The food here is exceptional i.e. without onion and garlic. Outdoor sitting is good, indoor one ok. Do visit here for simple and tasty food.

The place has a great ambiance, and great service. The premises were very clean. We had dal bati churma and dum alu with veg pulao. Although Dal bati was good, not exceptional; dum alu was quite good.

Foji Raj dhaba is situated in Alwar city on the road connecting Alwar to Siliserh Lake palace. The dhaba is run by a retired soldier or Fauji with good reputation. The dhaba serves in pure vegetarian vaishnav food with No garlic and onion. The food served has taste, hygiene and value for cost. The external and internal ambience is soothing, peaceful and worth staying. They serve in breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. The Kullahd Chai here is worth enjoying and Kullahd lassi is perfect. Kulhad tea costs Rs 30 and lassi rs 65. The dhaba has a well maintained lawn with seating arrangement and suitable for evenings and winter days for sun. The owner Mr Meena himself attends customers and asks about the food quality and other feedback. Recommendable for family eat outs and stays.

Amazing food! Without Garlic and onion, I was surprised they prepared just a tasty food. I believe if you are in Alwar and looking for a good food, this should be your destination. Hospitality is also quite good. I would love to visit again and again here.

Started by Ex Hav Ami Chand Meena in 1999 near Roopwas Railway overhead bridge on Alwar by pass road to Rajgarh, is a marvelous pure vegetarian ( without Garlic & Onion) restaurant with exotic & delicious food. 3 stories building with beautiful Dining hall, cheapest Double Bed Rooms, environmental friendly & very prompt service, with dedicated staff. Always full to capacity. Every month on the last sunday free Lunch Lungar us organized. A must visit destination at Alwar.

Taste is okay, Environment is Okay, You can visit with your friends and family as well. Although I don't like food without Garlic 🧄 & Onion 🧅 but still the taste of the food 🥝 was pretty nice or you can say delicious 😋. We were 4 person and taken 1. Kadhai Paneer 2. Mix Vegetable 🥒 3. Froot Raita 4. Special Daal 5. Salads 🥗 6. Tandoori Roti And the charges was genuine and in budget material.

Stopped for some tea. Great taste for tea and snacks, popular for good food, and nice ambience. Well maintained and taken care of. This restaurant is owned by retired army officer. Food is delicious. Value for money. Specially rajasthani cuisine is very tasty. Ambience is good. Location is out of city but safe. Parking facility and outside dine facility available. Rajasthani thali option was also available. Home delivery was offered through website. All payments option accepted. Multicusine menu. So much to choose. Accommodation facility was available.

This place does not serve non veg and food does not contain onion or garlic. Nice decor and clean. Service is promt and courteous. However, I am giving two star as the food is just ok and slightly overpriced. And no soft drinks.

I could never imagine food could taste so much unique without pyaj & lehsun. Meethi lassi was awesome. So was kadhai paneer & daal makhni. A cute labrador to greet you at the door.

We visited this place at around 9 p.m. on a Saturday while on our way back to Delhi from Sariska. This place is well lit and right next to the main road. It was full of people and hence makes sense that the service was a bit slow when we visited but the staff is really nice. I would like to visit again.

Once a soldier is always a soldier... You can feel discipline and the intention of soldiers here... They love to serve you... I like the quotes mentioned on walls.... Food Quality is also decent, Desi ghee is being used in maximum preparations.

Best place for Lunch dinner and breakfast, quality of foods are superior compared to Highways dhaba/restaurant. Between mehndipur Balaji to Delhi no one is good except this.

This rating is for the restaurant, which is spectacular. Loved the sev tamatar, teekhri (?) dal, and saag. The rotis were fresh and rustic, exactly what I wanted from Alwar.

Didn't like the taste at all of daal . It wasn't hot .. neither the mix veg... They do not use onion, garlic in food.. By mistake I asked for onion in salad .. o my the look that waiter gave 😅😅 .. eat on your own risk.. I didn't like it at all!!

Bread quality was great, Foji Raj dhaba special thali's Daal and Sev tamatar dish was worst quality ever I had taste. We also ordered Paneer labaabdaar and Daal simple but again thier taste and quality was not up to the mark. They served these all dishes after a long waiting time 30 min. at 08:00pm. Service staff mit responding. One more thing , They added an another special Thali in our bill which we didn't ordered. As I visited there after checked this Hotel/ Dhaba's Google rating and review. But in reality it was just opposite as what mentioned on Google rating and review. Hence, I would like to request all kindly give fair rating. And try to find another good option whenever you visit at Alwar City.

God knows why its rated 4.2! The food is not at all up to the mark. I ordered cold coffee without ice cream and they still added the ice cream. It was tooooooo sweeeet that i insisted on returning it. The thali is tasteless.

Awesome food. The philosophy of Foji Raj Dhaba is very good. They don't expect you to use your mobile while eating. Overall it is a good place to eat authentic food. Cost is maintained by keeping view of middle income group visitors. The menu is very convenient financially.

A special experience to know that they dont use onion at all, niether in gravy nor in salad. Food was tasty and specialy the naan and Chapati with ghee were so delicious as we are eating homemade cahapati.

The place is bang on the Alwar-Jaipur highway. Postive: All the Food is no onion no garlic recipes. Decent food with decent price tag. Quick service. Negative: Not very attractive place to step in! Poor ambience, poor toilet facility. Lots of houseflies and flies inside the restaurant. Choice is absolutely yours to taste Foji Raj Dhaba!

Extremely unhygienic food. Found a fly in my maggi and management didn't seem surprised and didn't even say sorry. Please go here to eat only at your own health's risk.
