I can't believe this international organization handle the sample this careless. My quartz has hardness of 7 moh but its two tips are broken during the examination. These are not very tiny point so it must fell off the table. Lab said sorry and explain that accident can happen. However no better solution nor future prevention for the broken piece. Moreoever staff said they could not do anything otherwise they will refuse future request for rock crystals...such a threat to cover the mistake. This is not the first time my sample was broken. And for any of your lab request, you must remember all services they provide as they will only explain to you on the first time i.e. arrow pointing on report. They will not offer all services they're capable of as they want it to be as easiest as possible. I felt no responsibility at all from either employee or organization.

All depends if you are lucky enough to get in touch with the right person at the desk , there is one lady , young lady , smart well speaking English , proactive and capable .... if you get in touch with her all your needs will be understood and satisfied .... if not ... well .... more difficult and likely only with local clientele ... actually during COVID times service is little slow but the situation will be hopefully improved . All over should be something to grow and invest .... also improving the attitude of the front desk employees but one that is already perfect !

I did check my Jade, the staff was really nice & professional to handle the things. In September and also October 2020 they have a promotion price for gemstone tasting.They don’t have a mail service.I really recommend this lab.
