I visited Stock multiple times over a week-long stay. Stock is a lovely, surprisingly roomy bistro located within the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel (BSH). Just knowing that you’ve entered a Fairmont property you can assume the quality will be good. You wouldn’t be disappointed here. The food is very tasty. If you want something warm, you’ve got an assortment of pre-made sandwiches and a daily soup. Though I will say that their soups are a little too salty. Also, as the only alternative to a sandwich, they offer a wrap, in which there was vegan cheese. (Blah! I am not a fan of vegan cheese.) I would remove a star for the saltiness and the lack of low-carb, warm alternatives - but perhaps I’m expecting too much from a bakery and coffee shop. The beverages are top notch. I do always appreciate when food is freshly made with attentive hands, which is what you get here. The staff are really helpful, despite a long line, they’ll take the time to listen to you to ensure that they’re meeting your every need. I so happened to travelling with a non-egg eating vegetarian; her orders were always modified and slightly complex. The staff were consistently patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Decor was fun. Ambiance was made to feel welcoming but also catered to families, with games on the wall. Washrooms are located around the corner, within the hotel. And, of course, everything is clean and spotless. I sat here comfortably for hours on my laptop. Two more things to note. Firstly, Banff Springs is world-renowned attracting literally bus loads of tourists. It gets BUSY here. The line can stretch into the hotel foyer, easily. Be patient. Secondly, prices reflect this as well. You’re paying to be in BSH, with all its grandeur, as well as the reputation of quality they must uphold.

The place is located inside Fairmont Springs Banff. It's a great spot for a quick bite. It has plenty of options. The service is pretty fast and the staff is friendly. I had ordered a chicken Caesar sandwich and it was very fulfilling as a lunch for me. Would definitely recommend. You can order online to skip the line

Wonderful coffee shop at the Fairmont Banff lobby which is amazing. Had cappuccinos, smoked salmon toast and avocado toast. Staff very courteous and supportive. Good portion sized food which tasted good. Price was affordable. Usually for a croissant and coffee it’s around $10. Try next time without wasting your money on expensive breakfast buffets.

The majority of the staff there are friendly (especially the guy who was making the coffees, he would get 5 stars) but apparently some of them will treat you like garbage if you don't charge the bill to your room (assuming because those people must not be guests and are therefore not worthy). The lady we dealt with was incredibly rude despite being very friendly to the people before us (and yes, we're guests, just don't see the need to charge everything to our room). You're better off getting something downtown as the food and drink will be the same, for less money and friendlier staff

Inside the Fairmont Banff Springs. Stop in for a quick coffee and light food. Place has seating and is very clean. Great staff.

Good coffee. Friendly service. Right inside the Banff Springs so parking is tricky if you're only wanting a quick a grab & go coffee. The hotel ramp is currently closed to outside traffic (non-hotel guests). Best to park, walk from a parking area and take your time. Cute little patio just outside their door. Some window seating and table seating inside. If walking in the main hotel doors go to the left walk to the end of the hall. You can't miss them.

Nice spot inside Banff Springs Hotel. Food is good but we were so impressed with the staff who are so kind and patient to our kids. 5 star service.

This is the coffee shop/quick bite for the hotel. The BLT was one of the best things I’ve ever had. Wife’s grilled cheese was also very good. Big downside is the cost. Bring money.

Delicious food and drinks. Had a blueberry scone and it was delicious. Tried the cinnamon bun too and it was also great. Option to warm the desserts up was nice. Friendly staff. Lot tea with option of oat milk and honey was great.

The food used to be amazing here. Loved the Tagine - so delicious. Sometimes we drove up here just to have some. Sadly they no longer have it and the menu is rather under whelming. The Salmon bagel way very salty. My wife had the veggie wrap. Hers was ok at most.

The food was good, but probably over priced for what it was - like everything at the Banff Springs. It was filling though. Lots of seating, menu was limited. The staff was excellent, it was a good choice for lunch.

Wooooooooow! Just wow! THE BEST avocado toast I have ever had so far in the World! Chef Marika suggest the brisket as well as the bacon version. I also topped it up with their maple syrup. Heavenly. Tailor was also very kind in suggesting their specialty coffee.

When you are unlucky, your order gets skipped and takes extra 10 minutes to wait for. Food is OK but overly priced.

Do not order the Mediterranean wrap. Mine came grilled. Wilted cooked salad inside, guacamole is truly awful when heated. And sad dead bean sprouts.

A little hit or miss but the hits were really great! We thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom soup - incredibly rich and aromatic and maybe the best mushroom soup I’ve ever had. Another favorite was the caprese which just tasted really fresh and the baguette was so lovely - crisp on the outside and so soft inside. Coffee was also pretty good!

30 dollars for the worst breakfast sandwich I've had in Canada and a average coffee. Fancy hotel charging ridiculous prices for the most basic food imaginable. Go somewhere else.

It was awesome the Red Velvet Cake as well as the Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese and Fresh Salmon.

We stopped in for breakfast before our spa treatment at the Willow Spa in the Banff Springs. The salmon bagel and breakfast sandwich hit the spot! And the sitting area has such a nice vibe. Would definitely come back again and try lunch next time!
