Rude manager(who sits at the counter), he is so much negative and provokes unnecessarily. It's not a single time experience every time I take my son he does that to me and people around. He's not welcoming at all, we ask for balance on the card and while loading the tickets/coupons he doesn't like us to go to him twice, he sounds very reluctant to tell and literally asked me and and son to come later as he did load the tickets won already. Secondly, the facility is almost brand new and already 4 to 5 games are broken. Staff too are so impatient.
