This is resort located on the way to kotabathu.. Good ambience to stay with family.. But not Maintained.. Poor hospitality..no Wi-Fi.. Poor service.. Not even provided the basic things One and only positive side is pool.. Pool is Maintained well.. I won't recommend this to others... use like a lodge

The place and view were beautiful. Stayed in a villa and there were cockroaches that came out at night in the kitchen and bedrooms. Food at the restaurant was expensive but only a small portion and waiting time was very long. Saw the cleaners dump out the dirty mop water into the river.

18 Sept 2020 - It's my first time staying here and I left with a very BAD first impression. Toilets weren't clean, it was wet and lizard poop were still on the ground. Towels were provided quite late. The carpet is worn out and the wall next to our bed was dirty and the paint came off. And the WORST thing was the 2 cockroaches that came out from the hole underneath the makeup table!! Despite these things, the only GOOD thing about this ""resort"" was the air conditioning. I personally think this place shouldn't be called a ""resort"" if it can't even provide the basics. And for sure, I am NEVER going back here again. So disappointed!

The room is very poor and dirty sometimes I go here the toilet is full of cigarettes that used the service is very very rude the waitress is rude the location is better because it's mother nature location (mangrove) sometimes you can see an otter 🦦

Food was simple but good. Waitress was friendly a d actually quite efficient which is quite unusual in Brunei. Prices were very reasonable Please change the me y covers; they are old sticky and dirty. Looks like they don’t get cleaned regularly which, during coronavirus, is not very hygienic

The view is great, location awesome. However more could be done to improve the quality of the rooms. The bedding, towels are cheap. The mattress hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom, fridge a little dirty. Breakfast was very basic using cheap ingredients, cheap instant coffee, squash, a cold hot dog and a greasy egg. Cooked to order not buffet style. It was a little disappointing and did not represent good value compared to other hotels in the area.

Rented a villa for a night. I think the quality of the place has dropped a bit. One of the toilet smelled like a cigarette. At least the place still has a working mini jaccuzi and airconds in every room. Luckily it was on a promo so worth the price. Three rooms and each comes with its own toilet. Towel are provided as well.

The view is great. After check in went out for a dinner upon back to the room realized no towels and AC is not working. Receiption is closed. Called in morning 7:30 for towels. Have to wait till 8 AM for housekeeping. Came with high expectations turn out bad experience.😠.

Ambiance and scenery can rated as a five star vacation place. However, a lot need to be improved for the sake of the resort survival. First is the facilities in the rooms, we have rented one of the villas for the weekend getaway. Toilets are not adequately cleaned, when we checked in toilets were smelly and toilet's floor were dirty. Second, towels were not enough for the 6 occupants intended for each villa. Only 4 pieces of towels were provided. Third, no printed instructions necessary for occupants were provided such as phone numbers to reception, etc. Fourth, furniture were not well maintained. Defect items should be disposed of and replace with a new one as this not only make our stay uncomfortable but also a hazard to the occupants. Fifth, breakfast set should be given more varieties. Only limited menu were served which are not worth the price charged for each menu set. In addition, the resort should provide room service to villas and chalet, especially for occupants that have difficulty in mobility. Overall, we have a great weekend staying at the resort however with limited activities offered there. Hoping for more improvement can be made on the resort because of great potential that the resort have in improving the business.

One of the worst hospitality I have ever experienced. Poor service. Great view though.

If you like a place where the worker rev their car rev their bike during day time & night time well this is the place for you!

Brought for lunch. Nothing to shout about but place was on the water and breezy. Nice view of the river and bridge.

Villa is spacious, bathroom are totally clean. Rooms are comfortable enough for us (consider that we are very picky on hotel rooms). We love our private jakuzi. Food is limited, but it is understandable due to Covid pandemic. There is only 1 thing we are not satisfied with. Reception service need improvement. We are being scolded because we late 20 min for check out which never happen to us in any hotel we have ever been. Prior checking in, we did ask Reception what happen if we late for check out. The reception only replied with "Please dont", she didn't warn us about extended charge. On top of that, the reception siap² warn me (when I walk to door) jika check in lagi nanti please check out before 12pm. Needless to say, despite great ambiance we won't stay at the Resort anytime soon.

I give it 4 stars because of the combination of everything. Mostly the uniqueness of the hotel in a mangrove environment and facing the brunei river. A good place to release work tension and stress at the weekend. My advice they need to improve on the food and service.
