👍👍 Nice place to enjoy dinner by riverside. Food: For thai maybe not that extreme but not that bad. Some menus are great, I love fried fish with spicy herbs. Service: very good. Many staffs can speak English so it is convenient for foreigners. Price: reasonable. Transportation: There is a trick to hit... People often mention restaurant, great, river, Thai, view, good, Hilton, curry, staff,

Many staffs can speak English so it is convenient for foreigners. Price: reasonable. Transportation: There is a trick to hit there by taking shuttle boat of Hilton Millennium hotel from Saphan Taksin pier. Update 22-05-2022 Hilton’s shuttle boat is out of service now. Update 02-11-2023 Hilton’s shuttle boat is available now.

Kind of agree with many of the comments already posted. Good menu selection at sensible prices, but you have to chose the wisely. Thai red chicken curry was like being back in the UK at an average restaurant. But the shrimp cakes where delicious.

A simple Thai restaurant on the river front and beside the Millennium Hilton Hotel with fair prices if you compare to other restaurants in the proximity. Dishes were not that tasty. Green curry was too sweet and beef was too tough. The prawns used tasted not so fresh. Accepts card.

This small little outdoor/alfresco restaurant is situated in a small alley that’s beside Millennium Hilton Hotel. This place gives a really homely and friendly vibe. Nevertheless, the food is really yummy and delicious. Our curry stir fried squid is tangy and al-dente, the Tom yum clear soup is on point, the raw prawn salad is really fresh. Likewise everyone commented, the bill came really affordable. We had a great time here and thank you for hosting us well.

Interesting date place as you have to go down a dark alley to get there. Be my guest offers Thai food with a good water front view. If your there at night ask for mosquito repellent oil BUT I WAS STILL BIT ON MY FACE 😡. I a farang, thought the food was good a 7-8 but maybe a little pricey. My date, a Thai chef, said she could make better 🤣 she just thought it was too salty and not spicy enough. Service was great and they had an adorable stray cat there.

One of the best place in Bangkok to get fairly priced authentic thai food! Portions are big, ingredients are good, taste is amazing. The view on the lake is a plus :) and, they have extended opening hours. Great experience!

A family run place between the luxury hotels near ICONSIAM with a view of the river. The service is outstanding in friendliness and efficiency and the food is high quality at a reasonable price.

A good spot to hit to look at the river and enjoy some food. While the dishes weren't my favorite, they had some great tasting food and especially good curry.

BAN RIM NAM Is a great restaurant for chilling by the bank of the Chao Phraya River opposite the So Heng Tai Mansion. After entering via the old blue iron gate, you'll feel the openness like entering a warehouse beside the water. As such. the restaurant has arranged seating on the top and bottom floors to enjoy the panoramic view. The menu has a full set of dishes, ice cream, various beverages, which are perfect for chilling out or reading a book.

Outdoor tables with view of the river. A small fan cooled us a bit. Pad Thai and Snake head Fish were both very delicious. Good service, and quick meal.

A very tasty seafood restaurant, and its prices are cheap compared to the restaurants around it. It has a very beautiful view of the river. The only defect in it is its entrance. You will not be able to reach it through Google Maps, but rather through the Hilton Hotel next to it, and it has an almost dark private road. I highly recommend visiting it. I visited the restaurant again on Monday and unfortunately it was closed 😔

You sit at the magnificent Chao Phraya River with look at the CBD e.g. you can see the MahaNakhon Tower and Lebua Hotel. Big Leo is affordable with 110 Baht(+10% Service &VAT). Maybe later about Food…

We had to call the waitress to check our order. We had to cancel one of the order coz it took too long. They charged a cup of white rice for 40 baht.

The restaurant was a bit hard to find, but finally we made it. Look for the sign on the wall in the narrow soi. Good Thai food. I love the wing bean salad 🥗

We wait for foods for 50 minutes, and the staff just keep cheating us the dish is ready. We've seen a lot of guests who came later than us had almost finished their dining! When we ask the 4th time and decide to cancel the order, they just say"Oops, sorry na~" The staff on duty has totally destroyed its reputation of this restaurant, even though I'm a 4-years guest!

I came here by motorbike and it's a little adventure in itself. The entrance to the super narrow alley where the restaurant is is very concealed since it can't be accessed directly from the main road. So if you are coming here by a motorbike (like me), you'll need to drive on a footpath for about 10 metres to be able to turn into the soi. This alley is super narrow and the surface is very uneven, go slow and be considerate. Lovely animist bodhi tree on the first bend. There's a little space to park youor bike along the front wall of the restaurant. Crossing the river on a ferry from Si-praya pier would be a lot easier but a lot less adventurous. The food is lovely. Squid in salted egg sauce is one of the best I've had so far. Pineapple fried rice is served with prawns on top. I also recommend Tom kha gai with young coconut. The service is not much but attentive enough. Great view but can be a bit stuffy since the seating space is flanked by buildings. The riverside walk path leads to Jam Factory.

Sit outside a cosy house. Look at the river. Beautiful boat. Skyscrapers of course too. Old and new...

Took nearly 1 hour and a half for my food to arrive, every 30 minutes they told me they didn't have what I ordered and made me choose again. Ended up only getting my food when they were cleaning the table to close. The food was fine but the inconvenience ruined my mood for the night.

Talk about your hidden gems. This place is located down a long dark alleyway, which I loved. You really can't beat the location. Perfect place to go after checking out Iconsiam. For the price and the location, the food is great. Even better, the beer isn't expensive. The staff were friendly. If I ever have a reason to go back to Iconsiam, I will for sure visit this place again. The view is amazing!

Avoid this tourist trap! Totally not acceptable The price seems reasonable but portion is especially small compared to other Thai restaurants Point is quality of food is far from a normal Thailand or Bangkok standard The shrimp is not fresh We ordered a curry crab meat, but there is no crab inside there’s only eggs inside, this is really disappointed when we told the staff they just ran away The Green curry chicken is like not cooked with coconut oil separated from the sauce We also ordered morning glory they seems have put up with 1kg salt inside I am sure I am not picky as I rate 4-5 stars for a lot of Thai restaurants in Bangkok and so far this one really far from the normal standard in terms of value and quality of food and service Overall it’s really bad in food And waste of time and chance as a tourist eating here When we told the staff at cashier they just give very bad attitude It’s really disappointed
