First I was wondering what place did my friend find in this small lane. I think it's actually house. But as I entered was pleasantly surprised to see the place. First thing which caught my attention was neat and clean ambience. Courteous staff who were good to serve us the best. We ordered Pav Bhaji, Dahi Poori, Vada Pav, Wheat Kheer and Kokum With Soad. All are good. But for sure one thing I will close my eyes and can say with a happy heart, whenever I think of Vada Pav I will always remember this place. It was too good and delicious is an understatement. It was that good and yum. If interested please do try. This is a pure vegetarian place in Marathi style and for a change it was great to experience it and I am glad I found a new place. 👍😀

Tucked away in one of the by-lanes of Sultan Bazaar, about 10– 15 minutes walk from the Sultan Bazaar Metro station, I had no problem in finding it. I had intended to visit long back, but COVID threw a spanner in the works. I had been expecting proper meals, as their by-line says snacks, meals etc etc.... My bad, I couldn't taste a proper Marathi thali which I had been yearning for. I had Sabu Dana khichdi, Masale Bhat and my favourite KOKUM juice. The khichdi & Bhat were served hot and quite tasty.

Very good restaurant, I have order Maharashtrian thali, bakari with vanga ki bhaji and wada pav Superb taste 👌 service was also good and proper hygiene maintained. Ambience were also good. 👌 Definitely recommend it if you are looking for Maharashtrian food.✌️

I've reached here to have masala baigan bhakri. The dish is overrated. For South people like me felt disappointed. Moongdal khichdi was amazing. It was very subtle and smooth. Parking is available for two-wheelers.

I had an buffet dinner, 1. The service was very good. 2. Atmosphere is very pleasant. 3. Staff are polite and helpful. Food items are like about 28 to 35 items including desserts. Starters were a bit disappointing and coming to main course the briyani was worst and the rice was taste less and fish items are smelly and the remaining items are not bad, the live counters are good, the live counter items are sweet corn tiki, stuffed parota, chicken fry, lassi, aloo poori are better than main course. Deserts are cakes and sweets. Book on online via Dineout or nearby applications so you can discount. Actual cost of one buffet is 1300 by booking on online I paid 500 for one person.

While searching for places that serve Maharashtrian food, I came across this place and decided to try it out though its a fair distance from my house. Marathi Katta is a small yet well maintained place in Badichowdi, near Sultan Bazaar and is a good place if you're craving for some Maharashtrian food. The nearest metro station is Sultan Bazaar. We tried out Misal Pav, Thalipeeth, Sabudana Vada and Kokam sharbat. Misal was a little spicy and even with the Pav, the spice wasn't neutralized, but, overall taste was good. Thalipeeth was excellent. It was served with 'thecha' - a spiced chilli pickel and curd. Sabudana wada was also good to taste and Kokam sharbat was nice and refreshing. Suggestions: 1. Can serve the farsan separately along with Misal Pav, so, it can be added as per the diners requirement. Not everyone likes a lot of farsan in their misal. 2. Can be flexible with the quantity and introduce half plates, so that, more dishes can be tried, for eg: serve 1 Thalipeeth instead of 2 as a mandate, half plate Sabudana Vada or Puran Poli, etc. This will reduce the portions and the pricing can be done accordingly. The place is clean and looks hygeinic, can stop in for some good Maharashtrian delicacies. Suggestion for diners: Avoid taking a car, either a 2 wheeler or taking public transport will be better.

First time visited this restaurant. Wanted to taste the food here. It took sometime for us to search in the lane, until we finally found it. So, ordered food & had gone to wash basin, put a splash of water on face just to freshen up a little. Then comes a waiter shouting, you are not supposed to wash your face here. First of all the instruction on the board clearly states not to spit & I had no such intention of doing that. Secondly, one can also speak politely & convey the message, instead of shouting.

This is a decent place in Hyderabad main market. Good option if someone is looking and craving for Maharashtrian food. We tried misal pav , it was tasty. Pooranwali was not up to the mark. There were lots of options available and we will surely visit again to try more dishes from their menu.

Great ambience with old world charm, Went for lavish lunch buffet on Saturday. For Rs. 460/-(Nearbuy) Mistakenly went to Marriott, but staff guided well and ushered me through second floor interconnection leading to Courtyard.k True luxury, now a days we are missing such ambience and luxury. Both Marriott and Courtyard are great. Momo cafe is at the ground level. Hand cloth was given in the place of tissues. Tall ceiling, Mr Akshay was waiting on me. Floor manager is Mr Malli. Both were excellent and helpful. Started with Chicken soup and chicken tikka and veg starters, Chicken tikka was excellent, only catch is it is not boneless. I had two servings. Then had Chilli chicken and Paneer curry with 2 butter naans. Very good.By then I was half filled. Then had Chicken biryani even that was great. Then had curd rice which was way too cold. Then Fruit salad all fruits were fine. The papaya was fullyl ripe and sweet. Last but not the least had, coconut barfi and Basundi. Finger bowl was summoned at the end. I give full 5 star rating as I can't give more.

The ambience is good. Customers are very well received by the staff. We had some issue with the reservation but the staff allowed us to have lunch and ensured us that they will take care of the problem. Has very good range from South-Indian to Italian, From North-Indian to desserts. Do look for some online coupons before you make a reservation here.

So to park your vehicle you have to go round and round and around the hotel atleast 2-3 times. There is no marking were to park your vehicle. Please note they have valet parking but the valet person will ask you to park it on your own or you'll have to wait for 10-15 mins since they have only one person there. Coming to the service, it's pathetic. You'll have to wait for half n hour for lunch buffet since they have very few table. Food is not so great, lunch buffet has very few options.

Management is lousy. Had to park vehicle on my own and walk to this restaurant. And for the food, I could see empty tables but can't see as Management says it's reserved. Been 20mins but I don't see any one comming. .

Had a heard a lot about this place from my marathi friends so got a chance to visit the place today. Our first obvious choice of order was Misal Pav which my friend ordered and I decided to go for cheese vada pav. The Misal was really disappointing it was not as good as we had heard about. It was not at all Spicy and was very Sour even and for some reason the pavs which they served were roasted (generally they are not served roasted). It was no where near like typical maharashtrian Misal. The vada pav was Ok.. again not much spicy as it should be..the amount of garlic was very less.. may be I was expecting it more to be a mumbai vada pav. The one extra star which I have given is for ambience and service.

Today being Pola for us Maharashtrians and we make Puran Polis in house… Being away from my home town, Mumbai & yet my office staff expected me to treat them for Puran Polis! Searched and found this place online and the name appealed to my food palate immediately. Ordered 6-plates (12-pieces) of Puran polis which was authentically home made, which we relished! Spoke to the lady over phone and was happy to note the pure Marathi tone in which she spoke, unlike the Maharashtrian locals here who have a clear local Telugu dialect. We are 2 Maharashtrian people (I and a Lady) in this office and both vouched for the authentic taste of the Puran polis. Would definitely love to visit the place in person and eat to heart’s desire.
