disappointed
by
the
response
from
Sasiprapa.
This
shows
she
did
not
even
read
the
entire
review
and
gave
an
automated
response.
Please
re-read:
We
stayed
here
last
weekend.
First
impression
was
very
good
as
we
were
warmly
greeted
by
the
hotel
staff.
We
checked
in
and
got
our
hotel
cards
and
happily
went
up
to
our
floor
but
both
the
hotel
cards
did
not
work
despite
repeated
attempts.
So
we
had
to
go
back
down
to
the
reception
to
clarify
the
matter,
which
the
staff
tried
activating
the
hotel
cards
again
before
giving
us
back
the
cards.
After
that
we
went
back
up
but
unfortunately
the
cards
still
did
not
work.
At
this
point
of
time
we
were
slightly
annoyed
and
had
no
choice
but
to
get
back
down
to
see
the
staff.
The
staff
decided
to
give
us
new
cards
and
assured
us
it
was
working.
Guess
what?
The
cards
still
did
not
work!!
I
was
irritated
at
this
point
already,
Luckily
there
was
a
cleaner
then
who
helped
us
open
the
door
with
her
master
card
so
we
entered
the
room
and
I
called
the
reception
to
clarify
the
matter
again.
The
staff
told
us
that
they
will
send
someone
to
fix
the
door
so
we
went
out
to
eat
first
as
we
were
already
angry
and
hungry!
After
we
came
back,
I
went
to
the
reception
to
collect
the
new
cards
but
this
time
the
cards
did
NOT
even
work
on
the
elevator...
So
went
back
to
the
reception
AGAIN,
and
the
staff
tried
to
activate
the
card
AGAIN.
We
managed
to
enter
the
lift
BUT
still
NO
LUCK
with
the
hotel
door....
My
wife
was
already
super
frustrated.
So
I
went
back
down
again
for
the
FIFTH
time
and
got
the
staff
to
go
up
with
us
to
settle
the
issue.
Finally
the
cards
worked
on
the
6TH
TIME!
To
be
very
honest,
the
room
was
nice
but
the
incident
made
it
a
bad
experience
for
us.
The
staff
were
not
even
apologetic
to
us
at
all
over
this
incident.
Imagine
having
to
go
up
and
down
the
lift
5
-
6
times
to
the
highest
floor
just
makes
it
a
bad
experience..
