Shopping centres should be a safe and neutral experience free from political flags. This centre must be the only one in Northern Ireland that has displays of political and inappropriate goods. Do not visit if you do not belong to the immediate local community .

Couldn't find the entrance because it's not on Kennedy Way, Google maps then took me to the rear goods entrance. No spaces on surface parking, and navigating inside wasn't easy either.

I thought the parking was bad. Then I found the underground parking! Sainsbury is good, although busy.

If you're looking for a convenient shopping experience without venturing into the city centre, the Kennedy Shopping Centre in Belfast is a great option. Here are some key features to note: Wide variety of shops, including a large Sainsbury's with a branch of Argos inside, as well as a handy Post Office located within the centre. Mall stalls offering a range of products and services, from photographic prints to eyebrow grooming and delicious smoothies. The top floor houses a cinema and a variety of eateries, perfect for grabbing a bite or catching a movie after a busy day of shopping. The centre also has a bank on site for added convenience. Parking is available underground, which is particularly useful in bad weather, and there are plenty of spaces outside the centre, with a petrol station on site for filling up before heading home. The overall atmosphere of the centre is vibrant, bright and buzzing, providing a genuinely feel-good shopping experience. There are also excellent coffee shops and sports shops, making it an ideal destination for coffee lovers and fitness enthusiasts alike. With all of these features, the Kennedy Shopping Centre is a great place to shop all year round, no matter the weather or the occasion

Great place with lots of facilities. Taking a star off as downstairs toilets have been closed for ages.

Too many people using disabled parking spaces without displaying blue badges in their cars.

Nice wee set of shops. Several shops have closed post COVID, but it appears that parts of it are being repaired and will likely open as new shops in the future.

The Kennedy Centre. Is good however shops are closing making it difficult to buy things. Sainsbury supermarket has a clothes section. The clothes are overpriced and not that great. It has disabled parking and disabled entrances. However places like Costa coffee shop would be a struggle to get the wheelchair in, much less move. I will say most of the staff that work in The Kennedy Centre itself are not helpful. My sister and I have walking problems, the door near where we parked was locked. We actually had to beg security for ten minutes to open it for us. There's some antisocial behaviour, teenagers punching people in the photo booth, setting off fireworks at night when people are going to the cinema, so they can grab their bags. Forget about watching a movie in peace. Kids and teenagers running screaming and talking during it, while the staff do nothing. Being verbally harassed in the post office by someone under the influence of substances, again the staff didn't say or do anything. Notice a pattern here? I certainly have noticed it and been on the receiving end of it.

Great place loved bangta chicken (not sure I spelt it correctly) however, the amusement for me was the Telly tubby (children play area) entertainment. It must be great in there as well he telly tubbies all came out either numb or screaming to stay there, it must be good as these children was prepared to loos their parents to stay there, must borrow a telly tubby and go in to see what's excites them this much, however (can't remember the full name) jungle Monkey, people great job and great mall

O Neills staff very helpful. My daughter had loads of birthday stuff to exchange as all a bit too small. No problems whatsoever. Friendly and attentive service. Was a bit overwhelmed by choice of sports gear but managed to get her sorted. Well pleased.
