The constant picking of delivery orders during peak shopping hours is making this place a nightmare for those of us who use it for our regular shop. The huge picking trolleys block aisles and many of the staff doing the picking push in front of other shoppers, barging them aside and taking all the products (especially things like eggs and fresh fruit) before others can get at them. It makes it an increasingly unwelcome and frustrating place to shop.

Went with wife and child late last night as baby wouldn't sleep so decided we would walk to tesco and maybe get a few snacks. Got into Tesco told it was almost closing and needed to be quick so we decided to walk around and look at stuff, ended up staying past closing, turns out reason they're not 24hr anymore is bc they're haunted and after 12 it gets pretty mental. As soon as it struck 12, a ghost of an 18th century oil tycoon started throwing my assortment of various beans from my trolley at a cardboard cutout of Peppa pig, which was very annoying as we had to replace all of the tins. I asked a member of staff if we could quickly go to the upstairs section although it was closed at this time so I could grab a charger, a chasm opened below her and dragged her into a deep fiery pit of tortured souls which I could only assume was hell. A simple no would have sufficed if I'm honest. My 11 month old got possessed while we were looking at scones and we had to perform an exorcism while trying to decide on crossoint or scones which led to us being distracted and accidentally picking up pain au chocolate. While scanning our items, the checkout told me when I was going to die and showed me horrific visions of the future but we saved £2.19 via clubcard so all in all not a bad experience

No good if youre coeliac. At one time there was a reasonable but not extensive range of gluten free products but over the last few months this seems to have dwindled down to very little. I thought it might be temporary difficulties but doesn't seem to get any better.I will be shopping at Morrisons from now on.

Popped in here once on my travels for a meal deal and few things for the pups. Its your average Superstore. Nothing special. Get a Tesco clubcard a save a fortune! Used my mobile phone to compare an item (dog food) and was told off by a member of staff for taking pictures??? Bit confused, didn't want confrontation so left. The cheek!

In general a nice store, it has a mezzanine floor with a travelator to that level with clothes, toys, audio & visual etc We only stopped here to charge the car which is very handy. It was very busy on our trip so if you are looking to charge then potentially expect a delay, it would be nice if Tesco could expand the number of fast chargers they have in car parks, especially as electric cars become more common. The car park is big, but be aware it was partially flooded at one side, we drove another way to avoid this as it looked deep.

Stopped by as passing through the area. 3 hours free parking and 6 EV chargers operated by Pod Point. Make sure you have the app to activate the charge in order to get more than 15 minutes. Big store with good selection. Cafe upstairs. The nicest lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) in the bakery section who was more than happy to help with bread slicing. Thank you!

Having spent the last few days stuck at home with a poorly autistic 4 year old, I have had a very stressful few days. Today he felt a bit better, so we went to tescos for treats. I have never ever taken him out on my own as its so so stressful and I get dreadful anxiety. I took the plunge but was very nervous! He was really good, however he got a bit impatient at self checkout. THANKFULLY the absolute wonderful Vikki came over to help!!! I don't know how I would have managed without her!! She was so unbelievably helpful. Helped me scan items. Spoke to my autistic, nonverbal 4 year old to calm him down. Words can't even express how much Vikki made my week. Thank you Vikki (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong)

Massive place, has lots of options to buy food and drink, clothing and electrical items, staff are friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable as to where items are. But, it can get really busy, and sometimes there isn't enough staff to clear the backlog of those waiting, the reason for the 4*. Highly recommended their delivery service also, which is an alternative to coming into the store.

Damn fine supermarket, with the added feature of a real life water adventure outside every time we get more that it rains! Thrill to see boy racers with lowered suspension get their feet wet, shriek to see shiny 4WD vehicles get slightly grubby, laugh as electric vehicles stop dead as their batteries get shorted out. Truly exiting fun for all the family.

Reasonably priced coffee with complimentary non dairy milk. Shame there were no vegan items on the lunch menu, but there was a choice of vegan breakfasts.

Always good and I speak from 40 years running large out of town supermarkets(sainsburys and asda ) this place just delivers day in day out...okay the shop n go attendants could be more customer focused but its a bit of a boring job I suppose.

Pick, pack and deliver not too bad although some picked goods poor quality. Pick and collect really bad. What a mess. Two orders mixed up and not properly sorted out. So I have paid nearly £170 for a weeks shop and half of it is missing. Why? Because I asked the store to select my proper order and re-deliver, while I packed up the incorrect order so that the driver could take it back. Instead of doing that, they tried to fill in the missing goods, got it wrong but still took away all the delivered articles I had packed for them. So they were away with half the stuff I needed and had already paid for. Why couldn't they just do what I asked? Now Im left with the job of sorting it all out.

Likes the scan and shop options so you can just pack up as you go. Didn't realise the tiles were card only and had cash. Howe have been since and been told you can still do this and pay cash , and just take your machine to the cashier to scan so you can pay cash if you need to. Lots of stock. Evening staff very friendly and useful to talk to on the shop floor as well.

They had all the items on my list, and when I couldn't find one of them and asked assistant where I could find it he was very helpful and showed me exactly where it was. And even though it was busy I didn't have to queue too long at the checkout.

I just recently collected a large order from Banbury Tesco Extra, using the click and collect system. The order was for a huge amount of bottles and cans for my company's hampers. Upon arriving, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I can only remember Andrew (sorry to the other 2), they were all extremely helpful and polite, very different from my order at another well known store (with the initials JS, who failed in every possible way.) Please pass on my gratitude to your team working on click and collect, you should be very proud.
