Dont miss this if you are visiting the Arun Wat. Very close to the Arun Wat. 7mins walk under the bridge. I got to pray Zohar in the Masjid. Alhumdulillah very peaceful environment inside and outside the masjid. This Mosque also has historic importance as well. There is separate arrangement for female prayer. A quick break from the touristic Arun Wat.

If you are a muslim and come to Bangkok please go and pray fard at this mosque. It is the oldest mosque in bangkok and almost 400 years old. The only people who pray there on weekdays are the man who takes care of the mosque and his son. The man was very happy to see visitors coming to pray here. Make the visit and support this historical masjid if you can!

This is the Oldest Mosque in Bangkok located on Chao Phaya river and near Wat Arun. Very old fashioned mosque with some old calligraphic articles. A must visit if anyone is visiting Wat Arun. Very quiet and calm ambiance. Fortunately, I got an opportunity to be the Imam for Asr prayer (Alhamdulillah) as there was no Imam. Street food is available near this mosque and there is a small convenient shop opposite this mosque.

If you visit Way Arun in Bangkok, this historical mosque is worth a visit. From Wat Arun, you can search the route in Google Maps and follow it by walking for about 15 minutes. The location is a little bit hidden, in the corner at the end of the street under the fly over. The building looks old but magnificent. Too bad. I couldn't go in the last time I went there. Toilets are available at the back side of the area. Free drinking water can also be found. You can take a rest in a small open building with chairs and table. Just right in front of the mosque, you can find some halal food stalls. I guess they are open late in the afternoon or evening because when I got there at noon, these stalls are closed. Oh, I also met very friendly mosque guards in this Tonson mosque.

(Translated by Google) An air-conditioned mosque, located near the fly over amarind Rd. From the Wat Arun complex, you have to walk first, exit through the back door, turn left, after the Navy headquarters there is a traffic light crossing Thanon Wang Doem Rd - Arun Amarin Rd, turn left again next to the fly over, turn right at the end of the road Got the address of this mosque from Google .... There is a halal restaurant "HAVA" in the corner at a red light on Jl. Thanon Wang Diem - Arun Amarind Rd As usual, the average Thai cuisine is suitable for the Indonesian tongue. But usually it tastes really sour, so you have to warn the previous message not to be too sour ... Don't forget to separate the green vegetables typical of Thai dishes that look like celery, because the taste won't suit us ... 😄😄😄 (Original) Masjid ber AC, terletak di dekat kolong fly over amarind Rd. Dari kompleks Wat Arun harus jalan kaki dulu keluar lewat pintu belakang, belok kiri, Setelah markas Angkatan Laut ada Perempatan lampu merah Thanon wang Doem Rd - Arun Amarin Rd belok kiri lagi samping fly over belok lalu kanan diujung jalan. Dapat alamat masjid ini dari mas Google.... Ada rumah makan halal "HAVA" dipojok diperempatan lampu merah Jl Thanon Wang Diem - Arun Amarind Rd Seperti biasa, rata rata masakan thailand cocok untuk lidah Indonesia. Cuma biasanya rasanya asem banget, jadi harus wanti2 pesan sebelumnya jangan terlalu asam... Jangan lupa pisahkan sayuran hijau khas masakan thailand yg bentuknya seperti seledri, karena rasanya ngg bakalan cocok buat kita... 😄😄😄

It is the nearest mosque from Wat Arun, you only need walk around 10 minutes for doing your pray. You must follow the road until the end of the road. So you will find it. And the shock news is this is one of historical building in thailand. This place is good for rest and pray before we continue for our tour in Thailand.
