Least preferable hotel at Nandyal

Located at the strategic point in Nandyal town, AP, this hotel is ok, and the big flexi fit board declaring all that they serve. Not seeing it went in for south indian meal around 9pm only to be told by the courteous server that it is only as the lunch they serve it. Ambience is ok, and the night fare is regular roti, nan, rice items such as basmati rice biryanis, jeera rice fried rice etc... served. Can go for it for medium range taste food.

Bit old hotel. Ambience is good. Rooms old fashioned. Not properly maintained. We needed to change the room because the room smell was with cigar smell. Attached are the pics on how it is maintained. You can get your care exteriors cleaned (shampoo wash) for Rs 200.

Hotel is Beyond my expectation Excellent rooms and service And wonderful complimentary breakfast and mostly extraordinary Tea ☕. I have booked from clear my trip app and didn't expect that much high quality service and ambience. I recommend it for everyone.

Suite rooms is one of the best and also the AC Executive rooms also. Food is also very good

Writing the review from the hotel, I've been to this hotel in 2016 and I had pleasant experience and for the same reason I choose the Suraj Grand once again. However I am totally disappointed now for choosing this property. The Lenin's on the bed are not changed and they are reusing the same I found hairs on the bed and toilet flush is horrendous... The door is not secured and can be access by staff from out side therefore for the safety I had to keep chairs to block any force entry.... The room I am staying right now id 406, management has to pay importance to the guest security.

The worst experience and a night mare any road tripping tourist can ever face . The staff is arrogant and rude . No proper manners how to talk to customers . Phone is down , would be launching a consumer court complaint against them very soon

Good hotel for stay in nandyal.. rooms are clean and neet.. but outside little improvement required in terms of cleaning. Good parking space inside and outside. Just opposite to municipal office. So, it is very easy access. Food is good. I have booked suite room here and it is good. Spacious bathroom. Improvements required: Dust bin not present. Towels are not that clean. Phone numbers are not present in romm to contact reception. Inside bathroom some more cleanness required. Hangers not present. In suite room, you could have placed one more washbasin.

Stayed for one night. Staff is very nice. Little parking just for three or four cars is there. Rooms are good but washroom maintainance is not good.

Rooms are not hygiene, telecom will not work, doors don't open properly, In my stay of 24 hrs - I called attender more than 5 times just to open the door. One more thing, never try to order Coffee or Tea. Final Verdict - I will never step into this hotel again.

Suraj Grand hotel a largest hotel in nandyal city, rooms are hygienic, food is very tasty, it is most comfortable to people.

Function hall is good but toilets and wash basins not didnot clean , But worthfull for money.

We booked a suite room, place had some unique pests. Which means there is no periodic maintenance, not worth a penny for the amount paid. Tvs does not have remotes and room was stinking, had to get down in stairs to reach reception and complaint as the receptionist was not reachable. He told a technician will be sent and no one arrived and the receptionist never followed if the technician attended our room in night.

Not that bad place to stay, bathroom maintaince should be better, less parking space. Food is bit average. Overall need improvements for that cost

We ordered veg biryani and veg manchurian taste is not up to the mark of that cost , hospitality was good, can reduce the spice in manchuria

No practice of Before room allotment the things supposed to be made available in the room. We have to ask everything.

Poor hospitality! Fraud bills and when asked for proofs tgey don’t have anything to show! Rude behaviour of so called operation manager Mr Ranjit! Charged for wrong number of water bottles and cool drinks ! When we have asked them they have changed their bills! We haven’t ordered paneer and baby corn which they have billed! Poor compliance! So disappointed! Should take them to customer forum!

Spacious room with good amenities. Food is excellent and tasty. Room service and attached restaurant cum bar is really awesome 👏 . Recommend for single or family stay.

Biryani was extra spicy. Not recommend for everyone. Other than that the place is good

No proper maintenance. Service very poor. Cost high. I paid almost 8000 for three days. Horrible bathrooms. No intercom telephone. House keeping poor. In nandyala we can get like this in half of their tarriff. No driver fresh up facility.
