After dining at many hotels, this is a breath of fresh air. Initially the name “Praya Kitchen” isn’t too catchy, but we thought we’d give it a try. The restaurant is spacious, very comfortable seating. We arrived at 16:30 (opens at 18:00) to avoid traffic and they let us sit in the lounge area - where I got a lot of stuff done while waiting. As we entered, we were greeted by this corner of colored baskets - each color representing a method of cooking.
