Good place to shop but the problem is that such a big store is saying that we are not accepting upi payments and asking us to pay via cash or card this should be improved. And every corner of store some one is going on asking about details and doing their promotions not big bazaars promotions but the other promotions which are not at all a part of store.Store maintenance should be improved that competitive to other stores it is not so clean this also should be improved.For mens clothing this is not at all the store to visit here models are so less.

There was a long waiting time for billing even after no rush in the Store we waited around 30 minutes for billing and still we were waiting .

Very good shoping mall in the center of the city...many brands ..ladies and gents clothing, home needs, groceries all at one place..with prrking place in basement..good to visity with family and do shopping..all most all casual formal dresses are available..

Smart bazaar took over Big bazaar is a disaster, 1. No maintenance in parking. Note on every wall in parking says AT YOUR OWN RISK ! 2. Entry and Exit of parking is all worn out, all flooring in the basement is broken. Be careful!!! 3. They only are clearing out the stock. 4. No cleanliness 5. No staff for guidance.

I am going with family to purcase of toys in Pangagutta and saw toys hording(looks good) in Ameerpet Smart Bazaar. We went through it and were very disappointed. When you choose loose items & vigitabiles section mostly there is no weighing person available. You will enjoy while picking the items from Racks but you will disappointed in the billing counters(working counters are 4 or 5).many coustomers are in the queue.

Best prices and good collection....all in one mall...fancy, food, clothes, footwear, dinnerware, luggage bags, bedsheets, pillows, kidswear, toys, ..........etc....carnival cinemas for movies.....good offers....sbi fbb credit cards can be applied here and you can get good offers through this card.... lifetime 10% discount will be given....

Dec 8th,2019 There are many things available and mostly its a popular place in the ameerpet as well as popular landmark. The billing is slow as is nothing improved ,hope it would be fast in my next visit. The security who checks the products that are mentioned on bill at the time of checkout are very keen and women security have performed their job superbly . There is no much difference between prices of Dmart and big bazaar .you can prefer what u want . Parking is available but bit conjusting ,if its a long shopping day the carnival cinemas is located in same building you can enjoy it too and also has food outlets in the same building . This Reliance Smart Bazaar has all items at very reasonable price. Very near and well structured store. If you are willing to buy groceries and accessories for home, this is one stop solution. Go here and buy for a month or two, at once.

Pretty huge selection of items here. I mean, it is a superstore (I think that's what they're called?) Decent discounts all around, but a bit less than what I'm used to seeing at DMart. Still, nothing to scoff at. The clothing section is way better, to be honest. I just got some snacks and a moisturizer, nothing fancy.

They have such a cozy and welcoming ambience that makes me feel at home. The staff are amazing. They always greet me with a smile and a wave👋. I come here often and I notice how hard they work. They never seem tired or bored. They are passionate about what they do and it shows in their service.❤️🎈They deserve all the praise and appreciation for their awesome job🙌🔥. This place is not just a business, it's a family.

As I gave a feedback while I visited the 5th floor for cinemas, missed to add that, parking socks badly too... looks like a completely ignorance and zero courtesy for the customers who are actually a part of their Bread & Butter...

Too good collection, we get clothes at affordable price to high range, also good branded quality clothes we get here, even the staff helps so much until you feel happy, foot wear is also a good choice to buy here, a lot varieties good clothes great discounts and offers.

Good place for groceries and kitchen needs and average for clothing were there are high prices for less quality clothes .it's better to visit for clothing when offers are there. People generally spend 30mins to 2hrs here and evening time and weekends has huge rush

Have visited the store after a quite long time. Nothing has been changed, same old trolley, old stocks, and bit crowded. However, they maintain good hygiene. Place will be crowded during evening hours mostly on Saturday and Sunday. One can also find the various things and it's a located at the centre on Ameerpet.

Don't buy any women dresses, they shows discount for the item on the floor but when you go to bill counter they will tell you the item not applicable for discount. Customer are sadly buying the items because they selected items after many item searched. It's kind of black mail to the customer. Even the customer help desk also not behaved properly.

One of the old big bazaar centre with all amenities, big and spacious centre. However it has lost its essence slowly as crowd has been decreasing since years. Near to ameerpet bus stop.

Customer service people rude behaviour with the customer worst service they don't know how to treat the customer road side rowdies are working there. I requested that person for gift packing he asked for that 20 rupees for each package

Bike parking in block 2 & 3 and mostly all will park outside. Smart Bazar prices are higher than Flipkart except special festival days. We will get more options in Smart Bazar.

The Reliance Smart Bazaar has got everything but not very clean and even Billing is a problem as the items are not properly coded and the price which shows on the product is not the same when you pay, so lots of confusion.

It's good , all the items are there at one place. Cloths , electronics, grocery, snacks,books,gifts, geometry, travel bags,boxes, glasses, pickels etc. Small shop footwear is top floor but high cost compare to all.

This is wonderful, you will get everything you want to buy. Groceries, fruits and vegetables, clothes for men, women and children. But one bad thing is that when there is rush there are so many people in the queue for billing but they don't open all counters They should have more staff.

Fashion Clothing is not good. Either prices high or not enough not good quality. Although, regular wear clothes are good. Grocery and home items are super to buy

Big bazaar has good varieties of everything at worth a cost but Billing at big bazaar takes hell lot of time because of it's billing software being very old and slow. Only go if you can spend good time.

The highlight is that you can start your clothing shopping as early as 7 am, and you'll find reasonably priced vegetables and everything else you need, all conveniently in one place. Highly recommended for a visit!

After 3years I visited this place for trolly & grocery...but no one there to say the price of the trolly...it's look like old stock with dust Maintenance worst...no offers on most of the grocery items..previously it was good but now I will not recommend...Go Dmart for groceries..trolly I want to see outlets..

Worst place. No proper service. There was a power cut for half an hour. They not even bothered to on the generator. My husband would have stuck in the elevator. They don't have a minimum courtesy to apologise. Instead Kiran and the store manager fought with us. Store employees kept are worst. They giggle back of the customers.

Need more staff in n @ store Very less staff at billing counter n more line for billing. Had to hold my baby for long n keep requesting ppl for letting me finish my billing first. And again after for cover... Need to provide bill to watchman n hez gonna check n count each item and then put those items in cover. Just imagine how long will it take. It was very fussy ... Too mush fussy. Pls improve

Good place for those who want value for money products. But they will not take care of warranty services as the other super markets take care of. One needs to visit the specific service centers on their own. They will not take responsibility.

Big Bazar nice visited for shopping on all goods

I have a small suggestion for the owner to provide the carry bag for free...! These are my experience and review for my visit ---> big bazar is one of the most nearest and biggest hyper market for the localities of ameerpet. I prefer u to do in-store shopping here. There are alot of things and alot of stuffs to shop here. The big bazar is the in store shopping which provides the public the facilities to do shopping for all things. The home kiranam items and dry fruits, clothing, shoes every item is available here. For example: From A to Z everything is available. In the ground floor there are all households, pampers, tissue etc and the 1st floor contains the clothing and the 2 nd floor also consider the shopping items like clothes and shoes and beauty items for ladies.
