The worst service ever. The staff was not even busy. I tried to have my birthday celebration there but ended up trying to get the right order to be served to me. Wrong food had been delivered and watched server give the wrong plate to another guest after it had arrived to my table. Really? During Covid times !?! The entire experience from getting our food to trying to pay was not a smooth transition. It's like the staff had no clue who was doing what. The worst experience and after paying such a premium price for the meals. Unacceptable. The place itself was very beautiful and elegant.

Real Italian food done authenticly, full of flavors and just like what I expected ans more. High level. Main dishes were amazing, truly amazing. Desserts were just ok, trying to hard to be different. Made us miss Italy ornat least the main dish. Wine also had great varied selection and was delicious. Service is perfect!

I want to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently had at your establishment, celebrating our wedding anniversary. Medici Bar Bangkok stands out for its outstanding food, impeccable service, and unforgettable entertainment. The juicy and flavourful pork chop, grilled egg plant and rocket salad with burrata is simply wonderful. Not forgetting the cocktails as well as the extremely well done mini tiramisu and panna cota. Miss Wan and Mr Saugat deserve special recognition for their outstanding service. Their attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a delightful dining experience were truly remarkable. Their warmth and professionalism were greatly appreciated. The highlight of my evening was the performance by the opera artists. Their talent and passion were evident in every note they sang, and the unique experience of feeling like they were right next to me added an incredible touch to the evening.

The food was sooooo nice. All the dishes were beautifully plated. The serving portion was good. The price was a bit expensive. The atmosphere was so good too. But overall service was exceptional. Definitely a great place for dinner ❤️

I ate here with a group of friends. I clearly asked the both waiters that I cannot eat any MSG. They said everything is 100% without MSG (flavour enhancer) and unfortunately all the food tasted like MSG and gave me last night extremely painful diarrhea. Went last night 5x to the toilet with massive pain. Food looked good. Nice for pics but not recommended to eat.

The service was outstanding. (The only reason I gave it 3 stars and not 1.) I just simply didn’t care for my food. The taste was simply odd and the pork wasn’t crispy but just fatty. Also I get restaurants change their menus. That’s fine but the one posted online isn’t what’s on offer. A disclaimer or an updated menu would be nice.

Great ambience and delicious food. Unfortunately the service was really slow and could be more attentive. No sharing plates and utensils given. And hard to get the attention of the service. Would love a little more variety on the food menu and the beverage menu. Pasta was just alright but the lambs were outstanding. Do order that if you are there.

Excellent food in an excellent atmosphere . We came on a Friday and we’re blessed a trio of opera singers that accompanied us through the evening. Equally amazing to the opera and food was our waiter who attended to us gracefully ! Mr Seesan (sorry if the spelling is wrong) took excellent care of us and ensured that the entire evening experience will be unforgettable, which he accomplished in the best way. Awesome evening and thanks to Chef and entire team !

The restaurant is located on the basement at Muse hotel. Variety of homemade pasta. All the foods taste very good. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet. Accor membership gets 50% discount for 2 persons.

Saugat our waiter did an incredible job and made us feel very welcomed. Our experience was exquisite. Very knowledgeable staff and of course, the food was delicious. If you need a wonderful Italian meal then look no further. You won’t be disappointed.

Medici has been on my list of restaurants to visit in Bangkok. The moment you enter, elegance embraces you, paving the way for an extraordinary evening. It's a must-visit destination for an exquisite experience. A special mention to Stephen, our faithful, friendly, and attentive waiter who served us. You made our evening a memorable experience. Also, a shoutout to the young lady Namwan, who has a sweet smile and is very caring throughout the night. On Wednesday nights, there are classical opera performances that are just amazing! The performance of the two performers was brilliant, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Overall, the food is great, especially the tiramisu with a hint of alcohol that enhances the entire aroma of the cake.

Personally, this is the best Italian restaurant in Bangkok and one of my favorite Italian restaurant that I have visited around the world. Must try their Tiramisu. Always make an effort to dine here whenever I am in Bangkok.

If you’d like to take a break from the thousands of Thai eating establishments in Bangkok, give this excellent Italian restaurant a try. The Medici it’s located on the lower level of the Muse Hotel Bangkok on Soi Langsuan. It has a dark but very cozy atmosphere on a busy night, the service can be a little bit slow but well worth the wait. The Sea Bass dish is highly recommended as well as the Carbonara. After your main entrée you must have the Tiramisu. It’s absolutely to die for. The Sea Bass has a crispy skin and very tender and moist fillet. It’s served with a tomato-based sauce with potatoes. The Carbonara with bacon was absolutely perfect. This Italian restaurant is a rare find in Bangkok wherever you’re coming from in the world. I highly recommend it.

Elegant Italian restaurant, with good pasta and Italian menu. Quality and presentation of our meals was excellent. Wine list good but a little expensive.

The food was good, especially the risotto with scallops. The service was good too though they forgot to serve me a bread basket and I had to refill my wine glass once myself (reason given for both was that they are understaffed - only 4 tables were occupied). Even though this is a restaurant in the basement with amazing ambience, ask for mosquito spray from the staff before you order.

Not many variety of selection, we ordered piazza parma ham & spaghetti vongole, the taste was good. We also ordered some dessert; tiramisu and homemade gelato. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Price is bit expensive. The overall experience was ok.

Great food , great service, great opera music. Service is great as others had mentioned: very attentive staffs, polite and helpful. The opera music is quite different from the usual live band which is quite unique, not something you would expect in a Resturant! Excellent service, very attentive staff. Food was hit/miss. Lobster pasta was excellent but T-Bone steak was quite tough (cooked to the right temp though).

Delicious fresh homemade pasta dishes. Great ambient and a huge plus with interim Opera performance between 8:30pm and 9:30pm. Great service with our host and waitress (Eve). She noticed we had just a few bite on bruschetta dish, and inmediately offered to replace it with a fresh and more toasty one. This is very impressive service mind. Big applaud.

Affordable fine dining set lunch with nice ambience. The interior of the restaurant I believe, to mimick medieval theme and I pretty much like the place. Food is awesome. However was charged an insane amount for a bottle of normal water (330 baht i think).

They serve nice Italian food and wine. The staff were friendly and happy to serve us. During the pandemic period, they have changed the menu, not much variety as it used to be. The cold cut for two with truffle cheese and some soft cheese is amazing. My little disappointment was the fresh truffle on the risotto, it was not aromatic enough. Overall, it's a good place for special moment, and food is nice.

Great food & great service, we have been there for dinner. The food was amazing! Scallop, signature pasta, risotto and beef, very tasty. Staffs are nice and lovely. Really enjoyed the dinner there. I made some special request for anniversary dinner which the restaurant served us a dessert with lovely “Happy anniversary” write on.

Medici kitchen is in the underground floor , access from main stair at the lobby. It has dark atmosphere but good lighting at the table. When customers came in nearly full the hall, food has slowly served. When i ordered lobster bisque from the set menu , the restaurant has changed it into seafood soup that made from tomatoes base. I think this is an Italian style restaurant so i ordered a pizza and thought i would get a light flat flour kinda italian pizza but i got thick flour pizza with scattered seafood. (I understand it is a set lunch so the quality is tuned down a bit). I asked for flank steak and the restaurant said no more beef and would like to substitute me by chicken or fish. So funny. However after the management from all talented chefs i got a beef steak as i planned to have.
