Our private transfers were dangerous and unreliable. Mini bus driver backed up slip road onto very busy 3 lane highway with my family on board after taking wrong turning. On another occasion picked up 1hr 10mins late for our transfer from Siem Reap to Bangkok and each time we spoke to office they gave a different story for reason.

We booked our holiday through Trailfinders in UK who partnered with Exo Travel in Thailand. The service we received was impeccable. Everything ran like clockwork. The transfers to and from the airports were well organised and extremely comfortable. A special mention to Nicky who took us on our “introduction to Bangkok” tour on our first morning. She was truly excellent. So friendly and knowledgable. She collected us from our hotel and showed us the palaces and temples, the flower market and took us on the tuk tuk, sky rail, metro and river taxi. She was happy to answer all of our questions not only about Bangkok but also about the rest of Thailand and spent time making sure we were getting the most of the tour. We felt very well looked after and learnt a lot. Our trip benefitted massively from this tour. Definitely recommend.

Our guide Saruda took our family on two half day tours around Bangkok. She had amazing knowledge, answered all of our questions and more! We had a really great day!

We took a Tour of Bangkok on our first day in the city and " travelled like the locals" . Our guide Or was superb, she was very knowledgeable about not only Bangkok but also about the places we visited. It was a great introduction to finding our way about, and made our second day so much easier as we travelled about using the public transport. Would definitely recommend both the tour and Or. Fabulous!!
