There are many stores selling a vast array of cheap 'non original' clothing, track footwear and bags of all sizes. Plenty of food venders to choose from, with outdoor seating available. Unfortunately the number of 'thatched roof' bars has diminished from previous years. Nun the less, there are a few good ones, and the FAT MAMA BAR is one of the best. Great smiling staff, comparative pricing, sport on TV and your choice of music.

This is a fantastic place to come and relax at night. Filled with bars who serve you with any kind of alcohol you need. If you wanna drink and play snooker almost every bar has a snooker table or two. During the day the place also doubles up as a market where you can buy all sorts of stuff from clothing to shoes to tourist produce. Yes the bars also operate in the day but it’s at night where this place becomes more vibrant and full of tourist here to chill out and have a few drinks. I recommend you visit this place and I’m sure you will find it amusing and also relaxing place to come hangout. Located on road number two and only 500 meters from famous Bangla road and major shopping complex jungcylon.

If you want to get real feel of what it means to be in Phuket and enjoy local delicacies you just cant afford to miss this place. Had memorable experience of street shopping and street food. Local people are very nice, they come across politely and never miss to greet you. Make sure to bargain as much as you can, you can get the best deals here.

If visiting Phuket, OTOP market is one of the places you must experience. A nest of street food and shopping stalls, this place has a lot of things to offer. In vegetarian food you will have limited options but you can get delicious noodles, pancakes, shakes and juices, coconut tikkis, potato fries and cheese pops etc. For meat lovers and seafood lovers, this place is heaven. Many many varieties of seafood and grilled meat. You can also enjoy some drinks at the bars inside. This place also has lot of souvenir shops and clothing shops. You can get everything here. Must explore when in Phuket.

Great spot for some BBQ and street food, although there seems to be at least 2-3 vendors of the same stuff so there is not quite as much variety as it looks. Had chicken and pork skewers from Janny BBQ which were really good, especially the chicken. Also had bbq pork belly from another vendor which was only ok - I recommend staying to watch them cut the section (I walked around after ordering) you want as I ended up with a much more fatty section that I picked... flavour was good but almost no meat. I didn't get sick so I'm happy 😅 I also have seen them cleaning their stalls thoroughly after closing. Recommend coming here for some cheap eats.

A local but very lively spot and a must visit spot when at Patong area. Only 500 meters from the famous Bangla area, the spot operates a variety of markets and bars throughout the day and night. However, the night vibes is really unique and you must visit here once if you're in the area. The bars here serve beer and all sorts of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and you can even refresh yourself with a game of snooker or hammer the nail.

Checkout the House of Pain tattoo shop and The Other Place Bar. The rest of the square is your run of the mill outdoor bars with bar girls waiting on you. The whole place currently goes black at 9pm because of the current pandemic ban of alcohol sales after 9pm.

One of the best mango sticky rice at this little shop. The mango was so fresh and sweet, and the sticky rice was perfectly cooked. It was served with whole cut mango, which was a nice touch. The price was very reasonable, at only 80 Thai baht. The person at the shop was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious and affordable mango sticky rice.

The market is picking up traction as there are not many stalls and visitors. Still worth a visit to explore and support and hopefully more will open soon. The night life activities seem to be very popular and certainly pumping.

This is a cool place. The first part contains lots of stalls where you can purchase food, clothing, of souvenirs. If you walk a little farther, part the food stalls you will come across a ton of mushroom bars of all kinds lined up one after another.

Too many bars to choose from, but my little slice of heaven was the one bungalow called "EnjoyBar" right in the middle of the pathway of OTOP you can play your own choice of muisc and dance the night away. Friendly staff greet you with kindness and just all the people friendly all around. Will always be back there.

Lucky's shop was highly recommended and did not disappoint. Sony gave us some great deals on Jordans bags bwlts and sunnies! His sister Maya's shop is accross from Lucky's and also gave us good deals on clothing. Both very friendly and not pushy like a lot of other vendors.

A Bit expensive as it's near to Bangla street but you get a variety of items here both Halal and Thai.

OTOP Patong Market Phuket promotes locally made products sourced from subdistricts (tambon) throughout Thailand. Its name is an acronym for ‘One Tambon One Product’. The market encourages village communities to improve their products' quality and marketing. A superior product is selected from each tambon to receive formal branding as an OTOP product. Expect plenty of traditional handicrafts, silk garments, cotton products, pottery, fashion accessories, household items and regional food. Highlights of OTOP Patong Market Phuket :- OTOP Patong Market Phuket is on Rat-U-Thit Road, directly opposite Dusit D2 Phuket and Hard Rock Café. The market gets busy when small bars within its compound start to fill up in the late evenings. Stall owners rarely hassle passersby, which you often encounter on Soi Bangla and Beach Road. You can combine a night out of drinking at the (mostly Aussie) bars lining the alleys with some souvenir shopping. There’s a money exchange bureau at the corner of the market on the main road, as well as several ATMs. Along the well-lit alleyways, you’ll find several restaurants, mobile food carts, a designated whiskey shop, and a Black Canyon Coffee outlet.

The food are fresh and delicious. We love different cultures and street food are best I have a red snapper grilled and my husband normally have steamed rice with sweet and sour chicken. Hubby has his beer, I have watermelon smoothie and leave with a large cup of fruit. Thai Street food are the best and the chefs and stall owners and managers are friendly and very attentive. Warm regards from Kayleen and Ernst Gerber from South Africa 🇿🇦

On the face of it this place is amazing. It's chock full of bars proving fun in the way of alcohol, pool tables, dart boards, connect four, nail hammering and more. I couldnt count all the bars, but there must be 30+. Oddly, it's not very busy at all, which baffles me.

An excellent market! My review is specific to a tour booking agency in this vicinity called ‘Phuket 168 Travel’ An amazing person Ms Ing helped us with booking local tours, her suggestions and honest pricing has made our holiday a very memorable experience… keep up the good work and thanks for being such an wonderful person 😊 Location: Diagonally opposite to Hooters

We liked here only the dumplings 🥟, the one with pork and vegetables. The chicken 🍗 looked also ok.

This is a very nice environment. Food stalls are neat and organised, with shared seating. I enjoyed the bar/pub area. The only concern is that at 7pm on a weekend, it was not busy at all. I sincerely hope tourism picks up, and that tourists realize that there is more to Phuket than Thanon Bangla.

Lots of food choice. Friendly people who offcourse try to sell you their food even if they saw you eat at their neighbors. Very nice atmosphere. Lots of things to try and see. Thai burger is recommended (picture) Side note: not every stall has their sanitary standards in order. Be cautious if you are not in good health or are prone to stomach disease.

Big market and full of bars to drink and have fun. But beware of tourists and foreigners, to those who don't know. Because drinking at these bars full of girls can cost you a lot, even just to have a drink with your woman or girlfriend. I took a woman for a drink and a game of billiards. I don't know if the woman agreed with the people in the bar. But the fact is that every time she continually gave her a new drink, all the girls had a drink together and rang the bell. Moral. I got some fruit juice. The woman will have taken 5 or six glasses of wine. But when I asked for the bill, there were dozens and dozens of orders. Total price 3500B. So beware that they pluck them, as well as other places like that. Because this is just a good and good theft, legalized

Good place to buy souvenirs, clothes, electronic items, and many more at affordable price. You can bargain for the things you buy. Too many options. Currently, open on only weekends after Covid. Along with clothes and all there are lot of food options to try. All food items are local thai prepared. Dedicated 3 lane section of food counters available. Food is also cheaper than other restaurants which charge too much for the local food. Must visit place to buy souvenirs and try local thai food.

Quiet night. I think this place is difficult to find for farlang. It is sort of hidden away from the main road. It is situated across the street from Hooters and Hard Rock Cafe. This area has a big potential! I think it can be a success when COVID end and tourist come back again.
