Room is good with a nice view but still in a conservative one. Staffs do not have service mind, no smile, not friendly to Thai customers comparing to hotels with the same level. When foreigners came in, staffs are eager to say hi with smiley face and give better service. I felt disappointed but not surprised on their behavior that must be improved if need to compete with others in hospitality industry. Breakfast is not impressive that is not delicious and less varieties. If you want to book this hotel, I would suggest to better find other hotels that you might get the better experience with great impression.

We had such an amazing time staying here. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around. The team were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. If i was to complain, i would just say the food was average, but with the Icon center next door there is no concern. The hotel looks and feels amazing. The design and architecture is spot on. The roof top bar is a beautiful place to visit with incredible views over Bangkok. We will be back

Its right on the river next to ICON Siam Mall. All rooms have great views. Executive Lounge is stunning and has staff is wonderful! Thanks Khun Ann! Incredible Buffet for Breakfast. Neat pool with stunning views. Happy Hour 4-6. Great remodel and wonderful staff make this place worthwhile.

Beautiful and well located hotel. But service is unfortunately very lacking- which is completely the opposite of what Iโ€™ve experienced in the rest of Thailand. I had applied for a room upgrade online and was not informed that it had been granted when we checked in- so was met with a surprise bill at checkout. Also, the person at the front desk was quite rude when I was trying to understand what had happened. Sarcastic, even. Iโ€™m very disappointed. Will absolutely chose a different hotel for our next trip to Bangkok. And this is despite me being a Hilton honours gold member.

I loved this hotel. Posh and plush. We stayed in a panoramic suite. It was gorgeous. Riverside location. Lovely food too. Only downside were the queues at reception and for breakfast and a sad presumption that my father's Thai widow had sneaked in for a free breakfast. She had paid for a room of her own that they could have checked without embarrassing us all in the restaurant.

A good base in Bangkok if you like browsing in a shopping mall because the hotel is next to the ICON SIAM (which is open until 10 pm). So you have something to do when coming back to the hotel in the evening. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. The service is a bit slow (but we stay during Thai holidays, so it is understandable). The breakfast buffet spread is impressive. The pool is small but has a nice view overlooking Chaopraya river. We saw a small table at the concierge for food delivery service. So maybe you can use the food delivery apps to order and taste the famous local dish while staying in.

The positives first, the view from 2201 panoramic suite was good, bed very comfortable and staff nice. the reason I'm only giving this two stars (OK) is because of the little touches that are absent. Having to ask for two cups, two coffee capsules and having to wait (at breakfast) for service when there are few diners all makes this experience more like a three star hotel than a 5 star one. In addition the pool is very small, the afternoon tea was average quality and the executive lounge and roof top bar is closed (due to COVID). Don't get me wrong, for the price it is fine for a staycation. but if I had paid full price I'd be very disappointed.

As a diamond member of Hilton Honors, I paid extra to stay at a Suite room beyond the upgrade. The front desk agent was always nice to assist to meet guests' needs. The room is excellent in terms of the quality although the room rate has been increased a lot compared to early this year. The service staff and the quality of food itself at breakfast buffet are not excellent, but they are still not bad either. Swimming pool is not excellent, but it is still good with nice view. The biggest disappointment at this time was with the Executive Lounge. The quality of food has been really worse compared to early this year and summer. Overall, the whole experience is not impressive, but it is still OK.

To start off the price was very low for a 5* hotel, which should have been a red flag from the start. This hotel does not deserve 5*. There is no shuttle boat to the BTS station and you need to take it at Icon Siam even though they have a boat and a pier, they refuse to use it. The staff was slow and there was only 1 person at the reception that actually understood my request others were useless. The breakfast was ok, but they will charge you extra for ice coffee (hot is free). So a 5* hotel wants to charge you ice for your coffee? And to make matters worse the coffee mugs were dirty, and the coffee was terrible. Donโ€™t even think about sitting outside, the dirty pigeons will eat your breakfast and the staff does absolutely nothing about it. They were crawling everywhere. The gym is good, but the pool is poorly maintained and unremarkable. I would not stay in this hotel again, and would not recommend it to my friends.

Maybe I was at a different hotel. Seeing all these 5 Star ratings recently is a big surprise, based on my HONEST experince.. Stayed several nights (Diamond Hilton Member) * Food cold/lukewarm/salty * Staff - polite but not "Thai" Friendly * Rooms are dated * 2-4pm and 5-7pm floor 31 food/drinks was FAR below expectations. Ultimate question - would I stay here again? - No

I would recommend to pay a bit more for executive. I enjoyed it a lot there. Cocktails there were great. The staffs were very polite and extremely friendly. Only when I checked in late and just noticed that the afternoon tea was finished already. I didn't know that the check in time is in the middle of afternoon tea time. So no tea on the first day. ๐Ÿ˜ข But overall I like this hotel a lot. Along to the River, close to Iconsiam, so comfortable and convenient. The swimming pool is a bit small but very lovely for kids and beautiful. My daughter loves it. Breakfast was also good. But if you have some nut allergy like me, you will scream with all of the good-looking desserts there. They all have some nut. ๐Ÿคฃ

Everything you'd expect from a Hilton. No plastic shower and no funny hangers. Well-equipped gym, but unfortunately no rowing machine. Amazing rooftop pool, but not heated, so rather brazing on a December morning. Unrivalled breakfast, but scrambled eggs a bit runny for my taste (but they'll make you an omelette on request). Terrific executive lounge on the top floor if you or your friends are staying in the right kind of room!

We enjoyed our 10 days at this hotel. Being on the opposite side of downtown Bangkok and across the river, youโ€™ll get a stunning view of the skyscrapers especially at night. Walking distance to Icon Siam. To go downtown, you can take the new Gold Route sky train. Good hospitality and nice breakfast selections. On weekends, breakfast is served on the 31st floor for Hilton Honor members.

The staff were Wonderful! Especially Concierge Mae We are Hilton Honors Diamknd members & had a great upgrade. The executive lounge was nice. Hotel has a great location near the mall & has its own ferry. It's about 2 hr to Cruise Terminal ( Hotel can arrange transport for you $$$) The afternoon tea service was good..would've been better if the Hot water machine worked!

Had the one bedroom suite with executive floor access. All staff were super helpful. The room was huge with a large living room and a huge study table for work. Ample electrical points and good Internet access. Breakfast selection was super. Location is excellent, stone's throw from ICONSIAM.

Amazing hotel and the staff was simply fantastic. Highly recommend the panoramic suite. The panoramic restaurant view was amazing over drinks, we got lucky and they shot fireworks off in the river right when we where there. Being next door to ICONSiam mall was great. Concierge staff was absolutely the best. Probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had in my life.

The must visit hotel in Bangkok. Near to the river cruise with amazing view. Whenever I come to Bangkok I must stay in this hotel. The amenities are the best and the hotel design has great Thai taste and touch and if you walk down the aisle you feel the difference even in Hilton international brand. It's so near Iconsiam where you get the best shopping experience with all the designer brands you can imagine. And staff here are super polite. My friend left her expensive ring worth $35k in the room before but the staff here actually kept for us and didn't take for their own. This is a blessing.

My girlfriend, family and I were traveling to Bangkok for 4 nights waiting for international flight for another location. From the first communication (emails) with the hotel, we got first-class treatment. They explained everything and left no room for mistakes. They took care of our luggage from the moment we stepped out the cab and it was waiting for us in the rooms. The accommodation is very satisfying, the staff is extremally friendly and professional with high standards. The lounge drinks and food are fine but if you are vegan you must ask the chef for a special order. Will definitely return back!

When deciding what Hilton property to stay at we were torn between the Millennium and Conrad. In the end we were happy with are decision staying here. While the Conrad has slightly nicer amenities in some cases the location next to the water cannot be beat. You can easily purchase tourist hop on hop off boat passes that pickup near the hotel waterfront. This boat can take you to most of the best city sites. The mall nearby is super fun and full of sites and cool stores. The bar/executive lounge provides and amazing view of the city. Breakfast was terrific. Plenty of options and outside seating next to the water. Pool and restaurant hours should be a bit expanded. Otherwise stay was perfect. Service was fast and friendly.

Hotel is fantastic. Rooms are good size, beds are super comfortable, staff is really attentive. Pool is really nice. Not really an infinity pool, but still nice. Breakfast could be better, but was by no means bad. Massages are fantastic, definitely stop by the spa. Location is a bit annoying. So it's near a bts station and the water taxis, however besides the mall next to it there isn't much to do on that side of the water. No street food, barely a few restaurants that are not all always open. But grab and taxis are always available unless it's raining. I would definitely recommend a stay there. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is perfect for taking nice pictures and enjoying an amazing view. The rooftop bar is also very nice and cozy. However, the check-in reception is horrible. We checked in at 3 pm, but after waiting for 15 minutes, they informed us that they were not sure if the room was ready because it was still being cleaned. There was no welcome drink, no apology, and the whole process was disorganized. Many other customers were also complaining about the slow and unprofessional check-in. Additionally, the smell in the hotel was unpleasant. The service needs significant improvement to match the level of a five-star establishment.

Thank you so much for supporting me from airport transportation, Covid test and 2 days accommodations even though I didnโ€™t reserve in advance. Everything went smoothly from the airport to checkout, I forget to ask names of sale and front door staff, but everyone at the hotel from Nov 11 to 13 deserves a big raise. Thanks again and surely I will be back.

The hotel is very well located, with spectacular views over the river. Hotel public space is impressive however hotel rooms are rather small. Club lounge has a very limited food spread in the evening, one of the worst I have ever been, one could skip this without regrets.

I reserved a room for 3 adults with extra cost for the third person. It was a regular room with 2 single bed. It is very difficult for 3 adults to stay in. So we asked for extra bed and refused politely by the receptionist. Their reason is that the space is not enough for extra bed. But I realize that it is their hotel policy. the room space, although not too big, but it's definitely good enough to put in an extra bed. That made our stay very very uncomfortable for last weekend. And then the room fit out, its very ridiculous that the fridge is located just next to the bedside table. When I open the fridge door,it will hit the bedside lamp as well as my stuff on the table. And then the pool, I can only see chairs around me, when I swim. the view is blocked by chairs. it is the worst designed Hilton I ever tried. sorry .

Hilton millennium is such a great hotel. We were upgraded to the panoramic suite and it was awesome! The executive lounge was wonderful and the rooftop bar was really good also. Great place to watch the sunset! Also the diamond desk in the executive lounge was very nice and we had our own place to check in and get a snack and a drink while we waited during check in. Also the water taxi was on time all Of the time and was really wonderful.

Stayed at the end of August to celebrate our birthday . Staff are very attentive and friendly. Lounge staff went above and beyond exceeding our expectations. HBD rose Patel message in our room and yummy cake was delivered later at the night. During the happy hour lounge staff sang happy birthday presented us with candle lit desserts. Itโ€™s located next to the river and iconsiam. Easy to catch free hotel ferry to Sathorn n transfer to bts. Will definitely come back when we visit Bangkok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stays at the Millenium Hilton Bangkok, the staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Our executive room was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The hotel offers many options for dining and breakfast with an extensive menu to suit all tastes. A free ferry service is available at certain times from the front of the hotel. The lounges and bars on the 31st floor offers sweeping panoramic views over Bangkok and it's a great spot to enjoy a beer, or a delicious cocktail. From there, you can also checkout the action on the busy Chao Phraya river or just take in the sunset. The pool is compact but deep enough for swimming or just having a splash. The popular and visually stunning Icon Siam complex is a short walk away with a vast array of dining, shopping, entertainment options and money exchanges on the 5th floor. The hotel offers a spa service and a gym and there are numerous Thai Massage shops close by. We normally stay around the Sukhumvit area so this was a nice change. 5 Stars all the way!

Location is just right next to ICONSIAM, very convenient. Room was a little outdated but kept clean and well maintained. Room was also well insulated from noises. Elevator didn't have long lines of people even during busy hour, which is always a plus. Breakfast was superb, so many to choose from! Overall it was an amazing stay!

The hotel has a very special location and directly overlooks ICON Siam. The price for the service is very excellent. The breakfast is very excellent and the spaces in the dining hall are very spacious and varied and international. The hotel is a 3-minute walk to ICON Siam Mall. I recommend this hotel because the service here is truly exceptional to the greatest extent. The staff is good and the service is fast

I have always stayed at Siam Kempinski and the service standard is several notches above this hotel. I stayed one night here because my credit card gave me a complimentary night stay so I convinced my travel buddy to give it a try for one night. Shower has low pressure and water takes long time to heat up, and still the water is not hot enough. Air con in room is not cold enough. At check out, service staff asked if I took anything from Minibar, and I said no. She dialed someone to check on Minibar anyway. I asked her if this check is done for everyone checking out,, she said yes. Then what is the purpose of asking if I took anything from the minibar in the first place when you donโ€™t believe in whatever I say anyway? Why donโ€™t you just go ahead and ask someone to check the minibar whenever someone checks out, without asking the redundant question? Or is it dependent on how trustworthy I look, or my race,? This is unprofessional and insulting in a subtle way. As a word of advice, please instruct your service staff to stop doing this. If you want to check, please just go ahead and check and not insult your guests. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Amazing experience at the Hilton. All staff were so helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast โ€˜Flowโ€™ is outstanding, there is so much food to choose from. The rooms are very luxurious and include everything you need for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool is well maintained and provides a view of the city. Thankyou, will recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hilton for 4 nights. The service was impeccable. The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel provides free water transportation that takes you over to the other side of the lake. The hotel is located next to Icon Siam. It is less than 5 minutes walk to Icon Siam. We really enjoyed our stay at the Millennial Hilton.

Very nice hotel! Checking in was efficient and the staff very attentive. Happy hour in the executive lounge was nice and had a good selection. If you are there early enough you can snag a table outside along the railing and enjoy the city view. The hotel has it's own river shuttle, which is very handy.

Truly exceptional service at this hotel. Kudos to a hard-working team. I always felt warmly welcomed and cared for here. So far the best of all the Hiltons Iโ€™ve stayed at in Asia and North America.

The hotel is incredibly nicely described. The Chao Phraya River is spectacularly visible from the room's expansive perspective. Lovely as a painting that hangs on the wall. There is variety at breakfast that isn't found at other hotels. It is unique. You can also make reservations for a dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River while you're here. The swimming pool overlooks the Chao Phraya River. The atmosphere is great. They close at 9 p.m., a bit early. The lobby has an amazing, elegant design. The hotel is close to Icon Siam Shopping Mall and close to the skytrain terminal.

Stayed over for a long weekend with the family. Great location, 2 mins walk to icon Siam and mtr. Beautiful bedroom overlooking the river. Amazing breakfast spread - sat outside looking at the ferries and boats crossing the river. We did not use the pool but like the pool area. Totally recommend

The property, the location, and the staff are all superb. The food is absolutely top shelf as well. This hotel is located on the river adjacent to IconSiam. They will be relocating the fitness center which is inside the spa, temporarily. The emphasis is on aerobics and not so much on weight training. All the facilities are clean and well maintained. If there was one slight thing to nitpick, it would be the music they played in the dining areas. It reminded me of a repetitive sound track that YouTubers love to loop in the videos.

I love this hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the pool is relaxing, and the restaurants deliver good quality food. It is also in the heart of the city, so if you need to travel anywhere you are close and they offer a free shuttle servic to the MRT train. Everyone I met was very friendly. Thank you ๐Ÿ™

It is very close to the biggest mall in Bangkok. You can have boat experiences while staying. You can have best view of the river from your room. Internet connection in the room is quite good, I had two simultaneous online meetings and it went well. The staffs are very professional and helpful.

For our first ever visit to Bangkok, we decided on the Millenium Hilton for 3 nights. Beautiful hotel! As Hilton Diamond members, we got an upgrade to a Panoramic Suite and the view was awesome! Check out our pic from the room. Possibly the nicest hotel room weโ€™ve ever stayed in as a family. Our king bed was possibly the most comfortable beds weโ€™ve ever slept in. Believe it was Rm 2001. Pool was nice and had great views as well! Breakfast buffet was massive and had something for everyone. Our boys are 7 and 9 and loved all the breakfast โ€œdessertโ€ items. Staff worked very hard as the hotel seemed quite busy. Located right next door to ICONSIAM, which is easily the biggest shopping mall weโ€™ve ever been in. Tons of good dining options there. If weโ€™re back in Bangkok, wonโ€™t hesitate to stay here again. IG: @notquiteviet

Fantastic hotel. The rooms & amenities are fantastic. Breakfast is the best Iโ€™ve ever had at any hotel, it has variety but doesnโ€™t lack on quality as sometimes these hotels do. The hotel is on the โ€˜wrongโ€™ side of the river, but offers a complimentary boat service over to the other side (saphan). Itโ€™s also right next to Iconsiam which is amazing. The only points for improvement would be the music; the same Mexican music plays on repeat at the pool, so after a while is a bit repetitive. The music on the rooftop bar is so loud and feels more like a club, so itโ€™s hard to have a nice drink and admire the view when you canโ€™t really talk. Overall we had a wonderful stay at millennium Hilton, and will hopefully be back!

Great Hotel, all round itโ€™s got everything you need with a great rooftop bar with a great staff , top marks to them. The Concierge needs to understand traffic issues when advising guests , like how much time does it take to get to the airport on a Friday afternoon. Also when they have an expensive restaurant booking to make sure his staff donโ€™t give the wrong address to the cab driver.

One of the best hotels I have been. I slept there for four nights and it was great , the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I had expect for a size like this hotel, a bigger gym, but the gym was very small and I would love to give five stars for this hotel but we got charged 140โ‚ฌ for the minibar just for a couple drinks that is too much. I am not somebody who is looking for every penny but for every refill of the minibar we got also charged a service fee . Totally unnecessary in my opinion. But anyway, I can recommend everybody to stay in this hotel.

Ok I have to admit: I like the Hilton Brand - since I stayed over the last 10 years a majority of my business travels in those hotels. Millennium Bangkok has a really cool pool - with lounge chairs in the water. The pool is not really big - so with 3 active swimmers the pool is kind of full. The Lounge is really cool with nice view. Easy to get around and I enjoyed the ride over the lake to the metro station.

Great value for room and location. Be sure to note that this hotel can feel crowded at times do to how many guests it can accommodate at a time. Con: service can feel rushed and impersonal at times. Once again, this is probably due to the sheer number of guests. Tip: be sure to get an upgraded room or have gold or diamond status. Check in can be 30 min or longer unless you use the priority line. Status and upgrades will also give you access to the executive lounge on the rooftop and better table seating during breakfast buffet.

The Millennium Hilton Bangkok is just another WONDERFUL Hilton Property. I really enjoy the FREE Breakfast for two with my stays. And like always the service is WONDERFUL. This particular Hotel appears somewhat older but still has the Hilton Feeling. We were fortunate there were many GRADUATES staying during our stay. It's Amazing how BEAUTIFUL and PROFESSIONAL they all appear. It's really WONDERFUL to see how other Cultures celebrate achievement.

I really liked staying here. During this trip I stayed twice. The first time to satisfy the Test & Go program for which they had a nurse on site to do the swab collection we reserved a King room but we're upgraded to an Exexutive room as Diamond members without even inquiring. The second stay was at the end of our trip since we were flying out of BKK and wanted to truly explore Bangkok I reserved the executive room and we were upgraded to rhe junior suite with panoramic views. This particular Hilton hotel really knew how to treat Diamond members.

This is a great place to stay in Bangkok. A truly 5 star facility in a great location next to Icon Siam shopping mall and Chao Praya river. Free parking makes it quite convenient. Very nice happy hour at the Executive lounge on top floor with impressive views and inside/outside seating ( go early, it gets busy).

We stayed at this hotel for a 24 hour quarantine until we received our negative tests back. The room rate is not included any meals. They donโ€™t allow grab during quarantine! Room service is the only way to go. I was hesitant to order but when the food arrived, we were blown away with the presentation and the taste of original Thai food! The other best thing was the Deluxe King Size Bed!! OMG it was amazing sleeping in an oversized bed ๐Ÿฅฐ PCR is done before checking in which is very convenient. Airport to Hotel transportation is the only one they didnโ€™t provide ๐Ÿ˜… We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve and they hang Xmas stocking on the door! Itโ€™s so cute to find it!

Highly helpful front desk and reservation staff, who helped me with several time-critical issues including when I was already checked out. Kudos to them. Taxi staff is also efficient at helping with taxis, better than Grab or Bolt. Rooms are nice, especially the panoramic room is fantastic. Breakfast is great, gym is decent, and executive lounge is well managed.

Thank you for very good hospitality and celebrating my birthday. The staffs were very nice and service mind. I had a problem about the room and they changed the new one for me. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed many time in this hotel. As always a great hotel, with great location, great view. However, this time check in took by far to long (like 10-15 min) and was quite unfriendly. The shuttle boat to cross the river does not operate at the moment, but that was not mentioned on their website. Other services are also not operating.

Very nice hotel and everything so perfect like Breakfast, Lounge, swimming pool not so big but nice. Have perfect fitness. We stay 2 night and 1 night hot water not working and not to much power. People really welcome!!

A panorama window in the room is stunning. I appreciate the location and view. Tho, seem like the quality of the service goes into lower class. Receptionists are quite polite and helpful but bellboys are idle. They didn't help us with the luggages. We also went to massage room lately in the day. Therapists explicitly showed that they were in hurry to go home. The worst part is that the light in the room blinks periodically even if the master switch was off. Technician came in at 2AM. Our rest was ruined. Summary: All my 3 stars are given for sole location. Service quality is unacceptable.

Great hotel in central Bangkok. Very clean and some kind of luxurious compared to some hotels in bangkok.

overall it was a good experience, staff are accommodating, breakfast was superb. just minor things needs for improvement, I did book a family suites, no tissue box avail in the living room, office area as well in the bedroom. toiletries bottles are too small, no pens or notepads in the office table.

1 star is so much for this hotel. You have to wait 30 minutes for check in and out. Dirty room, small swimming pool. I bought my own toilet paper. Because there was no in the room.Low quality customers. Check in : 3 pm check out 12. Why ? You have to pay 2000 baht deposit why??? I stayed many hotels in bkk this one was the worst for sure! All 2 stars hotels better than this in bkk.

Very nice hotel. Also situated at good location. Easy to transport via boat, bus, train and also it is very close to IconSiam Shopping Mall.

I like this hotel. Great location and convenient. My family and I had fantastic service from the staff and had a good time staying here. I love all the bakery for breakfast. All were delicious!! Flowers and decoration were fantastic.

The hotel grounds were very nice. The pool was sufficient, although the tile is showing rust(?). The rooms are very comfortable, air conditioned, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was great! The service at breakfast was ok - we ordered coffee twice but it never came. The location is easy to get to, but not central, which we preferred.

Fantastic stay for 4D3N. Location is great for a tourist trip as you can jump on the river boat to visit the typical locations. Rooms well appointed, breakfast great in both varieties and quality with the lounge providing really good service for afternoon tea and especially cocktail hour

Nearby / Next to the new stylish Siam Shopping Center and directly at the main river, one of the best hotels in Bangkok. The roof top bar and the panorama executive lounge is a highlight. Awesome view over the river and city. The breakfast ist great but not as good like in Conrad. The pool are is the same. Great but not the level of Conrad. The service is absolutely friendly and professional. There is a direct boat shuttle to the opposite side of the river, where you can change to the different main boat taxis (nearly all lines).

I like the view of the river. Location is perfect,- just a stone throw away to a mall offering street foods and premier outlets. Very near massage parlors and 711. It was unfortunate though that we came during which there were two day Buddist holidays where in alcohol was not allowed anywhere in Thailand. Other than that, me and my partner very much enjoyed our stay, and will be coming back for more.

Had a great stay, we got upgraded as a gold member-to the 28th floor room 2805. Excellent service, nice room and amenities. Very helpful staff. The only downsides are the location, every fun thing is on the other side of the lake even though there is a shuttle boat and the weak and noisy air conditioner in our room which we asked to fixed and it wasnโ€™t.

Happening place and walking distance from Iconsium mall. The hotel has a spread of good breakfast and they have seating both indoor and outdoor facing the river. The rooms are descent and the staff is courteous and helpful. The washroom has few loop holes like the tap in the washbasin is not ergonomically designed and while one washes hands you will sure spill water all over the washroom and make wet. The shower was very very basic and one would not like to stand in the shower for longer and enjoy the bath. Could not understand why was this. They have nice sky bar lounge and place to relax. Overall well maintained.

We had a great 6 night stay here. The staff is all really courteous and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. We stayed in the suite and got checked in promptly on the top floor. The lounge food was a bit of a hit and miss but always plentiful. Breakfast downstairs had a great choice and never too busy before 8am. The location is perfect on the river, and if you miss the hotel shuttle there is always the mall one. Also ferries going up the river from the mall were really convenient for sightseeing.

One of our favorite hotels. Great location on the river. The hotel boats that take you across the river are such a great experience. We have always had fantastic service from the staff too. The club lounge is great too. Breakfast downstairs is also good. Pool area is not massive, but it isn't a large resort style hotel. A river facing room is also a must. There is always so much going on on the river to watch go by.

Great location, river scenic view, variety of breakfast. There's fairly appreciated about staffs' service as quite 4-5 stars hotel. It is recommended for who wish to enjoy the view, private stay with small walk to Iconsiam mall which is plenty of food choices. It is also recommended for executive or Panoramic view room type for greater experience. Better stay of other hotel as Mandarin Oriental or Capella for more delicate service, amanities, and facilities which come with the higher price to pay.

My biggest advice is to not expect a five-star hotel like some online listings say this is; this is a squarely four-star property. Rooms are modern and have great views, though they are on the small side. Breakfast is a great buffet spread with lots of options. The pool is small but adequate. Thereโ€™s a live jazz singer at the rooftop lounge on a nightly basis. The main issue with the hotel is the location: itโ€™s on the โ€œwrongโ€ side of the river from virtually every place of interest in Bangkok, and so you need to add at least 20 minutes to any sort of commute. The skytrain line in front of the hotel runs only every fifteen minutes, and you have to take it one stop to connect to another line. The hotel has a boat that will make that trip for you along the river but it runs only every thirty minutes. And the mall next door often creates a lot of standstill traffic in front of the hotel so itโ€™s hard to get taxis. So it was just hard to use the hotel as a base to explore Bangkok because it was so hard to get back to it.

If you're looking for a conveniently located hotel with all the necessary amenities, the Hilton Millennium in Bangkok is definitely worth a visit! Situated just across the river from the city, this hotel is easily accessible by boat, making it a great option for travelers looking to explore all that Bangkok has to offer. Despite its central location, the rooms are surprisingly quiet and comfortable, though they may be a bit on the small side. One highlight of the Hilton Millennium is undoubtedly the breakfast selection. With so many delicious options to choose from, you'll find something to suit everyone's taste buds. From fresh fruit and yogurt to eggs, bacon, and more, you'll leave the dining hall feeling satisfied and ready to take on the day. All in all, the Hilton Millennium is a great option for anyone seeking a well-located, well-appointed hotel in Bangkok.

What an amazing experience we (family with two small children) had at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok. Staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool is well maintained and has stunning views. The breakfast bars were the best we've been to (variety, quantity and quality wise). We'll definitely come back.

Excellent location, epic pool, helpful staff, awesome breakfast buffet, lovely Executive Lounge. A truly 5 star hotel experience with a Hilton flavor. There's even a complimentary boat and private pier. Stay here and enjoy.

Beautiful hotel set alongside the famed Phraya River. Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff with well equipped clean rooms. The restaurant on-site was quite possibly one of the best places to eat in the immediate area. Fantastic local Thai cuisine and several other Asian to American options to choose from. A whole room was dedicated to just deserts alone. Well worth the cost! If you're a Hilton Diamonds member you get breakfast for free and a discount on dinner (per room- not per guest). The pool was super nice and provided great views over the city and river below (be sure to go up to the viewing deck at night for an amazing view!).
