    The guy working put my ice cream on the very edge of the tray with no lid on it, as I picked it up to carry it to a table the ice cream fell off. I picked it up and turned around very sad about my ice cream falling after that’s what I had really wanted and just paid $7 for it. I asked (very nicely) if there was any way I could get another one and this worker leans over the counter and starts yelling at me in front of the whole food court. (“How dare you come over and complain, it’s not my fault you dropped it, that sounds like it’s your problem not mine” blah blah blah ...) He walked away from yelling at me and I started crying. When he saw I was crying he came BACK OVER to yell at me some more until I walked away. My boyfriend went over to ask him his name, and he wouldn’t tell him. He told the worker that he made me very upset and that he acted very rudely and he made me cry. The worker didn’t care and waved him away. Didn’t apologize at all. Anytime I or anyone I’ve seen drops their ice cream before walking away from a place, it has ALWAYS been replaced. If for some reason he wasn’t allowed to replace it, he could have kindly said no and I would have been fine with that. Completely disgusted that he thought it was a better response to make a young girl cry over dropped Ice cream. I’ll spend my $7 at cows next time.

    I couldn't imagine how a DQ could only be a 2 star, but that rating is a bit high. I mean come on dairy queen is the same everywhere right? Nope! This one is special. Personally I don't think they should be allowed to keep their franchise name. I arrived to find a big line, and no one at counter, after several minutes I caught a glimpse of someone in the back. Apparently she was the only employee working. She was an older Asian lady that was probably the owner, or is related to owner. After about five minutes she had finished putting together the order she was working on, and moved on to the next couple who attempted to order from the grill, but was informed that the grill was closed. Confused, the customer asked why the grill was closed, and was informed that the grill closed at 7:30 PM. Well that would be OK, but it wasn't quite 7:30 yet. Nonetheless the grill was closed, and I wasn't complaining because I wanted a blizzard, and the revelation that the grill closed early was good news for me since it cleared everyone out of line in front of me. Confidently I walked up to the counter, and asked for a Banana Split Blizzard, at which time she informed me that they do not have Banana Split Blizzard. I looked confused and she said "No blizzard for 4 years," as if I should have known that. Of course I just had a Banana Split Blizzard two days ago at another location. After waiting all that time in line, I didn't have the heart to order something else. I walked away past one of the couples that were still in the area confused about why they were turned away even before the grill was closed.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE, not only that they are super EXPANSIVE, also when we tried to order meals and one of cheese burger with no meat because one of our family member is vegetarian, the counter lady was mean and told us that cheese burger has to come with meat or else no order, since we had no choices, we decided to order anyway, but that lady said that she didn't want to sell us anything and then left the counter empty while there were other people behind me waiting to order, this is totally unacceptable and horrible BAD services. DO NOT GO to waste your time and money.

    Ordered my meal for my wife and I. The lady asked "to eat in or stay" I told her I wanted it to go so we waited for what seemed like forever and when we got our meal, it was to eat in when I told her we wanted it to go. So i had to wait longer so they could pack our meal to go and now that's a good reminder to never go here again. Believe me when you read the poor reviews about this place and save your money and give someone else your business.

    Asian man working there did not honour their own coupons "2 can dine for $9.99" saying it's because "it's Good Friday." Will be reporting them to Dairy Queen and the competition bureau for bait-and-switch tactic.

    Don't reccomend this place! Would have given zero stars.. very rude workers.. specifically told the cashier lady I wanted 6 chicken strips and did not mention getting a basket meal, also got a milk shake.. I paid for a $12 basket meal which I had to correct once I seen the receipt wondering why it was so expensive. The lady rudely yelled "don't cook the fries!" To the cook And very rudely once again yelled "oh my god!" Toward me Then said that I told her I wanted a basket meal which I didnt.. So once I started to state what I said in my defense she gives me no choice but to pay for the whole thing.. my son was hungry so I had to go with it.. my bfs milk shake was also very watery.. did not walk away with a good feeling

    Just ordered a blizzard and ice cream cone. The ice cream had no flavour, very watery. Not how DQ is supposed to taste. Something is wrong with their ice cream, as in they are skimping out on their ingredients. Any DQ in Calgary doesn't taste like this DQ. Mentioned the horrible ice cream to friends and family and they all said they had the same experience over the last few months. DQ HQ needs to do some quality control on this location as they are selling garbage expecting the tourists they sell to won't know better.

    I wish I could give them a 0 star rating! I feel like I’ve been robbed the ice cream is so watered down and tasteless, what did I just pay for? GROSS. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN, even though I live just down the street. She’s also not very nice. DQ, you need to do quality control on your franchisees - they are making you look bad!

    Terrible customer service. Waited 5 minutes at the counter today before being "helped". Wasnt the first time I've had to wait to put my order in. Even when there is no line! Asked to upgrade my 6$ meal deal with a blizzard; told they couldn't do that. (Even though it says they can on their website) tried speaking with the manager about their poor customer service and he turned his back to me waving me off. Food is usually cold. Worst dairy queen I have ever been to. Only one I have ever had troubled with. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
