Great beachside location - but not a private beach. The service was great, even though they had a huge corporate party in staff were still attentive and helpful. The resort was amazing - huge! Lots of places to explore and roam around. The shuttle service to the front was helpful too. Pools were good - not too busy. Rooms were great too. Everything you would expect - bed super comfortable and all amenities needed. Some things were just being renovated / updated but there were enough places to eat. Live music in the lobby lounge each night was good, but they do put the prices up a little for “happy hour” so it’s not as much of a bargain as it could be! Small downsides - housekeeping needed to be requested each day and they didn’t seem to sweep the floors at all, we noticed the sand getting worse each day. There was also no light for the balcony which meant we couldn’t use after sunset.

I really liked the hotel - large area, attentive service, delicious and varied breakfast. The hotel has several buildings and four swimming pools, including ones with slides, waterfalls and cascades. You can walk around the territory as if in a park - there are reservoirs (ponds), flower beds, paths and bridges. Fish live in the ponds, we also saw a peacock, herons, squirrels, a snake, roosters and chickens, mynahs fly everywhere - small birds with black, white and brown plumage, slightly smaller than a pigeon.

For a five-star hotel rating, I'd say it's four stars max. While the surroundings are nice, the hotel rooms and buildings are ripe for renovation. Cracks, leaks, noisy air conditioning in the rooms. We only chose breakfast, where the selection was of a high standard. Unfortunately, the whole hotel bears the mark of COVID: almost every other employee is a trainee and hardly anyone speaks proper English. Even the receptionists were not easy to understand. The towels, despite daily laundry, are often stained and seem dirty. The sun beds are great and we liked the pools, however, there were an awful lot of guests who ignored others and listened to music loudly or shouted, "chasing" us into the tranquility zones. We had chosen a bed there and another guest threw our stuff down and usurped the sunbed. These few inconveniences were not handled properly by the staff, which would be essential for this hotel to become a much more superb place.

This hotel was the BEST I've been to when it comes to the service and location of the hotel in Phuket. The staff at the hotel were so pleasant and accommodating with everything to planning our activities, to upgrading our rooms, to impeccable room service, even down to the cleaning staff. Everyone was so nice and warm and it made it a memorable vacation. They have free parking if you have a rental car with a free shuttle that goes around the property, which is helpful when it's hot outside. There are multiple pools on the property and a lovely spa area that sits on its own island within the property that offers amenities like massages, manicure, pedicure, salt body scrubs and more. The services were very affordable. They also had themed night activities on the property where you could try different types of Thai food from around the country. I highly recommend this for families, couples, or even single travelers that want to relax and have a great time. Not to mention that the beach is directly across the street from the hotel and has multiple beach activities like parasailing, boat rentals, and jet skis.

Top notch 5-star facility in Phuket. Highly professional staff and immaculate property. The breakfast and happy hour are great. This was my second time to stay here - both times we were very pleased. Recognition of Hilton status was also excellent, though they treat everyone perfectly. Highly recommended.

Good hospitality and quiet. The building are all outdated and reminiscent if Jurassic Park which coincidentally is the last time it was renovated. Serves a decent buffet breakfast with lots of options and can sit pool side. Not a lot of options beyond taxis in getting to Patong Beach which for all intent and purposes is the main town. If you are looking to walk about, shopping and exploring local foods and night light I'd suggest staying elsewhere. If you are seeking the all inclusive style place for R&R then this is a great option.

Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort- a resort with magnificent buildings and beautiful natural environment. Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort is a five-star resort located in the center of Karon Beach, south of Phuket, with a total of 685 rooms. It consists of three wings (Andaman, Lotus, Saithong), and the rooms on the high floor have full or partial sea view depending on the location , and the lower floor rooms have garden and pool view. Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort boasts a picturesque natural environment with its spacious garden, forest, and lake. The three swimming pools in the resort are large and beautiful, and the two swimming pools have water slides, which are good for family travels with children. The advantages of Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort are spacious rooms, beautiful natural environment, wonderful views, various facilities, and accessibility to Karon Beach. It has an environment that satisfies various types of travel, such as family travel, honeymoon, and couple travel.

The property is definitely showing its age but is well maintained, the rooms are clean and the staff are truly hospitable. This is a large resort with hundreds of rooms and ample facilities to match. If you're looking for something super luxurious or small and boutique, this isn't the place for you. The mature tropical grounds are beautifully maintained and all rooms have views of the mountains or Karon Beach, which is directly across the road. Karon Beach itself is lovely to walk along, with numerous independent operators if you fancy renting a beach chair or water sports equipment. The beach does suffer from the scourge of Asia, although there are efforts to remove the never ending stream of plastic that washes ashore. That's not just a Phuket problem of course. Karon feels like a sleepy beach town, with numerous little bars and restaurants a short distance away (turn left as you leave the hotel facing the beach). Both the prices and the food are good.

The hotel is not new and some parts require restoration. The air con is super loud, we bought air plugs to stand the night. However the hotel age, we have truly enjoyed staying in there. The breakfast is good and plenty of options there, currently two swimming pools are open. The one inside the hotel is definitely more refreshing but the ocean club has better food selection & drinks. Enjoyed both actually. Restaurants are appropriate but the bar makes whole lot of difference with the drinking outside (alcohol quality and bartenders skills). The beach is beautiful and wide. Some fish near the coast however no sunbeds and it’s impossible to be there longer than 15 minutes as no shadow and no beach bar infrastructure. I really enjoy stay in this Hilton Hotel and would come back. Highly recommended for couples with kids which we are not but still keen to be back.

One of the best properties to stay in, when in Phuket. A huge property spread across 70 acres with lush green well maintained gardens and green zones. You could easily spend 2-3 days at the property itself without feeling the need to step out. They have 3 pools, an artificial lake within, tennis n squash court. Though food had been a bit of a problem and I strongly feel they should have more n better options in vegan and vegetarian too. Overall we had a brilliant and comfortable stay.

Rooms are due for a renovation, not very understanding when it comes to people with medical conditions (unprofessional conduct by the manager), room service and hospitality is very slow. That being said the pool and garden views are great. The ocean view rooms have a building in front of most of the rooms so you barely see the ocean. The breakfast quality is that of a 3 star hotel. The only reason I would stay at this hotel is for the pool with the mini waterfall.

Can't recommend this place enough. The staff is amazing and so helpful. The grounds and spa are superb. We also really like the location most tours do hotel pick up and everything else was no more than a 30min bolt ride. The beach was low key and nice.

The best service mind from all staffs, They all concerned even a little detail. Wonderful breakfast, spacious public area. Probably the biggest Hilton in Thailand. We would come back to stay here again without hesitate.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is decent but wouldn’t say it was worth the cost. There are many pools and it’s located right next to the beach and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good but very expensive pp. Staff here are very lovely and friendly and helped us out with anything we needed.

What a fantastic hotel. Managed really well in all areas. Staff are very accommodating and they genuinely care and not just because they are paid to. I can highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. We had a great time and we will be back.

Probably one of the best hotels you can find in Karon and in Phuket in general. It has a big park and 4 swimming pools. Never gives a busy feeling. Breakfast is good, meeting the standards of international chains. Attentive staff, very quiet place ideal for families or couples. A bit old interior design probably from late ‘80s. 5 stars for the value for money, despite the aging structure.

Pros The hotel is spread out to a big area and they have built corners for people to just sit and relax It is right next to a nice beach The staff is very warm and helpful. Meh from reception was really sweet The room we selected has a nice balcony and great view Cons The room could be renovated as the newer decor themes The breakfast was fine but the lunch was really disappointing. It is surprising that such a big hotel have 2-3 veg options It is a bit far from everything else If you want to go and sit near the pool, get a sun bath, have a massage, watch sunset from beach and just stay in resort only, then Hilton is the place for you.

Massive resort with a heap of swimming pools and large grounds in a great position to the beach and many close eateries and shops. We had two rooms. Managed an upgrade (without requesting one), due to plumbing issues in our room. Nice that this was Forth coming without a request. The room upgrade in A Tower was far superior with a more contemporary room than the other which was dated and a long way from the breakfast restaurant. Staff were all nice, but being a big resort it lacks the soul of our earlier accommodation. At first we didn't like it, but over 6 nights the accommodation and it's position grew on us and we really enjoyed our stay. The highlight for me was pools aplenty! Big pools in many locations and some with excellent shade. Good waiter service by the pool throughout the day with reasonable prices.

Only went for their Chinese New Year dinner and show. It was really great. Their staff is amazing compared to much of what we've experienced at other hotels across the island. The buffet was generous, the entertainment was enjoyable. Everything was in balance. Walked around after the event: loved how many of the old trees they preserved and how many water features that they integrated. If only one didn't need to cross the busy to get to the beach.

We returned for a second time. Booked trip at the transport desk to Phi Phi island but were charged over twice the price of booking in town. Also transfer to airport more expensive than arranging local taxi outside the back and driver and car excellent. Beware. Some of the rooms are dated but moved to the B block where the standard rooms were better than the suites we had been given and very comfortable. Wonderful sea view. Good free breakfast as diamond member and use of lounge with free evening cocktails and food.

Came here on a 3D2N sales workshop, meaning that I was able to try out most of the facilities here. The team at the Welcome Centre has the warmest, most genuine smile - definitely the highlight in terms of service here. Room was okay - I stayed at F wing at the far end of the result. Tried 2 times calling the reception to get a shuttle tram service but both went unanswered. On checkout day I managed to get hold of someone but the shuttle never arrived. Never mind then I'll just drag my luggage for 600-700m towards the reception (the compound of the hotel is huge). Food was just okay, nothing to shout about. Got tired of the same stuff after 3 days here. Sails restaurant gets pretty crowded during breakfast and they seemed to be about overwhelmed. Meeting room and halls were good, we even managed to have dinner and karaoke arranged in Arcadia hall during one of the night. Gym was well equipped and Karon beach was just across the road, so you get easy access. Patong is around 15 minutes away and you can easily book a Grab. Overall it was a bit below my expectation given the Hilton brand but it is what it is.

Nice hotel, although a bit old fashioned. The property was enormous and need a few hours to orient. Breakfast was great. Please note that everyday at 8am there is a tsunami siren speaker check with Thailand's national anthem - it is very loud. Other than that, the kids and the family had much fun. Very recommended.

Excellent hotel! Beautiful views around every corner. The lobby staff are so nice and accommodating, too! I definitely recommend this hotel if you want a tropical paradise getaway. The breakfast buffet was great, too! You can sit inside or outside by the pool. There was a nice variety of food to try.

Room was spacious and overseeing the sea, providing a magnificent sunset view. Access to the beach is just a road away. Place has many amenities e.g. tennis courts w equipment and several pools. Staff were excellent. Berm really made us felt at home and helped made our trip to Phuket all so much better! When at Hilton, consider dropping by Eat Grill and Bar just down the road - super good food!

INCREDIBLE. my partner and I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel Itself is massive with 3 pools, a waterfall, a slide, a shuttle train to get you to and from the front gates, Karon beach is across the road, staff are all so helpful and there’s always someone around, breakfast has a wide array of choice, great gym, clean, well kept grounds…I could go on!! My partner and I also got engaged while staying in Phuket and the hotel sorted out a lovely congratulations design in the room and some champagne. Just an amazing stay and a great way to end our holiday. Thankyou to the hotel and staff for making it so special

What a fantastic stay for myself, wife and 18 month old daughter. We had a cot bed in room waiting, reception staff were very helpful in all questions we had, staff from breakfast, lunch, bars. Everyone were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for families, they love kids. I could not fault anything from our stay. Thank you for a great stay, we are coming back in a few weeks.

The hotel is a good place. It is now called Pullman. It is next to the beach. The breakfast is quite rich. The room environment is average. The most important thing is that money was stolen! ! ! I tipped every day and put the cash in the guest room bag. When I left, I discovered that the RMB cash was missing by 1,400. Because we spent Thai baht when we went out, the personal currency was basically untouched and never left the room, and the amount of money was exchanged for Thai baht for the first time. I paid the money, but when I left, I found that a quarter was missing. I left Phuket in anger, and I probably won’t come back again in the future...
