Nice coffee as usual. Place empty at 1500 on a Monday probably due to sun out. Trying to email an urgent document to someone and staff member came up and said ‘no laptops allowed! - it’s a social space’ curtly. It might be difficult to socialise with an empty coffee shop. “Can I read a book then?” “Sure”. Ironically, reading a book isn’t sociable either - very strange orders and rules from a coffee shop. Also no rules on the walls either upstairs saying ‘no laptops’. . Won’t be back with a business attitude like that - I would have thought businesses after lockdown would want customers.

Not a coffee connoisseur at all ,but can tell it’s a good coffee by how many people are in/out of the shop,considering it’s in a tiny back street. The pain au chocolat paistery was one of the best I’ve had. Very small shop with currently no sitting inside,although there were a couple of benches to sit outside in nice weather.

Great tasting coffee, friendly staff. No laptop policy, so not suitable if you want to work from here. Clean and cozy seating area, clean toilet. The music selection was a little strange when I came in (loud drum and bass) but it changed quickly to something bit more chilled. I think it was a radio station rather than a playlist.

Excellent coffee Beans from a local roster. Recently attended the coffee tasting and it was a fantastic experience. Recommend to any coffee enthusiast.

The Flat White tastes so good. Lovely environment and fantastic music. It's a nice place to stay for a while.

Enjoyed excellent long black and flat white. Comfortable, neat yet homely small seating area upstairs. Liked the music. Initially disappointed I couldn’t use my laptop as I had work to do. But I get why they ask people to refrain. The info on Google says there’s wifi but that’s not the case. If I were local I’d be a regular!

Visited for the first time today for a Flat White coffee. Service was great and the coffee exceptional. Snacks, such as brownies and natale looked good, too. Would recommend and go back.

Nice taste coffee, but tasteless place. Very nice and friendly service, with warm smile for everyone coming in. Fast table service👍 Cheap seats, and tables does not correspond with supposedly relaxing atmosphere over cup of coffee. It brought me to some communist style place, where owners would use hard timber seats, because guest is here only to drink coffee, not to feel at home. Another drawback is lack of food. On the day of my visit there were only one type of cookies available. No cake, no sandwiches, nothing. Midday. I understand the place is small, but it could definitely do better on supplies. It's not dirty, but at the same time not especially inviting. Cleaning spray hanging on window, means they are cleaning the place quite often, but at the same time not bothered to hide it from the view. Good thing is, they not allow laptop people here. That's a massive plus in my opinion. Overall just ok.

Brilliant place to get a really good coffee, and their beans are also fantastic for brew-at-home. I visit Northampton semi-regularly, and this is my go-to coffee shop. Recommended!

Coffee was outstanding. Really surprised to get such a decent cup in Northampton. Pleasant staff. A bit quiet and stale inside, but it was quite early in the day. Not a very wide food selection. But it seems coffee is their bag, so it's not a big issue. With coffee that good, who needs food?

Best coffee in Northampton by a country mile. Service always excellent, very friendly. Great spot, can't recommend highly enough.
