Had a coffee and bagel here with the Mrs today. Food very nice and service was good. Bit more space needed on counter to make it more efficient service, and quite a few tables with dirty plates but it was quite busy so would be a bit harsh to blame the staff, they were trying quite hard.

Tasty treats, good menu options and nice location. Only downside is the price.

I understand one or two tables with used crockery but not the majority of the restaurant. There was no queue at the till either, tea served in large coffee cups because you've guessed it , no teapots because they're still adorning uncleared tables. They should also stick to selling muffins the black forest gateau is poor.

Great coffee

First time to try these coffee house. Place has good aesthetic. Had the Iced Salted Caramel Popcorn Cappuccino and Butter Croissant. Both were okay. Staff service could better. It was not busy when I came in but there were a couple of tables that needed cleaning but it took time before the staff can attend to it.

Don't waste your time and money going here, this place just seems to get worse. They have friendly staff and that's about the best that can he said. Its overpriced, poor quality food and hot drinks that are lukewarm.

A bit hit and miss I find. £13 for 2 toasted sandwiches and teas, plus 1 muffin isn't reasonable in my opinion, but I don't get out much 😊 The toasties I got were toasted on one side 🤔 and had bits of burnt debris stuck to it. Something needs cleaned methinks. The fact that someone could care less and serve it, is not good. On the upside, the muffins are usually very nice, once you get them scraped off the paper and the place is well spaced out, handy for wheelchair users.

Coffee was great, not much in the line of gluten free naughty stuff but what I had was lovely. The place was cold though and on a horrible day like today could have done with the heat on or just the air con off. Toilets were ok, bit wiffy but appeared clean enough. Have been here before and like the relaxed seating in it

Not awful but not great. No filter coffee on the menu which always loses a star from me. And no, watering down an espresso is not a substitute. A small selection of food which was neither good nor bad. Average pricing. Not outstanding, but a break from shopping.

Lovely coffee

A pleasant option to the normal branded coffee shops within the Boulevard Complex. The muffins are delicious and probably the best sell with some nice toppings. But there is a good lunch menu if your in to toasted/heated snacks. Coffee was nice and hot and place was busy (Sat). The staff very pleasant and all busy. Not the cheapest of menus

First time here for lunch today. Coffee was no more than alright (quite weak) and couldn't believe I had to send toastie and panini back twice as they were cold. Will have to be honest ... won't be back. High prices for average products and poor service.

They refused to give me boiling water to make a bottle for my 3 month old baby. Even when I said, can I have a cup of tea then, just don’t put a teabag in it, they said no because they now know I want it for the bottle.. like WHAT? An absolute joke of a cafe. I went down to Costa instead who happily helped me out & carried my boiling water & coffee down to a table for me as I had my hands full.

We found on arriving at 12 noon that the rolls ,bagels and sandwiches, which we had come in for, looked like they had been in the cabinet from the night before. So we had sausage rolls instead, these were quite tasty. The coffee was good and the muffin was really nice. We just felt that the main attraction of the cafe could have been made fresh and wouldn't have looked so tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful, no issues there. Not sure what atmosphere means, the cafe is nicely decorated and clean.

I used to come here every other week for a treat, now I come twice a year and only that much so I can buy a box of four muffins for £10 (discounted) and share three with my brother when he visits. I'm not paying minimum £3.50 for a muffin! Prices are ridiculous now! £3.70 for a mocha which didn't taste nice at all with no chocolate taste. That's more than I've paid all year anywhere else, even in Belfast! I had a special edition 'biscoff' muffin, it's just their toffee muffin with a biscuit on the top for which they charge an extra 45p! And not even one 'loyalty' stamp for buying a box of muffins, how mean. Tables are often cleared slowly even in quiet periods, sometimes difficult to find a table that's not got a previous customer's cups & tray. My table was clear, but it wasn't cleaned very well and I had to finish the job myself. There are much better coffee shops in Banbridge itself, but it's convenient for the outlet I suppose.

We love coming here when we are shopping but this is now the second time this has happened table all dirty and not cleared away staff not helpful at all also when we eventually got a table the girl thar was making the muffins no hair net long hair and outside smoking no hygiene there and doesnt look good at all ive worked in a deli and know the protocol and my god the exchange rate is a disgrace 18 pounds and we were charged 21.22 like it's only about 20 euros at most I spent 125 pound in another shop and only worked out 129 euro definitely won't b back

Always busy so maybe why our food was not as hot as I would've liked it but staff very friendly and doing their best under the circumstances. Maybe my comments seem harsher than I intended. Very, very busy spot. Staff great. Food(hot) could be a bit more perfect but overall very nice.

Even though they have “food hygiene 5 stars” written on their door this is the most dirthy food place I have ever been in the entire world the trays, coffee cups, floors and that barista area were absolutely FILTHY, DIRTY. You should be ashamed.

Called in earlier this week with my dad. We will never be back. It wasn't busy, 2 people (one party) in front of us and seemed to wait forever. 3 members of staff behind the till, only one of them seemed to be serving, the other two just seemed to hover about. Countertops filthy. We both got a sausage roll as not much selection left. They were put in the oven but both barely warm. Were very flat and had a weird cinnanond taste. Actually probably the worst one I've ever had. And most expensive. Also gave us the wrong cutlery. Like I said, not very busy but SEVEN uncleared tables. It was awful, especially as other members of staff didnt seem to be doing much. Staff didnt seem profressional - e.g. talking about smoke breaks in front of a growing queue. Lady didnt have any 5ps in her till so she gave the woman in front money from the tip jar (and more than 5p as she wasnt able to find it in there either). Like I said, will never be back and I've told a few people to avoid!!

Love going to bakers and barristas at the boulevard. They serve the most excellent coconut milk latees (best in takeaway cups). They are often busy but still manage to serve the queues quickly and offer decent lunch sandwich options. Recommend *****

Great for a quick coffee and muffin. Unfortunately the outlets themselves offer little. Lots of empty shops.

A nice clean place good service

Very enjoyable. Service was excellent after an initial hiccup when they forgot about our meals which were heating. Purely human error and I would certainly return.

Nice surroundings but the sandwich bread had gone a bit hard. Coffee was fine.

Love their muffins. Very poor selection sandwiches. I don't drink tea or coffee but my sister does and she loves their cappuccino

My pet hate 7 o’clock in the evening and half the restaurant dolled off to supposedly make life easier for the waitress yet I’m sat knee deep in half eaten cake and crumbs. Order tea and Black Forest gateaux the way it was presented it looked as if it had been eaten before and no serviette, well I suppose the only way is up.
