Unnecessarily overpriced and taking advantage of a lack of choice to passengers. Tried the chicken burger, chicken junglee sandwich, chicken puff and double choco chip muffin. Not even one of this dishes could save this place. Really pathetic.

If you are charging 300 Rs for a burger, make sure you serve a good quality one! It was the worst burger I have ever tasted in my life. The bun was super dry, the party was tasteless and I guess they just splashed only 3-4 drops of Mayonnaise. Couldn't even finish the whole thing. I guess they're taking advantage of the fact that there are no other options for light food/snack in the Goa airport.

Very messy and unprofessional service. The vegetarian burgers are so very unhealthy, full of fried vegetables and unnecessarily spicy. The chicken burger is definitely better. Coffees are ok if they manage to make it right. Good luck.

Too many chefs spoil the broth, goes well with this cafe, too many staff behind the counter, though none trained to win the customers or atleast to greet or treat the customers. Coming to food & beverage part, nothing tastes like what they name them, coffee is just coffee flavor warm water. The AAI has to really put some effort to gain some brownie points on winning the image of most famous tourist destination of India, if they can't, they have to step aside and allow the capable firms like GMR to manage. Overall, it's a well over priced junk.

Tasteless coffee would welcome you here Horribly overpriced for the service and overall experience. They are taking advantage of lack of choice available in the departure lounge. Don't even have the courtesy to keep a trash bin around.

It is pathetic. Masala tea doesn't look like tea...It's milk. I paid up but couldn't drink and left it there. Disappointed that I lost 245 Rs without a sip of that horrible looking white frothy mixture.

The worst coffee on this planet. Plus it's for 270 bucks for a regular cup. AVOID.

Please avoid buying anything from them. Not only they are overpriced, but the food items they sell are also poor. I tried muffins and chicken wrap, both were disappointing. Muffins were not even fresh. It is unfortunate how some people take advantage and fleece others during times of need.

They serve Worst Masala Tea on Earth which costs Rs. 240. Don't buy anything from here.

I ordered one cafeccino at Goi airport and asked for one glass of hot water along with it.They denied saying they can't provide.I did not ask something that was unreasonable still this seems to be very rude behaviour of employees.They seemed to be confused like what have I asked them to provide. I mean a single glass of hot water was so precious for them.I won't recommend people to buy from here since the staff does not have basic manners.

Got Chicken bhuna wrap. Chicken stuffing was cold. Stuffing had almost no salt. The wrap cover was undercooked. They did agree to reheat the wrap. There are other more satiating options available at the airport for food, maybe just get coffee here and eat elsewhere.

I liked the cookie and the cup of course, but really I wanted to put a review for that young man, Vijay Hiremath, from the new airport Goa, because he offered me signal and allowed me to check my pro emails when the shining new airport offered no 4g and no wifi!!! Now that's what I call service ! Thank you !

They sell stale veg puff, don’t have basic kitchen essentials, I asked to cut puff into 2 they said “no knife sir”, I requested for to warm the puff, “sorry sir it might become soggy”.

Worse experience ever ! First of all the team is highly rude and inefficient…. Can not even understand English or give informations about the food they are supposed to serve ( composition, price, combo, provenance …) They give wrong information about the food for example the composition of their sandwiches….. thanks I had to throw away what I’ve paid because the waitress is unable to do properly her work ….. I asked nicely an empty cup to drink some water because I have kidney problems and they refused !!!!! Expensive compares to the bad quality products , food, and waitress Worst service and experience ever in an airport….

Pathetic service and taste, we took coffee frappe and they given cold coffee, The hygiene and taste is very bad, never try. Staff is very rude if you ask for change to food served or if you ask refund. Don't waste money if you eat anything here.

The black coffee (Americano) tastes like burnt grass. Triple Choc muffin does not have any pieces of chocolate. Disappointed. Visit Chai point opposite to it.

Over-priced , over-staffed and yet there are long queues due to the inefficient and extremely slow service. The staff do not practice basic hygiene expected in the food and beverage industry like wearing gloves hairnets and masks . When the same was pointed out by me i was given excuses like i just took them off and my mask is lose .

Literally the worst coffee I have had in my life. The frappe is absolutely sickening and atrocious. Burning your money is perhaps suggested more than spending it on this disgusting liquid that they have labelled as frappe. Its a miracle this place is still open and functional.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever eaten! They label their chicken burger as "farm fresh" but in reality, it's a highly processed chicken patty, not even a fillet! The bun was so dry I couldn't even swallow it! There was like 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise, which didn't help at all! I understand airport food is expensive and I accept that, but it should be edible! My burger went in the bin after 1 bite! I would suggest you eat at the biryani/idli place, quite tasty and good quantity.

I ordered mocha latte and it wasn’t good at all. I am paying 250 bucks for this coffee and guess what I can make a better coffee at home. Due to less options at the airport you are not left with any choice.
