Best value for money right now. I have been staying at several hotels in Bangkok city center in the past year since we couldn’t travel. I can say that this offer the best value for money from my experience. The cleanliness is top notch - no dust anywhere. I’m a germaphobe but this place put my mind at ease. The bathtub and the view was amazing. The Premium King room has a nice large bath tub with awesome view. The bathroom also equips with sound system so you could watch TV while in there. The towel and bathrobe are chunky and heavy like most old hotels. (They probably waste tons of water washing these daily.) The hotel has very large swimming pool and a huge tennis court. As of today(7 Sep 2021), the fitness center is still closed. You can pay for “room upgrade” to get a buffet style “afternoon tea” and another buffet “evening snacks” which serves a bit of hot food in the evening. The food is pretty good but you only have limited time of 1 hour to eat so it felt quite rush (due to limited seats because of social distancing and government dine-in policy) Lastly, one of my favorite thing is the Herman Miller chair and a lot of power outlets which was perfect for me as I needed to work during the stay.

We are traveling with our kids with 2 rooms. A beautiful hotel and very good quality rooms and bedding. Good food at the in room dining service but very high prices as to be expected on these type of hotels. Service was fair, pool drinks were awful that we return them without drinking them, we noticed others did the same, didn't drink them. The fitness center is good and the pool was nice with a great kids area. Walking distance to the US embassy and other near restaurants. Hotel staff is a bit rude and snobby. With the exception of the breakfast staff who were very polite and helpful. We were told we could not eat our takeaway food in the sitting area of the lobby after we were half finished. They wanted us to eat in a remote area in another level, when we were looking to just get out of the room why our kids napped. The manager was instant on it and wasted enough time discussing It that the food was cold by the end of the conversation. Valet told me he'd get our vehicle cleaned for us and at 10am the next day, when I collected it at 2pm it was not cleaned and he acted as if he never told me he'd get it done for me. Checkout had no staff while 3 guests waited only as to look at two staff standing near by not doing anything. Once the lady arrived to assist in our checkout she seemed very unknowledgeable and I had to ask a lot of questions about the bills vs her just explaining it to me. She handed me the bill and said here. When I asked questions about the refund of the 10,000 deposit she seemed confused and a bit rude and snobby. Not nice experience.

Phenomenal. I've never stayed in a nicer hotel. The grounds are immaculate, rooms are pristine and cleaned daily. Most of all the service we've received is unbeatable. Especially the NYE dinner. The staff made sure our family of 5 had the best time. The genuine warmth of the staff was a treat for us and we come from Canada where the service is quite good also. But not this good! And the included breakfast buffet was so good and offered cuisine that would suit many different nationalities. 10/10. I'm so glad our last few days in Thailand were spent at the Conrad. Will seek out these hotels in the future.

This hotel was just amazing. We have stayed at some really nice hotels. The Park Hyatt in Paris. The Waldorf in Jerusalem. I could go on. This hotel is on par with these and more. With diamond status we had access to the lounge and an amazing international breakfast for free. We had 25% off all purchases including at their Chinese restaurant which by American standards was incredibly reasonable. The service was just unbelievable. Including the weekday massage I received at a discount as well. The hotel rooms and view we had were just beautiful. The lounge had tea time cocktail hour and snacks all day long. There was a similar and smaller breakfast in the lounge that was a bit less busy than their main breakfast downstairs. The service across the board was just amazing. I don't think I'd ever stay in any hotel other than this one if we come back to bangkok. Even the shuttle which ran quite frequently to the nearest bus station was lovely. I am beyond impressed by everything we experienced at this hotel.

It was our first time in Bangkok, and can’t have chosen a more friendly and welcoming hotel. The lobby interior is beautiful and unique, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the facilities like the pool and gym, which was well equipped and almost like a full gym. The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance to Central Embassy and other hotels. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus for guests to the stations. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay in Bangkok thanks to all the staff at the Conrad!

After checking out from Millennium Hilton, I chose to continue my vacation right here where I’d been craving to stay for quite some time. The driveway down to the parking basement seemed like a labyrinth at first. Made sure you stayed conscious and looked for the hotel’s direction signs carefully. Another challenging part was the complicated pathway from parking area to the lobby. And it would be so uneasy if you had to carry your personal luggages or belongings all by yourself. As the Hilton member, my room was beneficially upgraded plus free breakfast, and, to me, seemed more elaborated. Also loved the shower room, but I thought there’s a problem with water heating system of the bathtub. Nothing extraordinary about the breakfast. If you’re a egg lover, went to stay at Hilton Sukhumvit immediately. Check-in and check-out process ran so smooth and quick. The entire Conrad crews treated me so nice. Thanks for having me. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Not exaggerating, this is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at. It has the best (standard) room I ever used, the best service, the best bathroom, the best desk with chair and the softest bed, pillows and blanket you can imagine. In my whole life I didn't feel so much at home and slept so well as in this hotel. 10 thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

It’s a pleasure to become a Hilton diamond member and visit Hilton hotels in Thailand. You will obtain the best service and room upgrade. The lounge has a spectacular view located at 29F. I enjoyed making check-in in the lounge. Highly recommend Jojo, she explains the hotel facilities well and also give recommendations of places around this area.

This is probably the best Conrad property I've ever stayed at. Super friendly staff, well appointed and modern rooms, and quite possibly one of my favourite executive lounges - regardless of hotel brand. My wife and I had a wonderful time exploring Bangkok over several days from here. There are plenty of great hotel options in Bangkok, but I found the value to be quite exceptional. Highly recommended!

Impeccable service, staff were extremely attentive at breakfast service. It was during a weekend and breakfast was crowded, they were clearing the used plates, helping with drinks, and very eager to serve. Kudos to the management. I stayed in the deluxe corner room and it was clean, though not spotless, the bathroom was beautiful. Room service was quick- they do not waste any time. The AC was so strong and the fridge is very cold. I asked for a quiet room and a very quiet floor I got. Checking out was easy and fuss free. I tried their laundry service and it was good too.

Really nice hotel at a bit of a higher price point than many other local hotels. Great service and centrally located. There is a 24 hour 7/11 through the attached mall for food and necessities at any hour. The sauna is nice but closes at 10 pm. The gym isn't special compared to commercial gyms but compared to other hotel gyms it is fantastic.

I loved my stay here! The Conrad is a beautiful hotel with updates rooms & amenities. The staff is extremely helpful & friendly and really helped make this stay great. The breakfast is excellent, the pool is beautiful, and the general atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and warm. My only complaint is location- however the hotel provides a free shuttle to the nearby BTS station, and it’s never too difficult to get a grab or flag a taxi.

Will 100% stay here again. The hotel was amazing, the rooms modern and clean. The staff always had a smile on their face, happy to help with any issues that I encountered. The pool was a decent size and the gym was well equipped. The food and drinks were a tad pricey compared to other places, but they tasted amazing. Will deffs be back!

Conrad Hotel offers a world class hospitality service. I stayed in their hotel for six nights and it was a fabulous experience. Their care and generosity is notable as you interact with their staff as they attend to your needs. The act of humility of every staff is so attractive to guests as they receive Conrad hospitality. If your are looking for a quiet serene environment to stay in Bangkok, I highly recommend Conrad Hotel. You will never be disappointed.

The rooms have seen a few years but they are quite nice anyway. The service at the breakfast and within the restaurants is great. We enjoyed staying here and will be back in the future. Edit: I'll have to edit this review. The management and the team of the hotel are just incredible. I'd like to personally thank you for creating such a unique experience.

I was in Bangkok for 5 nights and knew I was going to stay at the Conrad as I normally stay at Hilton properties. I had a choice between Hilton and Conrad, but I really like the Conrad brand around the world. Check-in was very smooth when I arrived at the hotel around 1 pm. My luggage was brought up to my room shortly after and I unpacked. The room seems to be one of the upgraded ones on the the24th floor. The bedroom has a very large and movable flat screen television with a separate desk area. The bathroom was large and had a separate tub and shower area. I found everything to be very clean. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The room was cleaned every day and at night there was turn-down service. Bottles of water were provided daily and there is an empty fridge to store your items There is also a safe for valuables in the closet. The room also came with robes and slippers. The slippers were not of great quality, but they sufficed. We ate breakfast at the hotel every morning and it was very good. Ton ran a very tight ship and things were always very smooth and very good. We loved the egg and noodle station along with all the fresh juices in the morning. It would have been perfect if they had mangos, but that is just a personal preference. The hotel is also attached to a mall which has normal amenities such as a bank, Starbucks and some other food areas. It is also close to a lot of different malls and stores, so the location is perfect. We never had a problem getting to the metro or taking a taxi where we needed to go. Honestly, the best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to go back to the Conrad Bangkok.

Amazing luxury hotel with great facilities. The staff is extremely professional. They even had a lady speaking French at the front desk. Best quality of service in Bangkok so far. Executive lounge is very nice too. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet.

The service is the sweet spot of this hotel. The overall facilities are great. The city terrace is relaxing and breezy. The breakfast is decent. The spa is worthy even it could be little pricy. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The bar has performance every night where the band is amazing!

Good hotel and service. Gym is great and breakfast is good. Pool is nice (for me the minus is that pool in the shade most day). Unfortunately they rarely respect Hilton status benefits. In 3 out of 3 times I stayed no upgrades, no late checkout etc. claiming it’s fully booked despite that you can still book many rooms online.

The staff, the room and service is world class top notch. We will be staying here again and also will be recommending our family and colleagues to be staying here at Bangkok Conrad. The executive lounge and the staff are sweetest, especially Jen, she took care of us right away; checked us in, had welcome drinks and snacks available to us immediately. The team here has made our stay like a vacation and home away from home. Special thanks Jo-Anne the reservation manager and the executive lounge to prepare our room to our request and made our stay special.

They renovated the lobby, and bedding area of the room, but the toilet remains untouched. This is very weird. Floor to ceiling high is very low, but that fine since it's an old hotel. As a diamond member they only upgraded me to the executive floor. I love the lounge decor, but it has extremely limited option on F&B. Still Waldorf Astoria is my favourite hotel in BKK within Hilton group.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Bangkok! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. Overall, a fantastic experience – I highly recommend it!

Probably the best value for money/quality hotel in the Hilton chain in Bangkok. Rooms are much higher quality than other Hilton hotels. Executive lounge is great. Staff are helpful. Location is good as well.

This place is unreal! Service at every level was exceptional. Everyone was caring and always willing to help. Rooms are bright and clean, gym is fully equipped with everything you need during your workout. We will definitely come back.

Had a very bad experience staying here. For luxury accommodations, go to the Hyatt Regency or Grand Hyatt - quality properties that know how to treat guests. Had high expectations for a five star hotel, but was checked into a room without a working shower drain. The tub stopper was also stuck in the closed position. Engineering did their best to fix it but ultimately I wasn’t able to really get clean in the room. Feeling dirty in a five star hotel where you’re meant to relax is a terrible experience. They finally moved me to another room, but the new room lacked a proper work desk (essential for a business traveler). I was switched to a third room which was nice, but it was exhausting and the entire process ended up taking about four hours including all the packing, unpacking, discussions with staff, repeated room switches, etc. Management was also very slow to respond to me, requiring multiple phone calls over the course of the morning to reach. As a result, I missed out on the complimentary breakfast. I also ende up being late to get out the door to attend to business, so I wasn’t able to get clean and fed until well into the afternoon. I also found that even in the new room, the drainage was poor and the water in the shower went up to nearly 2cm, which felt a little gross. I understand the staff is busy and I appreciate how courteous everyone was, but I was disappointed with my stay here. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and incredible disruption to my stay. They offered me a $15 cocktail, essentially $4 per hour of frustration and hassle. Again, recommend a Hyatt property. I’ve always been treated well there. UPDATE: Just wanted to update that it's been 3 days since Conrad claimed they would contact me and I've heard nothing. It appears they want to save face on their bad reviews by pretending they've addressed problems, when in reality they're not doing anything.

Don't know about the quality of the rooms, but the hotel is very quiet. Deserted, and mostly closed. Parking is subterranean, and a good walk from the hotel through laybernthine passages. Recommend taking a taxi if you are coming to any of the restaurants here.

Visited this hotel for a 2 night stay with my family. We requested a cot for our 4 month old daughter and earlier check-in time. The staff was able to accommodate us. Every staff at the hotel we met was very professional and treated us very well. The facility was top notch, beautiful and clean. We definitely would consider staying at this Conrad again.

Older, but very beautiful, elegant, and well-maintained property in the heart of Bangkok. The lobby is very airy, spacious, elegant. The staff are all very attentive, professional, and welcoming. As a HHonors diamond member, I was upgraded to their Conrad suite, which was quite fantastic. Again older property, but some renovations have been done in the rooms, and everything was very clean. The light switches are a little bit challenging to figure out, but that was about the only issue I had. The food was delicious, and the bed was just exceptionally comfortable. With this pandemic, this luxury hotel is very affordable, and I look forward to staying with them again very soon.

Nicely located hotel near many embassies on the southern end of Bangkok, Inside a shopping mall with many restaurants and a Tops supermarket. Excellent staff very professional however upon our arrival the staff should have guided us to the underground parking lot which was very confusing. It was difficult to find the lift back to the hotel. After wandering in the parking lot and finally finding the lift we arrived in our room and there was no cold water in the refrigerator which would’ve been nice. The bed was huge and very comfortable with great oversized down pillows. The bathtub was nice and the room has a lovely view of the city. We will come back again.

Just a short one night staycation in Bangkok. Corner room was great, spacious and offered all required immensities. Breakfast was a little disappointing for a hotel of this rating though.

Value price with comfortable room (premium type), excellent service by friendly staff. Overall, they were polite & helpful with gentle smile. Also, hotel atmosphere was clean & high hygiene standard.

My friend and I spent our weekend staycation. I really liked our room in that the furniture was very high-quality and looked nice. We stayed on the 21st floor so we got nice view of Bangkok. In-room breakfast and all the snacks were excellent. Good value for money.

Fabulous hotel! Rooms are well designed with heaps of modern features like universal plug points, streaming friendly TV. Massive bathroom, biiiig windows, comfortable all around. Only note is that breakfast is good but not amazing; it is pretty much the same every day ( we stayed for 5 nights)

Recommended for wedding celebration. The unique huge LED screen on stage would make your event different from any others. Wonderful ambience with tasty food and great services.

Had to book up for a day use since we didn't have any power in our apartment and a newborn baby only 6 days old. Work well for us, only thing we had to wait long time for our lunch from room service. They said it might take some time to get the food but simple spagetti's took almost 1 hour to get, you could expect better. Room ok good view, clean and big enough for our small family.

Some restaurants, there for decades, closed due to Covid. A shame. Staff is excellent. Room is ok and the rate (now) is fair bit sadly their rate is normally much higher. In our room, seems an isolated issue, the room above us used the shower and it sounded like they were coming right through. The noise was alarming.

Our stay at Conrad Bangkok was an incredible time! The hotel is located conveniently very close to a BTS sky rail access which gets you all around the city for just a few bahts a day. Breakfast was the highlight of most of our days in the city offered complimentary at the hotel restaurant with a vast selection of food and drink. The hotel is connected to an indoor mall which along with restaurants and shops puts you incredible close to an affordable little grocery store tops which can cover snacks or other small items you may need for a good price. The staff was always so helpful and able to ensure we had the best possible stay we were able. Lastly the fitness center is very well equipped with very nearly anything you would need to get whatever workout you require (excluding resistance bands)

We enjoyed a great stay in the Conrad Bangkok hotel. All employees we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Room and Executive Lounge is amazing & the food is great as well. What we really liked is that there are many restaurants within a couple of minutes walking or taxi distance. Fun Fact: we absolutely loved the care products in our room - Mojave Ghost by Byredo! Thank you for making our stay memorable & we'll be back surely.

The outside of the hotel looks a little dated, but you would not know it from the inside. The inside has been either recently renovated or very well taken care of. It is a beautiful hotel, with up to date rooms and attentive staff. The executive lounge is one of the best in the hilton network

Excellent hotel at a prime location. It is recommended to have an executive lounge access- breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening reception are offered. The pool was wonderful to swim and relax. I will definitely come back to Conrad Bangkok again!

Conrad Bangkok has to be one of my favourite hotels in Thailand. Stayed for 2 nights in May. It coincided with the visit of the Japanese prime minister so there was tightened security. Thankfully I booked an executive room hence most of my time was spent in the wonderful executive lounge. Check in was an hour late but I was granted a late checkout. The lounge service was impeccable and the food was absolutely amazing. My favourite meal was breakfast and evening cocktails. Would be good if they can list out the cocktails available on a menu rather than telling you in person. Even though the lounge was packed sometimes, they had sufficient staff to serve everyone. The rooms were huge and nicely refurbished. The bathroom uses byredo brand amenities which smells really amazing. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
