Small park in town centre. Great place for relaxing with kids. Right now very colorful place.

People’s Park, situated in the middle of the town. There are really nice features in the park. Formal flower beds, a community garden, a park for children, tennis courts, fixed exercise equipment, some sculptures an Avairy with various colourful birds like budgies and cockatoo’s. There is also a War Memorial in remembrance of the Second World War. There was also a little mobile van selling posh coffees and snacks. Easy to walk around, plenty to do and a direct route into town.

Lovely Spring morning in People's park

A pleasant and well maintained park, with very colourful and thoughtfully planted flower beds. A war memorial is situated in the park, to commemorate those who gave their lives during WW1 & WW2. There is also a children's play area, for smaller visitors to the park and an aviary, which seems to attract a lot of interest from visitors of all ages. Plenty of benches are situated around the park, allowing people to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Dog walkers are also regular users of the park, thankfully, most of them are considerate and clean up after their dogs. Only real downside was the lack of toilets and the small car park, (although additional parking is available in surrounding streets).

Excellent, calming place to recharge or quiet Sports individual or family enjoys Sport + your Dog as well. Entire fam gets tired, its an objective right😃.

Had a great time today with my four year old Grandson.,he loved the play area and the big swinging tyre, then as a final thumbs up he wanted to go to see the birds in the aviary then with a walk through the schools garden it was a lovely way to spend some time together.

Great place to get mugged for peanuts ! Look out for friendly squirrels, and also robins apparently (hearsay). Trees are gorgeous, kids' games and adults' fitness equipment in good shape - a great family walk all year round.

We spent all afternoon in this beautiful park drinking coffee with our dog 🐕 it just a relaxing place with friendly people.

Super walk start at reservoir through the woods along oxford canal back into the park along the river and back great walk stone chat on the river fox cubs at the carpark white fronted geese on the canal

Lovely little park, slightly unpredictable services, but good when open/available. Our favourite place to take a picnic blanket in fine weather, superb to have retained the various parts of the park, including the play areas and aviary.

Stopped by to see the budgies and spoke to one of the keepers who was very kind and informative and let me know that some of the birds are almost 30 years old!

Beautifully kept all year round. Fantastic grounds for walk, play, exercise or just to relax.

In summertime lovely place to take a short walk, or if you works in the town center take your breaktime there.In wintertime it seems a bit empty of course...but if you go out after when the sun goes down, and you don't move so much,after a little while you can see foxes.

It is always pleasant walking through the park,seeing the flowers and the trees and today the sun was shinning

People's Park in Banbury , is very well looked after and a pleasure to take my Zack ( Dog ) for our walks. Well Done to the Staff who take care of the Park.

During the day, this is a beautifully maintained park popular with dog walkers and families. The formal gardens are beautifully maintained and there are some lovely trees

A lovely park in Banbury, has children's play area, tennis courts, bird aviary, war memorial, rose garden. Lovely place for a picnic in the Summer or a stroll at any time of year. Grab a coffee from Pavement Coffee when it's there and enjoy.

Lovely park to wander around in, the children's play area is good for young children but not much for the older kids. The scenery is beautiful at spring time with all the flowers blooming and not so bad with the antisocial behaviour as much these days 👍

Excellent place to meet up with the grandkids, beautiful gardens, lovely well maintained bird sanctuary, and lovely play area. Highly recommended
