First of all, he is one of the nicest doctors I have met. But beyond that, he took the time to thoroughly review my MRI results for my severely torn labrum, explain everything, answer any questions and completely put me at ease with the procedure he would perform. His team set up a complete pre/post op appointment schedule. They made is so easy! Everything went so smoothly, I can't believe it. At my post op appointment, he went over everything that he did during the procedure, showed me the results of the surgery, and again took all the time needed to make sure I felt comfortable with everything.
