Very Bad Services, also improvement is needed in behavior and dealing with the customers.the owner of the showroom have no sense that how to talk with the customers. Always keep in mind that customers are the real god of your business.

Poor customer satisfaction.. I have purchased hero splendor plus black edition. They told me you get bill after receiving bike RC. But now they said we have sent the bill for RC to company. Did not provide the bill yet 50 ruppes charges for number plates, they have no any idea of the gold membership, which they have charged for Rs 600. They will destroy name of hero

I have bought hero pleasure from ur showroom .after 3 months of purchasing ..a defalt come in it.. and it get stopped on road .. feel very bad about its condition .. bad experience

Very bad behevier with costomers

I have a really good experience with the services provided by this Show room. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Very much unsatisfied with the customer service. No proper answers received by the staff, and don't pick up the calls. This is the 4th problem / issue which comes after purchasing from them . But now no one coperate with me and especially the talking way of the man which may be owner's father is very rude and selfish. Not this time , everytime they talk with very bad behaviour. I remind you that the issue regarding my bike number plates takes more than 4 months (130 days) but not received any reponse yet. If i go to talk then they attend me in very bad manner. No slip gave to me, no answer and now no phone calls were received by their staff.
