My initial quote was via the internet. However, Peter contacted me with an improved offer which met my requirements perfectly. A quick visit to check unit sizes confirmed that Banbury Storage King was well located, clean and spacious. Julia confirmed my reservation so that on the day I arrived with my worldly goods everything was good to go. Both Julia and Peter are professional, but also friendly and helpful.

Have had a unit here for 6 years - rocked up to get a bunch of stuff out to find they now close on Sundays. Used to be storage base but clearly the take over company cares less about clients now. Will be making alternate arrangements going forward

Applied online and moved into a storage unit the same day! Service was quick and friendly (and covid-secure), and the terms seem very good - a half price offer for the first month, and refund of unused days. Padlock and three keys included. We've only had the space for a day, so I can't comment on more than that!

Excellent friendly service, good value if you look for one of their frequent deals, clean facilities. I have used Storagebase Banbury on a couple of occasions. Special mention to Alison for her helpfulness. I would recommend Storagebase Banbury based on personal experience.

The whole process was so easy.. Julia was excellent and was extremely helpful. Julia showed me my storage room and explained thoroughly, the whole process took barely 10mins.
