So we organize fresher party for our juniors here. We had great fun celebrating. The scenery are amazing and this place is very much peace and tranquility. Food and services they provide are pretty good. Overall I had nice experience. Swimming pool is located in best scenic spot.

Good place with a good view and a good pool. Rooms were just fine and they could've done better with the buffet dinner as there were not many options for vegetarians. However, breakfast was much better with plenty of options to choose from. The overall experience was good and we all enjoyed it a lot.

Rooms on the old building needs some serious renovations. Firstly, in the rooms where we were placed, there were moulds on the walls of the bathroom, the vanity was very old and looked like it was not maintained for years... to be honest, standard rooms were out of standard... Alert: be careful on the bathroom mats as I nearly fell down while stepping on it. The quality of mat (probably thin nylon made) was very slippery with no rubber base and was placed on a wooden floor. Make sure to check it before you come out of the bathroom. Service wise: Managers seemed to have a very good hospitality but the service staffs needed some training. outside view was amazing and the upper viewing deck was very good. I enjoyed a lot outside and around the resort. Food was amazing though. Swimming pool was good but needs to have a good staff member to provide towels when guests enter the pool area. We had to ask for the towel and the staff was on the phone and his facial expression was like we were giving him hard time. He did not communicate back and just handed us the towel from the laundry bag which was placed on the store. My point of view: Well, to maintain status of a 3 star resort, there is a lot to be done and training to the service staff is a must. I rate this as a 2 star hotel than a resort because of the risks in the rooms and most of the service staff being non responsive and lacking communication.

The rooms, ambiance and the location were all perfect. But I give the hotel a 3 star because while transport the stuff from one hall to another during our function, one of the staff did know and very rudely asked me to keep the stuff I i was carrying outside while it pouring. The hall I was transporting it to was booked in advance. There seemed to be a miscommunication which led to this situation. What was even more disappointing was the fact that the food served were lacking in flavour. We had an event hence had a buffet and besides the plain rice and dal everything else served was bland, but everything was kept well heated even though we were the last one to go for dinner and breakfast.

When glancing through the reviews before booking, I was worried that the bathroom was very outdated, if not worse. However, at least in our deluxe room the bathroom was modern and rather clean. So the pictures that one can find in older reviews do not give justice to the current state of bath rooms. The room was spacious and very quiet. It had all (or almost all) the things one would want it to have, including air conditioners and various power outlets, including some which can be used with US and/or European plugs. The hotel seems to have backup electricity, we were almost not affected by the power outages that hit outside places such as restaurants. The wireless is reliable and reasonably fast. (There is no fridge, though, and the size of the rooms gets overstated on the hotel web site and some reviews.) The view depends very much on which room one gets. The room on the very left (facing the valley) on the top floor has an amazing view, the lower or the more to the right the room is, the more is the view blocked by trees and other obstacles. One should also mention that the view is only good when the weather is good. During or close to the monsoon it is far spectacular than on a clear day in the fall or spring. Given all the information above, why only two stars? A couple of reasons: 1. they only give out one key card per room. This can be extremely inconvenient, and it was inconvenient for us. Generally, the staff was not overly accommodating. 2. we saw a roach which was sitting on the blinds. (Otherwise the rooms are very clean, but not everyone likes to share their room with roaches.) 3. The breakfast was not great. One reason why I give only two stars is because I think that it would be very easy for the hotel to significantly improve the experience for their guests. Is a second key card really so expensive that you cannot give it to the customers? Adding a few more options to the breakfast would also make a great difference.

Loved the place and vibes here. Main buildings are built in classical type and they have pretty large compound with swimming pool at the end. Place is really good for weekend for family and friends. Refreshing!! Foods were good esp. Breakfast however dinner was pretty average.

Pool needs regular cleaning. Better lighting needed in the pathways during the evening. AC needs to work properly and to regularly undergo maintenance. If these issues are improved the place is one of the best places to stay around the valley.

Very nice location and easy access from the main road. Buffet lunch was very bad. Very dated and old interiors in the main building. Conference hall wasn’t up to standard. Their new wing is much better though.

The pool had lots of bugs in it (understandable as u can see trees and grass around but needs to be cleaned). But it’s has a beautiful view, and the water doesn’t have too much chemicals and the food was also very good. We didn’t stay at the hotel cus we are broke. Just the food and pool!

😠 Worst Burger ever. Had least expectation and sadly food was below my least expectation. Not a good environment for non smokers as place is full of smoke when multiple huuka is on. If you are a active passive smoker, this is the best place. This place is full of wonders - ordered chicken jhol momo an...
