These people dupe you into giving full refund and when we cancel within the given time period they say it's non refundable. Even though it's clearly written on the bill that it is refundable

Very cozy rooms at prime location with very poor staff and cleaning service. They have charged Rs.1000 extra for staining the bed sheets. Not recommended to anyone.

The room and room design were subpar, with very dirty bedsheets and blankets that had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was terrible, and there was no available seating for dining. The only positive aspect was the tea.

In this bracket, one of the best at the main location of Gachibowli. Easy to commute from RGIA or from bypass (via bus). Neat-n-clean with all necessary and required amenities, breakfast is another advantage. Courteous manager along with helping staffs.

Good place for people to opt during these hybrid working model. Located at a very strategic location, well accessible to employees working in Gachibowli, hitech or FD. The food is good and good service as well. Not too heavy on the pockets as well. It's important to continue the quality and service

Rooms are but today, u can remove the wheel chair and provide it to people upon request. Really no one uses it most of the time. Would suggest to clean and change pillow cover and bedsheet more frequently. It's very tedious when we want open trolley bag it doesn't. Fit anywhere except bedside which is obstructive most of time

Rooms and bathrooms are maintained well. Rooms are small, lack natural ventilation but have been provided with functional ceiling fans, ACs, coffee maker- instant coffee, milk powder sachets etc. Bathrooms have toiletries stacked and are of decent quality. The ground floor restaurant is too basic and offers extremely limited breakfast buffet options for Rs.78 !

Rate is slightly higher. Poor kitchen nd cataract service. Cost of food is skyrocketting.

Very nice hotel to stay

Decent place for limited stay, location is convenient, rooms are not spacious but clean, stuffs are helpful and always offer smiling face, value for money.

The person at the check-in counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. He lacks basic courtesy, throws too much attitude, did not respond to any of our questions. Room service is terrible, they take orders and do not turn up. While checking out, they asked to pay extra money for an order that was never placed, when we asked for the corresponding bill, they couldn't show. Never going back to this place!!

Excellent rooms, excellent and helping staff. You will get always fresh and tasty food. I am staying here since last 1 year for 10 days every month.

The rooms are good, it's just the internet which is not working. But all other things are decent. We had a problem with our room, we booked a large bed but the room had 2 single beds and when we asked the receptionist about it, he said that it was only room available in their hotel which was not a good experience.

Food was excellent, rooms are spacious enough for two people at the same time room cleaning is happening in timely manner.It is worth for the cost that I put in as it includes break fast too. I happy with the stay.

We called this hotel 2 days before our trip and the reception person confirmed that the rooms are available and there is no need to book from any website. He also mentioned cost is same as what the websites like booking, goibibo etc are showing. On the day, we reached the reception and shocked to hear that the price is double than what we discussed. We would have booked online and that's our mistake. I called on the same number nd found it was the same person on the reception who spoke to me before. He was very rude in person. Worst experience....

Worst thing I have ever experienced. Booked two rooms through Agoda. They confirmed it. Everything was okay. Suddenly they cancelled my booking without any notice/ email. Even I got to know about it when I tried to reach them to get my rooms ready. I had to suffer a lot at midnight for this. Worst management ever!! Don’t go there!!

The hotel was having a good environment. The staff and everyone here was very good. Affordable rate also.
