When
glancing
through
the
reviews
before
booking,
I
was
worried
that
the
bathroom
was
very
outdated,
if
not
worse.
However,
at
least
in
our
deluxe
room
the
bathroom
was
modern
and
rather
clean.
So
the
pictures
that
one
can
find
in
older
reviews
do
not
give
justice
to
the
current
state
of
bath
rooms.
The
room
was
spacious
and
very
quiet.
It
had
all
(or
almost
all)
the
things
one
would
want
it
to
have,
including
air
conditioners
and
various
power
outlets,
including
some
which
can
be
used
with
US
and/or
European
plugs.
The
hotel
seems
to
have
backup
electricity,
we
were
almost
not
affected
by
the
power
outages
that
hit
outside
places
such
as
restaurants.
The
wireless
is
reliable
and
reasonably
fast.
(There
is
no
fridge,
though,
and
the
size
of
the
rooms
gets
overstated
on
the
hotel
web
site
and
some
reviews.)
The
view
depends
very
much
on
which
room
one
gets.
The
room
on
the
very
left
(facing
the
valley)
on
the
top
floor
has
an
amazing
view,
the
lower
or
the
more
to
the
right
the
room
is,
the
more
is
the
view
blocked
by
trees
and
other
obstacles.
One
should
also
mention
that
the
view
is
only
good
when
the
weather
is
good.
During
or
close
to
the
monsoon
it
is
far
spectacular
than
on
a
clear
day
in
the
fall
or
spring.
Given
all
the
information
above,
why
only
two
stars?
A
couple
of
reasons:
1.
they
only
give
out
one
key
card
per
room.
This
can
be
extremely
inconvenient,
and
it
was
inconvenient
for
us.
Generally,
the
staff
was
not
overly
accommodating.
2.
we
saw
a
roach
which
was
sitting
on
the
blinds.
(Otherwise
the
rooms
are
very
clean,
but
not
everyone
likes
to
share
their
room
with
roaches.)
3.
The
breakfast
was
not
great.
One
reason
why
I
give
only
two
stars
is
because
I
think
that
it
would
be
very
easy
for
the
hotel
to
significantly
improve
the
experience
for
their
guests.
Is
a
second
key
card
really
so
expensive
that
you
cannot
give
it
to
the
customers?
Adding
a
few
more
options
to
the
breakfast
would
also
make
a
great
difference.
