileged
to
have
in
Australia.
