The restaurant serves high table thai dishes with tranditional thai dancing performance. The performance starts at 7:30pm for around 30 to 45 mins. Dances are about story of Thai kingdom written in a menu. After performance you can take photo with them and welcome tips for appreciation. Food honestly was not impressive. The tiger shrimp was not fresh, Tom yumgoong soup was not spicy and rich. Chicken and curry likely were cooked separately and mixed before serve. Sea bass were wasted. Only dessert was out of surprise. Overall service was good. Score of 2 stars are for performance and service.

We did the lunch buffet which was very good. They provided a variety of high-quality food with very nice services. Love the environment there especially the interior decoration and surrounding areas.

Dinner with Thai classical dance show. The dining room has exquisite decoration and murals similar to those in Thai palace. Also, the dining place is situated next to the Chaopraya river. We had the set menu which are super delicious although not big portion. There are shows during the two hour dinner, of high quality dance and Thai classical live music. Recommended for visitors aa D locals who would like a special dining.

The location is great. It is fun to cross the river from the Oriental in a special boat. The service is excellent. But the food was very poor. They offered only two options for vegetarians for the main course. I tried both, both were very poor taste and - more over - small servings. If one considers 'value for money' the experience was even worse. Avoid by all means if you are vegetarian. The deserts were better. So if food is your focus and not location, I cannot recommend.

Probably the best meal/experience we had during our four day business trip to Bangkok. We were seated at a table outside overlooking the river and had a wonderful night of delicious food, excellent service, and delightful ambience. The seared/fried sea bass is an absolute must have! The complimentary amuse bouche and scoop of coconut ice cream for dessert were a lovely touch. They also had an excellent wine list (rare for that part of the world) and for the first time on that trip I enjoyed some wonderful wine that really complemented the delicious food. Will make a point to return on future trips!

It was a wonderful experience by taking a boat from the other side of the river to the restaurant. We were sitting on the right hand side of the entrance so the seats and tables were designed to make you feel like you were in a traditional setting. The staff were very attentive and friendly so that was always nice to begin with. As to the food, there of course was a reason why the price would be more reasonable as food was not flawless. (I found a bone in my soup I think) However, as a whole, it was very satisfying. All the dishes were served in very beautiful plating designs. The lobster was a bit spicy for me (I cannot handle spicy) but it was manageable. Some tables had birthday celebrations. I would like to come back with my family next time.

Restaurant opposite the Mandarin oriental hotel. Have to take the river boat across. Food is very authentic Thai and toned down in spiciness for the tourists. Interiors are reminiscent of the old Thai kingdom era. Very charming indeed.

ICONSIAM s not just a Mall. Is a place where you will find art in each corner. The view to the Chaopraya river is astonishing. In the ground floor you will find the different dishes and clothes represented and copying the typical province houses. In the 6th floor in a water fountain show not to be missed.

A Royal Thai Banquet with a full traditional Thai dance performance. Everything was indeed outstanding, especially the service, but I can only give it 4 stars overall, as it was eye-wateringly expensive (£ 220) compared to other quality restaurants in which we dined in Bangkok. If you can afford it, don't miss it.

The food was delicious, although I usually prefer a la carte menu over a set menu when it comes to Thai food. The selection and portion was very generous however. The show makes it even more special and worth the visit. The show started 8:15.
