Room: The renovated room is quite impressive. It is clean, simple, and comfortable while remains fully functional and practical characteristics. Service: Not particularly special but they keep it up to the Courtyard standard. Nice staff and well maintained facilities. Overall: Although it is not a kind of ultra-luxurious property, this hotel can be nice choice since it conveniently located within the city center and relatively inexpensive nightly price.

My room was very comfortable. The location is not particularly convenient as it is at the end of a long side street, with no shops or attractions on that street apart from other hotels, and not convenient for getting a taxi. Grab cars find it quite easily of course, so that's okay. I was also disappointed with the front desk operation. Of course the agents cannot be blamed for the policies set by management but they should be able to explain those policies at the time of check-in. What I was told about the rates that I would be charged was completely incomprehensible at the time of check-in which led to an unpleasant surprise at the time of check-out. Not only that but on the last day I had to leave for the airport before the restaurant opened and they made me pay for breakfast anyway despite the factI didn't have it. The front desk agent said that I would be given a breakfast box to carry but that didn't happen even though a charge for breakfast was included in the room rate. Meals that I did have during my three-night stay were not particularly memorable but they were expensive. Twenty dollars for fried rice with egg. Eight dollars for a tiny piece of cake. I left the hotel feeling that I had been had. I won't be back.

Totally exceeded my expectations in every angle. Staffs were nice, professional, attentive, and efficient from the moment we stepped out of the car to check in. Every request was fulfilled very quickly. They really made our stay a pleasant one. We got upgraded to a corner room, which was just okay. Comfortable and clean enough to have a decent stay but nothing impressive. The hotel is fully equipped with all the necessities, and located in great location. Breakfast was also beyond expectations, pretty variety and quality. Will definitely go back.

Update: We’ve completed our 10-day quarantine here. It was a fabulous experience from day 1 to the end. I cannot imagine any ASQ location can beat Courtyard by Marriott-Bangkok! ........................... Highly Recommended! We are into our day 3 of 10-day quarantine. So far the hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way, from the airport shuttle ride to warm set of meals waiting for us when we arrived to our room almost midnight (our flights from the US arrived at 10:30pm). The food choice is amazing, our two young children love that there are 3 set of meals they can choose and every set is delicious. Friendly staffs have been so wonderful which make our ASQ stay a pleasant one.

Overall, a decent stay in a spacious room, however with many missing elements. For the good part, the room is spacious, the concierge team is excellent (especially Khun Bank) and generally fast service. The gym is good too. For the parts we felt disappointed, we stayed as part of our honeymoon, and we have informed the hotel in advance, but it's the first time we didn't receive any honeymoon gift other than the heart-shaped towels (we have been traveling in a few countries and staying at 4/5 stars hotels). I called and checked and still nothing. No congratulations even. As a platinum elite member I was expecting more. Bedsheets had some stains, called to change but the new one also had stains. We stayed for 7 nights and witnessed how the Room service missed out on our rope, cups, coffee, spoon, masks and alcohol wipes on separate days. Called to ask for bowls, got plates instead on 2 occasions. I'm not sure how the communication is. There is a lot of room for improvement on consistency and hopefully next guests who celebrate their honeymoon have better experiences.

I would only stay here again of you need to get rid of your Marriott points. Otherwise Bangkok offers far better hotels in higher categories for less money. This hotel is relatively new so the rooms are decent, however the breakfast and service is only mediocre. There is no business lounge to work. And please check your coffee machine as the espresso/coffee wasn't good, it's either burning the beans or sth else wrong.

This Courtyard is a more upscale Courtyard than I have stayed in anywhere. The location is great as it is close to sky train stations and a short walk to the mall. The hotel itself is very open and modern and has plenty of areas to lounge, work out, eat, relax and also a spa. They serve a great breakfast here as well and I cannot say enough about how great the staff are here. They even have an EMT type of person on staff to help if needed. I would highly recommend this hotel in Bangkok if you are looking for a great place to stay and an excellent location.

A very good 5 star City hotel run to a high standard with pleasant, modern yet compact refurbished rooms. The breakfast is outstanding. The omelette chef was left forlorn by guests simply because there are so many other choices. Miss Melanie the Duty Manager provided very attentive service throughout and Mr Bank is an astute concierge full of local knowledge.

I have stayed in a lot of Marriott Hotels...this Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Hotel should be the FLAGSHIP of Marriott Hotels. There were no shortcomings with this hotel...from the Check-in with Melanie, to the Check-out this hotel experience was exceptional. We were greeted with respect, provided a cold drink, welcomed and shown to our room. Everything you would expect from a 5 Star accommodation...professional, clean, everything in place, no lacking of anything! One of the best hotel experiences I have ever enjoyed! A huge thank you to the entire staff! Exceptional!

Great hotel, but pricey. Room was clean and quiet. Although I came at a recommended "low traffic" time for breakfast, it was crowded and a bit chaotic. Other hotels in the area, The Duchess, for example, offer larger rooms at a similar level. The internet speed at 8 Mbps down was also substandard. Recommend with reservations.

First time in Bangkok and decided to stay there for several days. The hotel itself was good but the staff was definitely on another level. My experience there went above and beyond my expectations! Champ,Anna,Bank and all the front staff was superb. Bee in the Momo Cafe made our mornings extra joyous with here high spirit and energy. Thank you all for such an amazing experience.

I spent 15 days here in quarantine and I could not have been more pleased. The management and staff went out of their way to make this a pleasant experience. The food, my oh my. Each meal was better than the previous especially the sea bass. I will return to dine at the Momo Cafe. Highly recommend this hotel to stay and especially for quarantine.

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Reasonable priced. Daily welcome drink coupon. Good breakfast selections. Complimentary tuk tuk to bring you to the nearest subway station. Traffic at the road leading to the hotel can be very congested and parking facility at hotel very limited

Very nice cozy hotel located in the heart of the city, yet secluded from the hustle bustle. The buffet spread is very good. The staff is very friendly. Eventhough the main restaurant shuts down at 10.30 pm, they have in room dining full night through which is very very beneficial, especially for people arriving late night

Exceeded our expectations. Front desk welcoming and responsive. Restaurant service and meals excellent. Room was spacious. Hotel location was tucked away from the main road. But, staff drove us to the Skytrain entrances and to the nearby huge Central World. Would come back again.

Good place to stay tranquil with no road sound, Momo cafe is very good service with best service mind, and all the food is delicious, halal options for Muslim is available too. The receptionists are very supportive and responsive with whatever you request. The meeting room facility is fair and the break set during the meeting is so fantastic.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we had wonderful time staying there. Location was perfect, close to BTS and Central world shopping mall. Staffs were awesome, the concierge Billy was super helpful and he knows his way around Bangkok. Definitely a place to stay for the price.

Very nice room, excellent breakfast. Good value. Check-in was great - I'm titanium with Marriott and they went out of their way to thank me for my business.

Very nice for a Courtyard. Nice bright decor, good restaurant on site, fairly convenient position, price is reasonable compared to other Marriott chain hotels. Pool and gym are a bit underwhelming, otherwise public facilities are good. Rooms have enough space and everything I needed.

Very nice modern hotel. Amazing staff. Great walkable location near CentralwOrld with free tuk tuk there. Only problem was our hallway smelled like cigarettes and the front desk couldn’t remove the smell. Still would recommend.

LOVED THE COURTYARD BANGKOK! really felt like a home away from home! Stayed in the corner unit, it was so spacious! Hotel breakfast was good too! With regular shuttle to CentralWorld and on-demand shuttle to nearby BTS stations. This is an accommodation to stay if you really want to kick up the comfort when you visit Bangkok! Totally will recommend

Simple business hotel located near Erawan shrine (approx. 7 min walk from hotel). Food at the morning buffet was decent. The rooms were clean and I was given a room upgrade upon check in which was great. Value for money.

Hotel rooms was nice and clean, ll as well as the hotels were located in a central area. Unfortunately, the hotels were quite far into one of the small streets so if you are travelling by food, it willvtkse you another roughly 2-3 minutes to walk in. Staff here are amazing and the daily room service leaves nothing more to ask for

Love this hotel. Air was fragrant and fresh when I entered the lobby and my room! My room was newly renovated (according to Marriot apps). On arrival, the hotel receptionist brought out cooling drinks and cool towel.. perfect! The bathroom design is one of the better ones I have seen. The WC cubicle was hidden in a niche, offering privacy. There is no rain shower which is a trend now in hotel, A thoughtful gesture was the sit down bench offering in the shower cubicle which is good for elderly folks. There are limited TV channels available, similar to the four point Sheraton. The morning breakfast was ok but not the best I have had. Location is 10 mins walk away from the Erawan shrine and big C. As the hotel is situated in an alley, it is not noisy and peaceful to sleep.

Stayed here 4 years ago as a Titanium with my friend as graduates on holiday. Lounge access & daily free breakfast. Welcome drink was delicious. Definitely a property I would return to everytime I'm in Bangkok. Superb cleanliness. Came back for work & a bit of leisure this time. The hotel is still excellent without Executive Lounge. Luggage was being helped with everytime. Welcome drink still tasty like the first time I was here. Rooms are newly renovated and as a return guest, got upgraded to a larger corner room. Daily housekeeping left a towel elephant in our room and everything was done up just like a new room. Big thank you to Ms Picchy for her professionalism. Our plan was delayed so we had to stay additional night, and she make it so effortless for us to remain in our room, without checking out & checking in again while maintaining our upgraded room. Everything got settled in the mobile Chat app, and I only spend 1minute at the front desk to confirm. Swift & decisive!

The rooms are renovated but are lacking any art, coziness or color. It is as if Marriott Bonvoy doesn’t want The Courtyard brand to compete with it’s flagship brands which formerly the Courtyard in my view did compare favorably in value and style. The Weekend Brunch was outstanding in both flavor quality and options, really top shelf!

A beautifully located Marriott hotel with lovely staff and good facilities. This is my second stay here and I just love it. The first one was a quarantine stay which is when they really won me over with their amazing attention to detail in keeping things clean without degrading the experience. The rooms are well maintained and super clean. The staffs are very helpful and humble. The mono cafe food is so good. From breakfast to food on their menu, you’ll see yourself ordering again and again. Price is not too high in comparison to outside food. It’s great deal if you happen to score their 30% F&B offer. The housekeeping team also needs a special mention as they leave everything immaculate in the room everyday. Their breakfast is huge and I see myself eating most of the items through lunch :D Very well recommended for those who wants to stay on a budget while enjoying the Marriott hospitality and benefits.

The room is adequate. The staff is pleasant. I like that they know how much we adore elephants. The elephant towel is also fantastic. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, overcharged for the alcoholic beverages that we did not have. I noticed it right away and told them to cancel it as soon as possible.

The brand at its height of perfection, room service practically any hour of the day. Attentive staff. 5 min walk not from one but two of the major metro lines means you can be out your door and to the Bangkok’s best dinning, shopping, parks, temples and attraction. The rooms have been masterfully remodeled. The Gym has every machine I desire, large dinning area should you wish to eat out of your room. This is definitely where I am staying; for some time to come, and when ever in Bangkok.

I like the location of this hotel and the freshness of the rooms. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. As Platinum Elite member I got a free flow drink with snacks at the hotel restaurant, which has nice outdoor seating. During my first stay at the hotel I got a lovely corner room with a nice view and silent aircon. During my second stay however I got a bottom floor room with no view. I asked to change room and got another room on a higher floor but with a noisy aircon. Finally after a few hours I changed room again and got an OK view, and OK aircon but there was a too strong chemical smell from air desinfectant spray. It seems like the rooms are quite varied in quality and loudness of aircon/smell. But I will not hesitate to come back as the location and hotel is really great anyway. The pool and fitness room is also really nice.

Good hotel! Located in the quiet part of Ratchadamri, it is definitely a hidden gem in Bangkok! For breakfast they serve continental and Thai food. No sticky rice mango though.

I had an absolutely brilliant stay at this Hotel for about 2 weeks. The staff are really welcoming and friendly. The room is nicely furnished, shower is fantastic, bed is comfy AND it was nice and quiet at night during my stay. Breakfast is literally a highlight, loads of options from Noodle/curry to freshly made Omelette [highly recommend] or traditional English breakfast foods, fruit juices, you name it. The pool is a good size for a gentle dip and is an ideal size to relax around a few hours a day. The gym is good by hotel standards. Location wise you are close to the up market Malls of Centreworld, Gaysorn and Siam Paragon. All 3 offer something different. The BTS Chit lom station is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from the hotel, not onerous. Taxis have no issue finding the hotel. And Lumpini Park is about 15 minutes the other direction away from the main Road. Thanks to Jaja for always making me feel welcome each morning at the breakfast area reception, great customer service.

We stayed here for 5 night in 02/2022 while we entered Thailand and used the Test and Go Scheme. The Hotel is very nice and has a good condition. Actually they do some renovations between floor 6 to 9. room: We booked a renovated premier king room and got one at the corner. The interior is new , the beds are comfortable and you have enough space. The WI-FI is fast so you can stream your movies linke you want. I used for streaming a Amazon streaming stick and you can put it into the Tv without problems. Only one thing what we disliked was that you hear very loud door slamming every morning from others guests. location: The hotel is located very central near the ERAWAN shrine. You can easily go by walk to different shopping malls and there is a Big C super center nearby as well. Furthermore you have a good connections to the BTS System. Facilities I used the pool every day. The size is approx 25x4m and you can easily swim a long distance. The whole pool area is very lovely. A fitness center is available too and it is very good equipped. Breakfast We booked our accommodation with breakfast and I can recommend it. Every morning they changed the 4 warm Thai Dishes. They have a fresh egg station too and they do fresh Pancakes and waffles. Services The Hotel has a concierge and he will help you when you have any questions. The offer between 8am till 10pm a Shuttle Service to the nearest BTS Stations. Furthermore it is really nice, that they have some water as well in the Shuttle. The Test and Go Both PCR-Test (1/5 day) were done very professional and we waited for the results approx. 4 hours.

I stayed here just one night before flying back to work. The location is great and the staff is super friendly and the overall service is amazing! I requested the high floor so my niece can enjoy the view of Bangkok and the staff tried to check for me so we got a nice view. Moreover, I was so impressed with the service at the breakfast buffet they were so nice to my niece and gave her ice cream to enjoy after a meal. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended πŸ‘πŸ»
