My favourite place in Bangkok, regardless of category. The musicians in this tiny, intimate place are second to nobody. Great staff, great guests. Absolutely worth a detour visit or 10 ;)

Came here the first time many years ago, left Thailand and after moving back it was one of the first places that I went to go see again. Of all the places that have changed, started up and gone out of business, the Adhere is a kind of anchor of good music. There are a hundred bars in BKK that will give you a mediocre dude with a guitar, only the Adhere will make you forget where you are and lose yourself in the music even for just a moment.

Second time there and still impressed. The band I met that night was amazing. The vibe was good. The drink was okay but I don’t recommend cocktails there. 10-12.00 is the best time for nice band but it always crowed on weekends.

Still my favourite hole in the wall after 20 years! The best live blues music venue in Thailand and the owners are the nicest people with a heart of gold and a passion for the blues. It's the kind of place you can go to alone and meet new friends from anywhere in the world!

This might be my favourite bar in Bangkok. It's cool and stylish and on the night we visited there was an equally cool and stylish five piece jazz band crammed into a tiny space near the bar. The music was spot on and the perfect antidote to the dull and unimaginative dance music on the Khaosan Road.

Small in size but great in music and atmosphere. A wonderfull guitar player started the evening, there weren’t too many people yet (19h). You can have some snacks (chicken wings, fries, ribs) and of course a drink. It isn’t the cheapest place in Bangkok, but you do get some quality live music in return. Later in the evening a Jazz band started playing, more and more people entered the bar. So if you want a seat, come in early. Unfortunately we had to leave… next time we’re in Bangkok we’ll be back in this bar too.

Filled to the brim with tourists, drinks slightly overpriced (presumably because the cost of the musicians have been priced in - and the bar accepts just cash). Good atmosphere, though best to come a little earlier than the start of a session (the later one started at 10pm) as you may not get seats otherwise.

Great music, average cocktails, and so-so service. Well, I was in the mood to chill at a jazz bar while staying in BKK, and after trying a couple of places, Adhere Bar was next on my list. Let me tell you prior continue. Adhere is not a Jazz bar. but they do have a great vibe there. I asked the bartender about their signature cocktails, but the answer was vague and unclear. They didn't have Old Fashioned or Negroni that night, and the bartender suggested a Long Island Iced Tea instead. Not exactly what I was hoping for. However, the musicians were absolutely spectacular. I had the pleasure of listening to a skilled fingerstyle guitarist and an amazing elder duo. Both of them really entertained the audience. The service, on the other hand, was lacking. It seemed like the server didn't quite understand their duties, as their only focus was taking orders and delivering the check. Overall, the experience was pleasant mainly because of the fantastic music. However, the cocktail options and service could use some improvement. If you're a music lover, it's worth a visit for the performances, but don't expect top-notch drinks or service.

Love the vibe. Love the performance. Old skool style bar with a basic cocktail menu. Space is small and was full when we went. Looking forward to visit the next time I am in Bangkok

Fantastic place if you're into blues and jazz. They typically have 1 act at 2030hrs and another at 2200hrs. Chill place, cheapish drinks, great music.

Found this place by accident on our first night in Bangkok and went back the second night we were there. First class blues bar, very very cool. Lovely owner. Didn't try the food but others appeared to be enjoying it. We will be back next time we visit Bangkok. December 2022

Awesome cozy bar. Great blues music from various bands and performers.

A good place for chilling out. Music is so good if you love blues. Restaurant is quite small. You might have to share table with other people. Not much kind of beer. I prefer cocktail for this bar. Not recomended french fried.

Thailand's best small live music bar is dedicated to blues and R&B. Owner Pong has his own band, Banglampoo Blues Company, which is excellent. Great local and visiting artists nightly.

Great little bar away from the chaos of Khao San Rd. Opening act was pretty good, not a lot of blues but the second act was heat! Husband and wife duo, two guitars only, she is 77 he is 79! Very talented musicians and you can tell they love what the do! All in all a nice place to hear live music and have a drink, will definitely go back!

Absolute gem of a place. I hope people keep going to the night markets of Bangkok so that these kinds of places remain hidden, uncrowded and unfiltered. The quality of musicians that perform here is crazy.

Cozy place with a good choice of drinks. The band is amazing, with a good group of people who appreciate the genre of music hanging out and clapping and nodding about. Would definitely go back.

small and cozy place. great live music in an intimate environment. when i was there, guests were mostly tourists/expats. beer was only offered in small bottles (330ml), no pours, quite pricey. friendly staff, but don't speak much english. didn't get to try the food. overall 5 stars for great music, great atmosphere, friendly staff.

Tiny bar great music. The band plays in the center of the bar. Live music is great, most of the customers here seem to be music addicts 😆

Such a great little bar. Not a lot of room but the coziness just adds to the vibe. The husband/wife live music group was outstanding. Friendly service.

Spent here our first night in Bangkok and it was absolutely breathtaking. Great drinks, great vibe and the live music turned out to be one of the best concerts i have ever been on. We are coming back right after we get rid of that hangover from all the drinks we had there :D

Consistently the best bar I've been too, live music, cheap prices. It draws a croud of locals and ex-tourists. Not a tourists typical bar scene, but instead a building that turns out to be a wonderful 12-foot wide slice of heaven. GO HERE.
