Cost wise, it’s affordable and it comes with all the things you need so you just have to show up in proper attire. The main gripe I have with the karts was the difference in speed. Some karts are clearly slower than others. Which is annoying. But otherwise for the price, it’s alright. In my humble opinion, the queue management needs to be improved.

Let me preface this by confirming what everyone else in the reviews have said: AVOID COMING HERE ON A WEEKEND The attractions here are not cheap by any means, especially if you’re taking into account the inhumanely long waiting hours . I’m talking literally over an hour for the ATV. We opted for the 4K which went through some stunning bamboo forest which were divine. But this view only lasted 2 minutes tops and does lose its charm after you do the second lap. Mind you, the route basically consists of going through the the same lap twice, before going uphill one last time where you are met with other visitors who took shorter routes (1&2k). These groups are mostly inexperienced and caused the line to stall, and somewhat dampening our excitement. During days with no rain, do get ready to get your clothes covered in soil and dust. Also prepare a mask to protect your face. On the spot, you can ask for shower cap to cover your hair.

The place was spacious and had fun attractions. The Luge Kart (10min) was very fun and was not scary at all, definitely a MUST TRY. The ATV (bamboo route 2km, 30min) was a bit scary for me personally, but it wasn’t too dirty on my shoes and pants as it did not rain the night before. Make sure to have enough memory and battery as you can use your own phone to record. The restaurant here also serves decent food and has a very nice view of the whole area. Nice place to relax and have fun with family and friends. But make sure to bring your own car or rent a driver as getting Grab is close to impossible this high up in the mountains.

Came here before the opening hour (9AM). We arrived at about 7.30AM. The parking area is spacious in different locations but they provide shuttles. The parking ticket costs 10K per entry (Car). There are 2 kinds of buying tickets : single and bundling/package. The ticket booth is open at 9AM SHARP (while the guests' queue is quite long). While the ticketing officers are already there! They didn't feel embarrassed. There are some officers who came late (even though they aren't the main officers on the gate but they are standby on each playground). After they found that the guest queue is getting longer, they initiated to open the 2nd ticket booth. The management, please take a note for this attitude. They should have a hospitality manner while working on the "service-business". The view is fresh. Good to be here while it's morning (before 10AM). Each playground has a different sensation (depends on what kind of adventure you'd like to feel). The Luge cart is the newest one (we learn something new during the "racing"). They provide a shower cap before wearing the helmet. The ATV is a bit different due to the track itself. The archery is located on the different area, we had to take shuttle to be there. There are 6 arrows provided for each scene. Also, there is a trampoline scene (we don't choose this game - no picture then) From track 1 to another track, they provide the shuttles, for families who don't play the ATV, the Luge cart.

Place, good service, good view

The view is nice. It's not amazing but I enjoyed it. The temperature is also very comforting. But it can get colder than expected so wear a jacket or something. I would say the whole place is well maintained but there should be more trash bins because I kept seeing little bits of trash everywhere. I only had time to ride on the luge cart, and it was fun. But not so much fun as I will later explain. The staffs are friendly and helpful, so, no complaints for the customer service. What I'd like to complain about is the wait. I waited 5 HOURS in order to have a go on the luge carts. I thought it was because I visited on a busy weekend, so I was like, "Sure, I can understand that". But that wasn't the case. The whole ride on the luge cart course is a mere 5 minutes. But pretty much everyone was stopping in the middle of the course, taking videos and pictures, stalling the line and making the wait even longer. It's so stupid. What I'd like to suggest, and please do consider this, is THERE SHOULD BE A STAFF TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS MOVING. No stopping in the middle of the course and taking pictures. Overall, it wasn't that enjoyable of an experience. 2/5.

Great place to spend time with family and friends. Luge Cart and ATV are both exciting and thrilling. There is a cafe with a beautiful view. Love it!!!

Great place for a family activity, they have luge kart, ATV, and archery. Different prices for weekend and weekday. Don't come too late as you might miss it due to full capacity. For kiddos under 5, they have 50% discount if ride together with the adult. 2 places for parking, and nearby they have cafe for you to sit while you wait for your turn.

It could be a nice place for family fun, but you guys definitely need to fix the way you manage the queue. It's just taking too long and it's not worth the wait. We waited 5 hours for the luge ride going from number 85 to 220. There is just not enough staff managing the operation. There are so many idle luge waiting at the bottom but nobody is carrying it up. The same thing for the ATV. Will not recommend this place as it is a waste of time waiting.

The only thing is that the ticket price is pretty cool

Experience wise: Best, amazing, fun Money wise: Expensive, overprice! What do u expect. Mahal. To improve: put bench or chair while queing for ticket. Lower ticket price.

Great place to spend time to vacation with family, friends, and partner, or even alone. Nice attraction, fully attractive luge kart, great ATV riding spot and nice archery. No entrance fee is a plus and also the parking fee isvery normal, 2k for motorcycle and 5k-10k for car, the cafe inside the area also ssrve a great and affordable food and drinks and can pay with multiple payment.

We had so much fun although the long queue. The way to get here is a bit extreme but worth!

It's a pretty nice place with view. But que for the Lug's Gravity and kart is too long.

Great experience! I came on saturday, 10 am. A tourist spot worth visiting to play with friends or family. The view is also good. I tried luge kart, atv, and archery for 150k. satisfied. The minus is that the road to this place is quite narrow and has a lot of uphill. When it rains it is quite dangerous. And also many games are canceled if it's raining. So choose the right time to visit!

If the price isn't too expensive, Bandung people will definitely be able to play there often..

Happy to be able to play flying fox & luge kart. Went there on the weekend so the queue at the counter was really long. Just suggest that you add more ticket purchasing counters on weekends so you don't have to wait too long.

Suggestion, for each ride there should be a police officer who can ticket the rider.

Not suitable for kids under 10yo. Adrenaline junki 's favorite place. The best attraction is flying fox with only 100k (desember 2023 price). Wear shoes and skip hot pants..it's very cold in here. Wear jacket if necessary. There is free shuttle to go to each attractions. It's sooo FUN !!!!

So much fun. But unfortunately I cant play the ATV with 4km track. And it would be better with wet track.

Must try activity - the luge. It was fun! And the track has a beautiful view. Not only that, they also offering a package with 2 other activities: archery and ATV. But i'd rather not to recommend these for a young kid. For me the price itself (the luge) is quite  affordable: Rp 60,000/person on weekdays (compared to the one in Sentosa - SG, it's quite ok!). After all the activities, you can rest and enjoying the beautiful view as well, in their cafe and resto, the price and the taste is also good. If only the luge track can be extended 😁

Amazing place. Had fun while I was there. Took the ATV and LUGE rides. Everything was fun despite the long queue for the tickets and rides. Overall good experience.

Luge kart is definitely the most fun I've had this year, no denying that. Will visit again to try other fun activities as well.

The favorite experience is Luke cart. Waiting ticket more than 1 and half hour but driving luke cart only 6 minute on week end

Awesome 😎 experience for family riding a lugecart... anyway you have to be patient if it's crowded and meet new people who are scared of riding it. It cost 80k/person for one ride. We didn't try the atv since it will cost fully for kids even though they need adult to ride together 😂 come earlier during holidays so you can enjoy it completely!

I dont like this place. SAFETY IS NOT THEIR PRIORITY. Wait too long, its not worth it. It takes 2,5 hours wait to play ATV and 1,5 hours wait to play the luge. If you have 1 day staycasion better you have 2nd option. No signage, Less information around the entrance gate. Not willing to return.

A huge open space area. Naturally beautiful view. This place is so fun. We had our experienced riding luge kart down the hill.
