Unprofessional, unfriendly over the phone and face to face in store. I received horrendous customer care from floor staff and was spoken down to and intimated by the male optician in a private room which made me extremely uncomfortable. I have had to move back to Newry Specsavers who are the polar opposite in customer experience. I would advice anyone thinking about going to the Banbridge Specsavers to reconsider.

Fantastic customer service from the girl's in the shop today, Shona and Lucille. They took there time with me and give me a professional check over on my beautiful blue eyes 🤩. I'm extremely excited to get my new glasses, thank you.

Lack of most recent fashion.very Bland colours & style after 18mths of returning and still havnt found it. So I have lost interest & will/have been searching other optical companies. Staff did not give me feel of excited to be doing their job or inspired me to return to possible new range and give me egarness to return.

This is a great opticians, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very thorough and offer a great range of frames. I have found them to offer great customer service and good after care if you have any issues with your glasses.

Walked in for the time of my appointment exactly, and waited for 10 minutes before one of the girl's, that was busy with the customer, asked other staff to come out (who were chatting between each other). The first thing in my greetings was: " you are late it's 10 minutes past your appointment time and you suppose to come 10 minutes earlier. Well, first of all; I booked online as their letter suggested, then confirmation didn't say to come 10 minutes earlier than appointment time, and when I was there on time waiting for 10 minutes to speak to someone, they didn't pay attention to what was going on the floor in the store. Although, the doctor (Wayne), is always nice, polite, and explain everything paying attention to details. Overall, never have need an issue, except this particular time, and wrong attitude from staff on the welcome part of visit.

Great service from staff for both myself and my young daughter. Thorough examination and value for money. The staff are friendly and approachable and there to advise regarding style of frames, special lens coatings etc.

I was due for an eye test and a pair of my reading glasses had broken. I was recommended to go to Specsavers by my husband. Really pleased with their professional and courteous care. I had an eye health check - all good! Bought two pairs of reading glasses as there was a slight change in one eye. Ready in less than a week. Excellent value. Would recommend.

5 stars for the amazing staff in the banbridge branch, my mum and myself have both had appointments in the last week, we were both wearing masks as mum is clinically vulnerable and the staff were not only supportive of this, they also wore masks to make us more comfortable, they were so friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make it a positive experience and the staff all were all happy in their work which makes it a pleasure to be there.
