After 7 months of backpacking through Thailand, this was a great way to spend our final days with a comfortable bed and relaxing bathtub! Staff were super accommodating in letting us check in early and check out late. Room service was delicious and efficient. The pool has a great lounging area and awesome city views. The fitness center had high quality equipment with more great views. Conveniently connected to Surasak line for transportation. Would highly recommend and will be returning to stay here next time I’m in Bangkok!

A perfect hotel 🏨 experience. From the location to the facilities. The rooftop infinity pool with the urban view is a delight. The rooms are very large, the bed is extremely comfortable, the perfect mattress (trust me, please. It's the best bed ever!). The breakfast is freshly made and presented. And very tasty. The hotel's staff, as in all of Thailand 🇹🇭 are very nice, polite, professional, service oriented. The hotel is a few steps away from the sky train station.

Hotel is situated in a great location with direct access to the train. The staff is incredibly helpful. The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety; there were several different dishes every day (especially Asian cuisine) with plenty of choices. I think everyone will find something for themselves. One downside is the bar's opening hours; in the evening, it wasn't possible to have a drink by the pool as the bar was closing. Rooms are clean, with a comfortable large bed. Although the decor shows signs of aging, the tranquility definitely makes up for it. You can observe bustling Bangkok without actually hearing it :)

You will read this “this hotel customer service is out of this world”. But u have to experience the hotel to believe it. Too many positive points to mention but I’ll try to summarize them here (1) upon check in since we told them we’re in a hurry to get our luggage. To our surprise our luggage arrived to the room faster than we did. That’s a first anywhere I’ve even been. (2) the infinity pool was wonderful. What was even more wonderful is when an annoying customer who sat down half a foot deep into the water at the wonderfully positioned poolside seats, this Karen was “annoyed” when she got a few drops of water on her book which for some reason decided it’s a good idea to read practically inside the pool. She started swearing at us but I was in a good mood so I ridiculed her. She tried “reporting me” to the management who got called in. I don’t know what they said to her but it was obvious she didn’t get her way as she went away and they didn’t talk to us. They know how to treat such situations obviously (3) we decided to bring a cake to celebrate my son’s birthday. We asked for permission to lighten the candles which is technically not allowed inside the rooms for obvious reasons. But after checking with their managers, they sent the bellboy who stood by outside while we borrowed a lighter, sang happy birthday and blown them. It was a wonderful experience. Oh oh and not to mention the fact its literally has it’s own access to the BTS and their own Bangkok bank ATM machine on the 3rd floor

We stayed here during our vacation last month in Bangkok, and all I can say is 5 stars across the board. From being greeted and checked-in at the executive lounge to having an amazing executive suite with a bathtub + an amazing view to the infinity pool, everything was top notch. The inclusive breakfast buffet is fantastic as well. Great selection 👍🏼 The views are incredible, especially from those on the higher floors. Whenever we needed any help, the concierge was super helpful. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Bangkok!

It’s the fifth time that we have stayed at this property and it never disappoints. Everyone is super friendly, the room is amazing and the location perfect to get around Bangkok! It was my birthday during our stay and we had been on our honeymoon, we received lovely sweets treats for both occasions, so attentive! We will be back next time!

We really like this hotel. Small but nice room. We slept very well; good bed. Housekeeping is top-notch and also excellent service from all staff. Requests dealt with promptly and always with a smile. Very professional and friendly staff. Good amenities: 24 hour gym, nice pool, direct bridge access to surasak bts station to name a few. And special mention for the very good food. Leaving tomorrow and already looking forward to coming back in a few days.

Executive Deluxe room was awesome. Room is spacious. Bathtub is big enough for two people. Services are great! Swimming pool is a bit small and next to the restaurant. So it wasn't that private. People from outside who come to restaurant and see guests swimming easily. Breakfast is normal, any Thai soup based was too sweet.

This was a great hotel but there was one thing that was bad... In the other room I was hearing "moaning noises" while my friends and I were sleeping, all my friends heard it... It was not that good...

I had a wonderful stay the 5 days I was in Bangkok because of the amazing staff at this hotel. It is centrally located around many shops and in close distance to main shopping centers. The staff is accommodating and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. While the rooms are smaller that I was used to, everything was clean and comfortable. The food was also delicious and the view from the top floors is breathtaking. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice hotel lobby to Chef Man restaurant. Chef Man is a famous restaurant in Bangkok. We have brunch here. Took in a few of their popular items such as crispy pork, roasted piglet, Peking duck and almost all the Tim sum items on the menu. The food ordered did not disappoint. Most notable is the crispy pork and roasted piglet Hong Kong style, definitely a must try item when dining here.

We were completely satisfied, especially considering the absolutely fair price. The room was super nice and completely clean as well as the whole hotel. All the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a dream: huge selection, both Asian and Western with many special treats. The location is also great, you can access the metro directly from the hotel. You can quickly get to Lumphini Park, but also to many other attractions.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok. Easy access, clean room and excellent breakfast. Fang was very polite and helpful. All the small gestures she did made us feel welcoming. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Eastin Grand is one of my favourite hotels. The beating heart of the hotel is the pool and bar area. Such a wonderfully design space with the infinity pool views over to the river and Lebeu Hotel (Hangover II), the wicker pods, the shaded sofas and the food. I have spent days there. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you would expect of a modern, high quality hotel. The staff were top notch too, going out of their way so solve a covid sandbox app problem with the previous hotel that could have wrecked my holiday. The MTR is right outside the front door with great connections up to shopping districts. The hotel is not universally known by taxi drivers so take a business card or app and they'll find it.

If you can get a promotional price for an executive level room, this may be the best value hotel in Bangkok. Rooms are spacious with luxurious features. Staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food is outstanding, especially in the executive lounge. I can nitpick: the crack in the bathroom’s countertop was not expertly repaired. The room lighting control system is frustrating. And I will argue with the chefs that croutons need to be substantial and seaworthy. Overall, a true five star experience.

We've stayed here twice in the space of a few weeks and I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are lovely and very attentive, the rooms and beds themselves are very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The cleaners deserve great credit as the rooms are always spotless. I had my birthday during our stay and I was delighted when I returned to the room to be welcomed with a delicious cake and hand written note signed by the team. Would stay here again obviously! Thank you Eastin Grand Team for making our stay wonderful ❤️

This is an absolutely stunning hotel in a great central location. Reception and (all) staff were extremely polite and professional while remaining friendly and chatty. They always made you feel like you were an old friend revisiting. The rooms were amazing with floor to ceiling windows giving outstanding views over Bangkok. The infinity pool is an amazing experience again with superb views over th city And the hotel has a direct walkway link to the SkyTrain with a station directly opposite the hotel so you can travel to anywhere in Bangkok very easily We've stayed at Eastin before and when we return it'll be the hotel we will return to Highly recommended

We spent 2 nights here. It was wonderful. The rooms are functional and comfortable. Very clean! The pool area is amazing with the bar and restaurant and the very helpful staff. The gym is well equipped. And the location is ideal on the BTS line and in an area that isn't too crazy if you prefer a calmer district. Also recommend the street food that's just around the corner!

Friendly, excellent service in a good hotel. It’s a bit dated in areas such as the pool (missing tiles etc) and the bathrooms but pleasant nonetheless. The area is pretty quiet so if you want to be immediately in the action this isn’t for you

Exceeds all expectations - clean rooms, delicious food, great location. We had the most wonderful time here. The room was spacious, clean, and to the most modern standard. We had an amazing view over Bangkok. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding. We also had dinner at Antito which was very tasty. The entire hotel staff is very attentive, professional and genuinely friendly. The location is perfect with the direct connections to the BTS. We'll for sure stay here again. Thank you so very much to the entire team.

Attention to detail, this hotel has everything a 5 star hotel requires, but also has the plus of having that extra attention to the small things. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets clean and fresh, the room is quite spacious (superior sky room), the WC was luxurious, everything was perfect, the view of the window breathtaking. Gym open 24h, close to a convenient and lovely infinity pool with a great view and accompanied by a nice Italian restaurant (cheap for European standards except for the wine very expensive for European standards). The breakfast is incredible with such diversity and everything so tasty. A handy metro stop for BTS (aka sky-metro) directly in the 2nd floor. What I'd like to highlight is about the attention to detail I mentioned: our transfer to the airport failed us - the driver probably didn't hear his alarm clock, and we should meet him at the hotel lobby at 6:35am. The doorman/lobby waiter who was there found it strange that our name was not on the list of guests waiting for transportation, but we said it's normal because it was our travel agency who organised everything with private services (not a normal cab)... At 6:45 he asked us for the cellphone number of our driver, and spoke with him (in Thai) and explained to us the driver said his car got some kind of problem and he wouldn't be able to come. So he called a cab for us which was there in 5minutes and we got there perfectly on time, but if it wasn't for him, maybe we would have missed our flight to Chiang Mai. The doorman's name is Kimb and we have a special thanks for him; I think that kind of attention is what differentiate this kind of hotel from others.

Good location Good rooms Really Good breakfast Very Good pool 😊 The front rooms are a bit noisy at night because seems like Bangkok does not sleep 🫣 Try to book a room at The Back of The building and it Will be ok 😄 The hotel is really really Good and we enjoy our stay there.

After experiencing a wonderful stay at this hotel, you'll want to keep coming back. So I had a fabulous 2-night staycation at this luxurious hotel for my birthday. They even surprised me with balloon and greetings on my bed, plus a cake too! In love with the deluxe room bathtub view. I always enjoy the wide breakfast selection every day, lmost especially the cocktails and canapés happy hour at the executive lounge. Very much worth it when you book the room. Special thanks, Ms. Nina, at the executive lounge reception who helped me with my call. All the service staff at the Lounge are always attentive, polite, and friendly. They're all doing great at their job. I can't wait to come back again.

This was our favorite hotel in Bangkok on our recent trip. Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke English. Views from pool bar were amazing for sunset and the drinks were delicious. Nice size gym with everything you’d need for a quick workout. Room was good size and bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great.

There is a bridge connected BTS station on 3rd floor, easy to go anywhere in Bangkok! Room is spacious with full set of amenities. With our room type, we can enjoy executive lounge including free coffee and soft drinks 24 hours and happy hour daily for FREE! Breakfast is great with variety of choices. Staff are also nice! The best part is Eastin has their own app for guest, you may find all the information and communicate with team 24/7 as well. Very thoughtful feature. Strongly recommended.

A reasonably priced luxury hotel centrally placed in the city This is the second Eastern we have stayed at, and we were more impressed with this hotel than our previous stay. A grand entrance, with simple clean rooms and nice views, but no real wow factor. The pool areas and restaurant were all very decent, with a fantastic range for breakfast but all the communal areas were badly laid out which made the whole hotel feel quite disjointed. The staff were all ok and competent but a little lack lustre. This sort of hotel has a lot of competition and was decent but would say one of its major draws is its central location.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Thai hospitality is known for being so impressive but this place passed all my expectations. Pool at 14th floor was very nice, good food, right in front of a metro station. We also had the business lounge which was a great addition to our stay. The views from our room at 30 floor were just incredible, and prices were fair for the standard of quality. I’ll definitely book again this place if I’m back in Bangkok. Thank you!

It has been a wonderful experience staying in this hotel, as i plan one of the most important event in my life which is the proposal to my girl friend in the hotel room. Hotel staff have been very helpful and very accommodating in liasing with 3rd party decorator for my secret marriage proposal. They really put in their heart to make sure that my proposal to be a successful one. The hotel event decorate the bed with congratulation on the bed on the next day. It has been a wonderful experience staying in Eatin Grand Hotel Sathorn and a truly memorable one which will last in our memory.

Here at the moment, staying on the 31st floor and sat in the executive lounge on the 32nd. The hotel, staff, location is excellent. The food and drinks in the executive lounge exceeds my expectations. The pool area has a lovely outlook but drinks are a bit pricey. Access to the Sky Train is a massive plus. One stop, or a 10 minute walk, to Sathon pier is a big bonus. Can’t recommend this hotel, and Shin and the staff, highly enough.👍🏽👍🏽

Clean, beautiful, high standard hotel in a central location with BTS next to it for convenience to visit around BKK. Had some wonderful time at the pool which I might venture to say that is one of the bests of the city. The staff all over the hotel are really wonderful, and I am a very travelled and picky tourist , not that easy to please me. The gym was also really good, provided water and towels and open at any time of the day which was really good to combat jet lag ✌🏻 I would 100% recommend this hotel 🙏🏻 Thank you, see you soon !

Fantastic hotel. And very close to the sky train with easy access to the whole Bangkok. The staff was so helpful and they did everything they could to help us. We did book the executive lounge access and this is highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, incredible view and a lot of facility options. Rooms are clean and big. We also like the style of the rooms. The shower area is huge. We booked the skyline room and got 2322. I guess one of the best rooms in this price range.

Warm like a homestay My staycation here was enjoyed in every moments. You can easily access to the hotel from BTS skytrain's corridor directly. Nice & friendly staff, especially the Blunos Restaurant's staffs and the Hotel Manager are attention all my requirements.I got the fantastic view from my room. It's the Mahanakhon Building's view and located on high floor also. Great breakfast ever! I loved croissants and sausage too. Except Thai Breakfast Rice Soup with Shrimp. That's disappointing. Overall I'm happy and will be back again.

We stayed in the Executive Deluxe Double Room for 4 nights. The room was fantastic, complete with a bath tub with wonderful views of the city. The shower has frosted glass, but it's a unique experience to shower on the corner of the building. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Sadly we didn't get access to the Executive Lounge, as it was closed during our stay. But we were compensated and was able to use this at a few of the different bars and restaurants in the hotel. We had a few relaxing afternoon by the pool, enjoying a swim and happy hour drinks.

  • 5/5 Reinhard H. 2 years ago on Google
Great hotel with an outstanding hospitality. We book a room with executive access, which means you have a private check-in, plus your own breakfast area! Pool is great too, perfect spot to relax and sip a few cocktails. We have been there twice and will definitely come book. Even during Covid time everything was great.

Modern looking hotel with very helpful staff. One great thing about its location is that very conveniently connected to transit system most importantly skytrain through an overpass from hotel to station. Breakfast has many options to suit different tastes. If you could and is available I suggest booking rooms on upper floors because of view specially at night.

It was awesome! „Vorzüglich“ 😍 very polite employees and service, clean rooms, nice pool and very good location in Bangkok. 👍🏼 The employee names Arm is very polite and attentive ☺️ can highly recommend this hotel!

Extraordinary service. Every employee in the hotel is extremely helpful, you always get what you ask for: Umbrella, free water bottles, taxi calls whatever. The infinity pool is really nice and cold, a perfect compensation for the warm weather outside. Breakfast is really good as well, however there is not a lot of change in the menu over the days, which is fine since there is a lot of variety within the buffet. The beds are really comfortable and you get a great view.

Amazing ! Just perfect. The rooms are fantastic with an amazing view. The staff is absolutely perfect and Nice and helpful. The infinite pool is amazing and so are their cocktails. The happy hour makes them super cheap. Breakfast is amazing and out of this world. Perfect Stay. 10/10

The perfect hotel to chill in Bangkok. The view is very beautiful from the rooms, pool, bar. Obviously expect prices to be a bit high for Thailand but they are in line or with regular European prices (around 10€/$ for a cocktail) The breakfast is of great quality and a lot a varied food/sweets. We were pleased to have real coffee for the morning. Definitely recommended for a Bangkok stay !

Perfect Staycation! Excellent location and breakfast at great value. Great service mind and room facilities. Marvelous city view. Very Convenient for public transportation. Highly Recommended this hotel from local people.

A good 5* hotel in Bangkok. Everything works well. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. Nice lobby area. Super staff. A lot of the main tourist attractions in Bangkok are relatively spread out across the city so the train station attached to the hotel is convenient. Taxis are also cheap. Would definitely recommend staying here.

  • 5/5 Robert F. 7 months ago on Google
Had a great time here. We arrived way earlier than checkin time (around 11am) and the staff still let us check in to our room immediately. Rooms are spacious and clean and the city view from the higher floors is really nice. The infinity pool on the 14th floor with the adjacent bar is also great to relax. The gym is fairly basic, what you would expect from a hotel gym, nothing exciting but also not bad. Enough to get a quick workout in. Staff is very friendly and welcoming all around and the location is extremely convenient with a direct bridge to the BTS station Surasak which makes it really easy to get around in Bangkok. Overall great value for your money.

traveled to Bangkok as a family with two kids ages 11 and 12; rooms were very comfortable for our family. Very nice bedding and toiletries. The breakfast was perfect, many options that we all loved. The kids enjoyed the pool and we loved the happy hour cocktails. The service was excellent throughout our stay.
