Everyone commented that we were far outside the centre of the city but it did not really impact us. A shuttle boat at the resort next door can be used to go up and down to 2 different river piers. Taxis are cheap and we used Grab easily to get around. The mall downstairs is useful for getting some products and use of ATMs. The highlight was Lost & Found bar which had some really great performers in an underground bunker setting. The service was great, the room was fully stocked with amenities to make the stay comfortable. We really enjoyed staying and would definitely stay again

I live in Bangkok but stayed here this summer with my family when they come to visit from the United States. This hotel is absolutely amazing!! The employees who work here — every single one — are outstanding in every single way; they are all so professional, hospitable, welcoming, sweet, kind, and accommodating. Truly the best! The rooms were also incredible, and we had an amazing view from all of our rooms as well! The cost is also amazing! To stay in a hotel of this high of quality in North America or Europe, you would easily pay three or four times the price. I can’t recommend Avani+ highly enough! Also, if anyone on the management team reads this, you should give every single one of your employees a raise; they are incredible and truly make the hotel excellent!

We stayed with the family for a special birthday event in a family suite. The suite provided plenty of modern space with stunning views at a reasonable price. The room was comfy and clean. Surprisingly some hotel staff did wear uniforms looking worn out and ready to get to laundry service. The breakfast included was a minimal choice at a little menu and from an almost empty buffet. minimum items breakfast. Massage service they asked for 3.500 Thb for a traditional massage one hour! Drinks pricey. Check out without proper receipt. Complicated, time consuming administration. The dinner event was nicely prepared. Dinner itself was gourmet type. Great location.Excellent chef and perfect friendly service. Pricey but well worth it. We spent an enjoyable time! Hotel having very low occupancy.Thank you

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and helpful in every location. The views of the river and city are excellent from every direction. Hotel has a very low occupancy at the moment due to lack of tourists but they still had an amazing spread and selection for breakfast. SEEN on the top floor is very nice but found it very overpriced for what it is but still worth visiting and having a couple of cocktails. Location is a bit remote so I would consider this if you are spending more than two nights at this hotel.

Lovely rooms, great views over the river and great breakfast. Sadly, all of these plus points were let down by slow and incompetent staff at the reception, housekeeping and breakfast area. Even the simplest tasks took an eternity. Not what I would expect from a 5* hotel. It’s also very, very expensive for food, beverage and laundry. Massages are obscenely priced. I won’t be returning.

Stayed at the Avani Bangkok 5 nights in a twin room recently. Higly recommended and easily a 5 star hotel. Service and rooms are excellent. All facing the river with great views. Breakfast was included and as i am a strict vegetarian I asked for meal options and the next day they had a menu lined up for me with starter, main and sweet dishes all made within minutes of request. Breakfast was amazing but not sure if this menu is maintained as part of the ongoing service, but suspect they will support if asked. The hotel also runs a courtesy boat every 30 minutes to a transport hub that we used many times.

From the start this was a wonderful experience, even before we arrived. The car we arranged through the hotel was on time but we were not, so a quick call to the front desk was met with a very accommodating "don't worry, it'll wait for you". Next, the room was absolutely beautiful with a panoramic view of the river and the city. A VERY nice bathroom with a tub and shower and dual sinks. A beautiful "Welcome" was spelled out on our bed with ribbon as we arrived. Breakfast each day was unreal! So much to eat, with such incredible variety! This is a good time to comment on the staff... EVERYONE working here is incredibly sweet, accommodating and helpful. In particular I marvelled at the constant smile on the young lady's face greeting us each day at breakfast. She was a true joy to be around. The pool!!!! Wow. No words. Top floor, infinity edge, river view. Amazing. The "Seen" bar, next to the pool. Open nightly with delicious specialty cocktails and any liquor you could name, practically. Again, the staff here were so very nice. If you go to Bangkok, and especially if it's your first time, STAY HERE!

Wonderful hotel with helpful staff . Infinity pool and the rooftop bar restaurant are amazing! The mall downstairs has some restaurants opened 24/7. Only negative point is a bit far from the center but it’s totally worth it

Stayed here for 3 nights and I would say for a 5-star hotel, they should improve on some points like the buffet breakfast, there's no WOW factor its just normal. The pool area, nobody is there to attend the needs of the guest or to help adjust the umbrellas or beach beds when its too hot outside. The pool has no shade at all and would help if an attendant is there at all times, we felt like they just don't care. Rooms are not sound proof. One more thing is, when I entered our room, its was being serviced and I saw the drinking glasses soaked in the sink full of water. Is it how they should wash it? Never used glasses again. Overall, I give 3 stars because the facility itself is new. But don't expect a 5-star service.

Our first family vacation to Bangkok. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, it’s a luxury stay indeed. Starting from fast and welcoming check in, great view, clean and modern furnitures, rooms will arranged, nice breakfast, access to the mall nearby and finally location to downtown. Only Spa is not in the same hotel, it is out side and overpriced. Laundry is fast but overpriced There is no costumer services for city activists I will come back sure.

Modern and well designed hotel with link to the mall in the same building. Didn’t try their room service but the food selections were good. At the top floor is the pool and a beautiful bar which was full when we wanted to visit. Had a great time staying here. Everything was a delight from the finishing, design of room to toiletries avail. The huge bed was lovely.

Very nice hotel with a modern and minimal interior. The view of a stunning Chaophraya river from our room was gorgeous. The bed and linen were smooth and comfy. Don't miss the rooftop infinity pool. It's very beautiful and Instagramable. The service at the reception was very smooth and fast. Only 1 drawback we found was a service in a breakfast buffet, not so professional. Even though there were many staff, the service was quite slow. We had to wait for a while until someone came into a noodle station for us.

Hotel is nice but there are a ton of extra amenities you must pay for and they will beat you over the head for the smallest cocktail.... but only before 9pm. No drinking after that

We loved the hotel and disliked the location. Days where we were shopping and sightseeing were challenging because it’s far from everything. Sometimes you want to return to your hotel to drop off your belongings and refresh. With this hotel it was not easy or convenient. Taxis cost more to get there and the ferry isn’t fast or efficient. Breakfast is great and the pool is beautiful. The views are great but the location lessened our experience in Bangkok. People talk on FaceTime on full speaker at scene - obnoxious.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Amazing Hotel with a breathtaking view, especially at night time. We enjoyed our stay and we come again for our next time in Bangkok. Hotel is a bit outside the main area, but there is a boat service operating every half hour free of charge. So no problem at all.

Had a delightful few days here. Room felt spacious with a great view of the river. Staff were super nice and helpful. Location was a little bit off, but the complementary shuttle service was so nice that we didn’t mind. Gym was clean and well equipped. Best thing was probably the infinity pool and bar on the roof. Would definitely stay here again.

Arrived early morning due to an overnight flight and we were pleasantly surprised to be given a room right away, for which we were thankful as we had not slept on the flight! Our room was clean, and very comfortable with a great view of the river with a panoramic view! Great luxury toiletries provided in the room, and I was surprised to see even toothbrushes and toothpaste provided! Breakfast had a good selection of food and even though the coffee was from a machine, it was decent enough. There is a rooftop bar at this hotel as well as a rooftop pool. This area is lovely, although the pool area is small and not many sunbeds available (only about 6). They were unfortunately all being used each time we went up there, so we didn’t get to make use of the pool sadly, which looked really inviting. Had a drink on the rooftop bar and the prices are extortionate- yes it’s a great view, but the hotel are charging more than double the price for a local beer (Chang / Singha). We did it for the experience, but only had one there, for this reason. Otherwise, great staff throughout the hotel - very welcoming and friendly.

Everything was as excepted or even better. Room: modern looking room, with an awesome view to the river. Everything was clean. The bed was super comfortable. We even got upgraded upon check in which was a nice touch. Service: all staff members were very nice and polite. Location: the hotel is not located in the center of Bangkok, but it is at a good location. The hotel even provides complementary shuttle boat services to 2 locations. It is also easy to find a taxi at this location. Bonus point, it is located on the top of the mall, so if you need something you can just go downstairs to get it. Amenities: the infinity pool on the rooftop is very nice. Luckily, it was not busy when we were there so we could enjoy it. The bar on the rooftop had nice cocktails and mocktails as well. Food was great there as well, but a little bit pricey compared to Thailand prices. Overall: I recommend this hotel to anyone and I would return here anytime.

Excellent hotel-rooms very comfortable clean & quiet Competitively priced & great location with terrific views of the river. Breakfast was excellent great choice of food & drinks however the toaster takes too long 😬 Roof top bar is one of the best for views dining & enjoying cocktails. This hotel is absolutely amazing!! The employees are outstanding, for they are all so professional (hospitable, welcoming, sweet, kind, and accommodating). The rooms are incredible. The price is also amazing, 3 to 4 times cheaper compared than with of North America or Europe,

Great hotel situated across the river from the Asiatique Night Market. This makes for a bit more quiet location while at the same time being quite central in Bangkok. Free shuttle boat makes it easy to get into the shopping district. The hotel is newly built with nice comfortable rooms, rooftop infinity pool, a massive breakfast buffet with all you can wish for, gym, spa... what you would expect.

We have been living in Bangkok for approximately a month. We wanted to get away from the downtown area for a little rest and relaxation. We’ve briefly stayed at the Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel previously; thus, we thought it would be the perfect location. We were not disappointed. Ice greeted us warmly and got us pointed in the right direction. The cleanliness of our room must be mentioned. The staff (Noon and her partner) that cleaned our room were very nice and thorough. Secondly, the food at the hotel was exceptional. More importantly, the fact that there were other options in the Riverside Plaza that were just as good was an added bonus. For the most part (other than breakfast) I ate at Spice and Barley, where the food and service were exceptional - the “Chef’s Recommended” Pork Ribs were my favorite. The staff (especially Vanassa?) were extremely personable and addressed me by name. The young ladies who work at Mocha and Muffins were extremely sweet and attentive. The only negative was not being able to keep my fruit smoothie that I purchased at Mocha and Muffins when I went to the pool. The pool attendant indicated that there were no outside drinks allowed - even though it came from the shop within the hotel. However, other people at the pool were able to order drinks/beers and even smoke marijuana with no issues. Fortunately, the one negative encounter did not ruin or change my overall satisfaction with the staff or the hotel during my nine day stay.

We stayed for 3 nights here last week and were blown away by the views in our room and at the pool/rooftop and also the service provided by all the staff members we encountered. The hotel rooms were designed so that you can enjoy the riverside views even while brushing your teeth. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious for 2 people. The house slippers were nice and thick and the robes were comfortable as well. This was one of 4 hotels we stayed at in Thailand and it was the best of the 4. The maids did a fantastic job cleaning our room. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with many food options that changed daily. The rooftop restaurant food was average and pricey. Avani is across the river so a little far from Bangkoks hot spots but we weren’t looking to stay in the crowded area or party scene so it was perfect for us. The hotel has a shuttle boat that will take you to the other side and back every hour though or you can hop in a grab ride which isn’t too expensive. We had a great time here and look forward to visiting with friends next time we come to Bangkok. Truly a 5 star hotel for Asia’s standards.

I really enjoyed my time staying here. The hotel is beautiful and is very clean. Staff's is very accomodating the food was serve on time and was delicious. Their rooms also is very spacious you can enjoy your privacy your relax/me time. It's better you have a room from higher floor so you can have the better view of the place.

Edit: we thought wallet and passport were stolen from hotel but they have been able to find it! The whole situation was a large ordeal and I wish the staff would’ve been more willing to talk to the next guest that stayed in the room. All in all not the best experience in the investigation even after getting police involved (I think because they didn’t want to disturb the next guest) but I’m glad they were able to recover it. The room was also too hot and I think they need to invest in better AC. All in all, staff was excellent but hotel policy likely needs to change.

We arrived around midnight and were checked in and welcomed by Mook and another lovely girl at the Front Desk. They’re very friendly and very attentive even though it was late at night. They were very friendly and informative— the hotel had a lot to offer! Our room had a great city view; it was very spacious and clean. The person who cleaned our room everyday really did a great job. I wish I remembered her name but she’s very friendly; she worked hard and she always made sure that she greet us every time we pass to her. She really had the Thai Hospitality Manner that I’m sure that every guest will love!! Breakfast staff were also very friendly and very polite. We stayed for 6 nights.

The view is superb! Specially on night you will see all the city lights. Good place to spend some time with your family and friends! Staffs were very polite and accommodating and the food is good here!

What a brilliant hotel! We are staying in the Riverside room, which is on the 20th floor, the view is incredible. The staff are so kind and friendly, and the hotel is in a fairly convenient location with a free shuttle boat to and from the Express train station to the airport. The rooftop pool and bar are simply amazing! 👌

We stayed here for 2-3 days and enjoyed our time here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. Nut went beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible and was always helpful when we have any questions. Beyond disappointed with the customer service and prices at this hotel. My wife had a small load of laundry done (maybe 20 articles of pants and bras) and was charged 150 USD FOR ONE LOAD OF LAUNDRY. Not only did the laundry not come back clean but a few articles had been shredded in the washer or dryer. After long response times from the hotel via email, I have still not received one penny of a refund. Nice rooms, nice staff, but customer service and prices for certain things could definitely use some mahout improvement

Had an amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us with a private taxi for sightseeing. The view from the rooms & the pool is breathtaking. They had such a wide variety breakfast buffet!

Have some issues, but they can fix them, happy ending. The room was nice and clean, with a panoramic river view. I try to take a lot of pictures of the room so you can take a look and see everything you need here. I hope my pictures can help everyone. Noted: For the lady who wants to remove your makeup with cotton pads, here not provide it to you. No cotton pads. Breakfast was nice and had a variety; they have Korean choices, Indian food, Thai food, and Japanese food as well. There are a lot of kinds of bread and cheese that you can enjoy for your tasty breakfast. The pool on the rooftop is also nice. There is a free shuttle boat to Sathorn Pier if you want to go with the Sky Train (BTS).

Excellent option when visiting Bangkok. Rooms are in perfect condition. Rates are competitive. Location is great. Service could be better, but no major issues. We will definitely plan on staying with them next time we visit Bangkok

Despite the slip of the bellman, the overall experience was excellent. The view + the room (including the housekeeping and the appliance) + the public section + breakfast + the receptionist = impeccable. Thank u for letting us feel cozy :) —— Tell the clerk to get me a taxi. But he didn’t and kept us waiting for about 40 mins in the lobby… That was insane. And the tone he used was also awful.

Located at the bank of Chao Phraya river. Beautiful hotel, next to beautiful Anantara Resort. Connected to a small mall, which provides conveniences to the hotel guests. The hotel offers an outstanding panoramic view for rooms facing the river, especially at night when the river is bustling with activities. You can see beautifully decorated boats and ships with colorful lights gracefully sailing on the river. In the morning, you can observe sunrise at the horizon. Although most of the hotel staff speak broken English, the room service is good and the staff are mostly friendly and helpful. The welcome lobby is quite small. The reception is at level 11. They have a swimming pool and bar at the rooftop, also with an awesome panoramic view. For moslem guests, it is challenging to have halal food in this hotel. For breakfast, I can only take fruits, breads, pastries, pancakes, nuts, and boiled eggs. For other meals, I will explore the vicinity for halal food. The nearest halal food is at Asiatique Riverfront's halal food court, right in front of the Eye of Bangkok. Another option is at nearby IconSiam groundfloor SookSiam, which have a number of halal vendors in their indoor floating market. Both venues are accessible via boats from the hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle boat services from Anantara Pier to Sathorn Pier, from which you have to pay a minimal fee for the next boat ride to other locations. Except for the challenge to have halal food, overall, I would say I am happy staying at this hotel.

On the river bank behind Anantara , it’s a high rise with a shopping mall on the ground . The view from its 11 th floor and the rooms facing the river is beautiful . Roof top bar the view is excellent at night but the food is pretty average and so is the music . Club is Not good at all avoid it . Front desk manager in the morning was good . Not for a family but for young men and women .

This is easily the best hotel I've stayed in thus far. Not only is the interior beautiful, but the service is next level. They were very responsive and Ket was the best housekeeper! I could always tell when she cleaned the room because everything was fully restockedand she left nice notes. They also accommodated a same day room change with no extra charge after I made the silly mistake of sharing my room number with a tour company that I later found out was a scam. I also love the fact that there are tons of shops and restaurants inside the hotel so we didn't have to go far for food. Another added bonus was being able to order room service at any time of day. I definitely placed a 2am order on my last night and I loved every meal they made. One thing that surprised me is that even though the rooms didn't have microwaves in them, all I had to do is call the front desk and they'd send someone up to warm up my food and bring it back on a nice tray with cutlery and a cloth napkin. The hotel porters were also wonderful and extremely helpful even pointing out places worth visiting on a map.

What a great brand. Stayed at Avani in Krabi as well. We ❤️ this brand. Amazing views from our room and the pool. Service and accommodations were perfect. Everyone were so welcoming and professional. Breakfast every morning was perfect. Seen rooftop is awesome (don’t expect street food prices). Always ask the nicely dressed ladies in front for seating, they were very welcoming and tried to get you the best seating. Special thanks to Tee, we mainly saw him everywhere and doing almost everything on the main 11th floor. Such ambition and love for his brand, so welcoming, humble, communicative. We stayed here a 7 days and would see him always moving and there all day/night. Get their club package! We would stay again and recommend!

Beautiful Riverside Hotel. They have promotion now. Best to make use of it. They upgraded us to Panoramic view room. It was wonderful and got late check out till 6 pm :-)

Just had to come back and comment, my stay was way back in 2016/9/16-19, the one hour spa experience was the best one I’ve ever had in my life, despite it was not a cheap one but well worth it. Hope I can get a name card so i can book again next time in BKK

I had a super relaxing weekend at Avani+ and just cannot recommend this amazing hotel highly enough… room was very clean and modern with superb panoramic city view over the Chao Phraya river. It’s just so nice to relax with cuppa/a glass of wine by the window or wake up to this view… the buffet breakfast is served at a restaurant on 11th floor with also have a nice view. It has nice selection of western and Asian - of course the cook to order eggs and noodle were part of this. The hotel offers rather small but really nice infinity swimming pool on the rooftop. It was so relaxing to just stay in the water and watch boats going ups and downs on the river.. loved it! there were some families and couples but didn’t feel it was over crowded. Staff were very polite and professional. I received surprise sweet treat in the room and also received a call to see if everything is ok and I feel comfortable… it was over my expectations!! Thank you for the amazing stay and I really feel for you going through another lock down.. I will definitely come back for another staycation!!

Good retail and hotel to have dinner in the other side of Chaophaya River

Husband and I stayed here for the first part of our honeymoon and it was our favourite hotel out of the three we stayed at. The views are beautiful, the location is amazing, pretty close to everywhere you need to go, and the staff are really helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. Breakfast was nice too. We especially loved the infinity pool and the views from the roof. Rooms are a little small but everything else was great so it didn’t really matter. Highly recommend!

Not good if you come by your car. This hotel has no parking lot for you. I got so bad experience driving finding parking and walk back to lobby. i recommend Anantara near by same owner.

Beautiful views of the Chao Praya. Went on a rainy day but I can only imagine that sunset is spectacular here. Roof top pool, lounge and restobar. Food and drink are rather overpriced and service is slow. A good option for an occasional visitor or special occasion. Filled with young Hi-Thais having photo sessions for the ‘gram, and tourists. :)

Nice location, beautiful view, best panorama view pool. Friendly stuffs. But for a five stars hotel I wish for a nicer service. For example if I had any problem and go to a staff I wish he would fix the problem for me or call someone who can help me (one stop service)

Very clean and modern hotel with an amazing view from the rooms, lobby + breakfast and of course the rooftop. The Junior suite with corner view on the city and river was spacious, clean and had a lot of natural light through the big windows. Clean gym and SPA + Pool can also be used at Anantara below. Thanks Khun Tanya for the warm welcome and tour around the facilities. We will be back for sure!

Horrible customer service. Agoda and Avani Riverside you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for making me feel so unwelcome and not taken care of. You completely disregarded my booking I made a month ago. I prepared you for my return back to Thailand by emailing you the necessary information you needed to provide to the hotel, which you didn't. Not only did you not receive or welcome me at the exit gate of the airport, you also didn't pay any respect or compromise for your mistakes made. You lack the competence of communicating the policy of test and go and its fees to your customer, which is completely unacceptable and inconvenient to go through. Not only were your not prepared for my stay (which in turn made me feel horrible after half a day's flight) but made me wait an hour at the airport to pay extra fees you didn't inform about in advance. Staff only blame Agoda but don't take the initiative of making amends and making their customer feel at ease. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Be careful extending your stay at the hotel! When you want to extend your stay at the hotel, the staff will give you prices 40% over the prices which you find online and the staff will not match online prices. Eventually, you have to book online and tell them. Really complicated and in the end they also loose a share that they have to give to Agoda to do it this way. Really strange guidelines by management. Besides that, great hotel with good breakfast. Rooftop pool is nice and it is never crowded there.

Not a good place to be. They judge you by the color of your skin. Pretty racist. This was my first time and not coming back. Waitress was extremely rude and practically threw the menu. Told that it was 5000 baht for the Riverside view. When asked whether they had food for 5000 baht, she was dumbfounded. God bless this place🙏🏻

My partner and I really loved this hotel. We stayed in the Panorama River Suite which had an amazing view. The room was spacious and always clean with plenty of necessities included in the room. The rooftop bar Seen and the infinity pool have a wonderful view! All round a great vibe both day and night. The buffet breakfast was probably one of the best I've seen! Personally I couldn't fault any of the service; but there's also a chap that makes the best margaritas down at the skyline bar (boom?) Also situated in the hotel. Plenty of shops around but if you need the hotel has a free boat that can take you down the river. Gabby x

True 5 star, all the amenities, lots of variety of eats Vai attached small mall. Breakfast brunch was yummy infinity pool on roof is very nice. Every room does indeed seem to have a view. The coffee shop on the ground floor has delightful snacks!

This hotel is pure luxus! A real big 5 star hotel. The rooftop with infinity pool (not heated) and bar are awesome and you can see the incredible bangok view. We stayed only one night for our last day in Bangkok. We liked the hotel and the neighborhood. The rooftop swimming pool is the big perk of this hotel, one of the best of Bangkok. Rooms are of regular size, confortable and has a nice view on the river. The checkin experience however is very bad. They ask you for a deposit (which is usual routine for hotels) but cash only. The lady was not friendly at all. Fortunately one of her colleague was trying to be helpful. We also had a dinner package. The 3 set-menu was gastronomic oriented and the waiter super friendly and professional. Down the hotel is a shopping mall with a few restaurants which was much appreciated when we wanted a little snack in the afternoon.

Missed the sunset view as the sky cover with dark clouds. Not a bad place to chill with a view. Will be better if there's stand fan around. Just a side note, to reserve and have a good view. Minimum spending of 5k baht. Overall good experience with lovely and friendly staff.

Superbly Beautiful Hotel, The Panoramic Scenery from our room was breathtaking. The service was very good with kind attentiveness. Reception Team and Concierge are very spectacular. Will come back again for sure

Avani Riverside is since years as regular customer my absolute favorite hotel to stay at Bangkok with the most scenic and amazing views all over Bangkok. Amazing rooms, outstanding pool great food and the very kind staff makes you always feel more than welcome. Special thanks to Best who is the greatest concierge I have ever seen with his politeness and his open minded character 🙏 Slightly less to improve except the receptionists who seem to be a bit slowly and less flexible when it comes to requests or wishes from regular customers with a quite high member status. Best hotel in Bangkok. The city and river view from the reception is amazing. Staff was super friendly and professional. Clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good and even for me as a vegan was easy to find good food. Outstanding, I have nothing negative to say.

This is the best place I’ve stayed at in Bangkok. I’m currently still staying here. The staff are excellent, the best hotel staff so far after staying multiple place in Bangkok. The hotel room is very clean and sanitary. The view from the room is breathtaking. The rooftop bar is awesome. They have a really nice infinity pool. This hotel was bang on overall with pricing as well. I got my stay with breakfast included and the food is fantastic. They will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I had chocolate chip pancakes made for me the entire stay which was not even on their breakfast buffet. I’m definitely going to be coming back for a third stay in the next couple of months. If you have any issues with flying anywhere to the islands, the staff will look after you even if no flights are available, they will make it happen. They have the best staff hard working staff members here

The view is so good but I personally think they can improve the breakfast spread. Quite bland and the hollandaise sauce is so salty. Anyway, overall it was quite a good experience staying with them!

Panoramic bird eye view by the river. Good food at the top tier range. The restaurant served imported mineral water at 280++/ bottle. Quite reasonable if book with hungry hub package.

Fantastic stay! Cant praise the staff more!! They were so nice. The receptionist “Sugar” from the front desk helped so much during a night medical emergency, going above and beyond and talking to Thai medical and pharmacies for us at 4am in the morning. And even giving us a call in the morning when she realised we were a little late for our check out. Thank you so much sugar! 😊 All other staff was great too, helped everywhere and delivered all items very quickly to the room. The hotel and bar itself was amazing! Fantastic pool with magnificent view, especially at night. Will come back for sure!

We would love to give the Avani + Riverside Bangkok a 10 star rating. We had such an amazing experience. We stayed a total of 7 nights in the Junior Suite with the river view. It had the most amazing views and the room was so comfy. We slept so well. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Everything was fresh and a huge variety. All the staff on the 11th floor were so nice and very professional. At night we would do cocktail hour and sit and enjoy the stunning views. A special thank you to Tee for all his hard work. He always greeted us and checked on how we were doing. We also would like to thank to staff that had waters placed by our beds at night, which was such a bonus and really appreciated. We stayed at an Avani hotel in Krabi a few weeks ago and were very impressed with the hotel chain. Moving forward, we will look to see if there is an Avani hotel when booking in Asia.

We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The view from the rooftop was beautiful. The taxi boat service was fun and convenient. The staff was beyond extraordinary. Candice went above and beyond to make sure was had the best stay possible and was an absolute joy anytime we need anything or had any questions. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice stay while in Bangkok
