Big name, not all items available as per menu, poor service

Foods quality is pathetic, name is stolen haveli, recommend you to never stop here for food. The restaurant didn't even have curd and/or butter with pranthas and only aloo prantha was available only tandoori in their list of 10 types of pranthas, each parantha costing 120 rs. 2 of my co passenger had nausea after eating those. Wish we could give 0 stars

Food was good but the service was a bit slow when I visited here last time (May be because they had an unpredicted crowd). The ambience was really good and had a small play area for kids. Liked the concept.

We stop here by seeing outside view. As view was of restro was good. Well maintained and cleaned. Restroom was also maintain well. We order tea but tea was not as good as they chrged. Tips For Onwer :- u investested alot for making it. Now if u get few customers in starting so what, Give ur best so that people recommend u. They will stop again if ur food was good in taste and value for money. Customers invest only where, where they get value for money. If u charged high and after that not providing good food than there is no use of such investment.👍🏻

The place is good to have food. Slight costly. Has parking available and badminton court too.

Stopped on our way to Vrindavan .....good ambience however on a costlier side as compared to other family dhaba on the highways .....

Prices are very high tea price is 60 even expressway resturant charges less than them

We stopped here for breakfast while going to Barsana. We had tea, coffee and aloo partha which was tasty. They have outdoor seating and washroom facility. They also have garden area. They have ac sitting too

Place is so big but it's not actually maintained ..If they would have maintained hygiene in this place more tourist will get attracted and it can be a most happening place

Very poor service. No one bothers to clean table, provide spoons, napkins. Wasted more than one hour here and still couldn't even get tea which is basic. Highly understaffed.

Parking space is sufficient and washroom cleanliness is average. Food options are limited.

It's very lovely place... Food is very delicious... I often go this Apni Haveli ... ..

Ambience isn't good.....flies keep bothering you while u sit n try to eat ur food.

Apni haveli is lucky that Google doesn't have option to give feedback and review in NEGETIVE. Pathetic service. Received 3 parantha and 6 tea in 1 hour that too of pathetic quality. Have to wait for 15 to get the bill itself. Suggestion: have tiger/parle-g biscuit, instead of wasting hard earned money and time at Gaurav's apni haveli restaurant.

This is close by Highway and a good stop for a quick lunch and refreshments. Tea,Coffee were good and decently served..For main course you may need to wait a while but that's fine.

Food was okay but service was very poor as only 2 staff to handle the whole restorent with approx 50 customers. Paratha was good to taste but repeat order will be entertained only after 20 mins because there was only 3 staff in kitchen. Seems to me that they doesn't expect more than 10 customer at a time and if some times they have a houseful incident than customer can't have a proper food.

Food Quantity is Good. Taste can be improved. More renovation work is required for the ambience. Need improvement on cleanliness of Chairs n Tables. Outside is Good, No doubt on it.

Nice place,nice view with rabbits enclosure on one side and some beautiful statue.for photographic view.

We ordered chai, Parantha and Honey Chili potato here, Quality and taste of food was okay. Service was very late, But overall a average place

Hygiene level is not good Staff is very careless. Food quality is low quality and price is higher side. Infact their plate is very old, full of scratches, just like Hostel utensils.

My experience with this restro was ok, below are rhe ratings 1) ambience is good, including the toilets are very nice and clean. I really liked it and it is better than most of the hotels on the highway 2) crowd, there was no1 when i visited.. only we were ruling the whole restro 3) taste is okaish, ordered dal which was pathetic.. Tea was one of the best i had.. so can say it is a mix of good and bad.. 4) staff is u trained and nkt intrested in customers, the biggest reason to decrease 1 star.
