The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Amenities are great as well. The buffet is tasty and has a lot of options both local, American, and international flavors. The rooftop bar/restaurant gives great views of the city! However, one of the housekeeping crew members took my earbuds (out of my backpack). So, I wouldn't leave any valuables in your room unless you can lock your Suitcase. Remember hotel staff have access to the in room safe too.

stayed for 6 nights. I left a luggage in hotel lobby, hotel staff helped to arrange taxi to deliver the luggage to me, really appreciate the effort. Room is great, view is great, wifi is great, bathroom is great, bed is great. TV size is small, TV channels are less but images/signals are good enough, at least have some sports channel running. Breakfast choices are less but they ensure fresh fruits are top up promptly. location is walking distance to central world and BIG C market, need pass by main road. Traffic by car is very jam.

We stayed from 30 Dec to 1 Jan 2024. We like the room so much. The color of interior is bright white, so very bright, with wide open window. The toilet is very well build, with thick glass barrier between bath tub, shower & sitting closet. That night our room is facing the central world mall direction. So we can see a partial view of New year eve fire works . The break fast is also very delicious. We are couple with a kid of 7 years old. The restaurant attendants let us have breakfast with no question asked about our kid. ( AS we know, other hotel even charged extra for kid's breakfast). There is a lady (attendants) at the egg station is very hospitable, she is so busy & overwhelm, but she still smiled & provided our extra order of half boiled eggs . Will definetely stay in this hotel again when we visit Bangkok.

Today is my husband and it was our last night at the hotel. Came back with a surprise slide.of cake. And another surprise which is the water not working properly, and the temperature was unable to adjust. It is too hot for usage. Waited more than 2 hours and it is still not fixed. Called the hotel service for some water and they did not send any over. Definitely will not come back again. The location is not ideal too.

Hotel very central to markets and restaurants. We had water dripping from our ceiling. Air-conditioning problem. They were up to fix within 5 minutes both times it happened. They offered us to move rooms also. Would stay here again. Breakfast was great, as was the service.

It's really close to the BigC.I went to the hotel around 5pm after shopping at BigC,around 10mins distance. The first impression of hotel entrance was not that good. It's inside a low grade shopping mall. A bit worried about safety at night. However, after reaching the reception, I felt much better. The reception level looked clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. She gave us a free upgrade to a family room. The service is good and room is nice and cozy. I went out around 7pm and found it was a night market outside the hotel. It made me feeling better and better. It's so lively and released my worries about safety at night.

Amazing Amazing Amazing. The clean level is top notch, staff professional and super nice, always think about the minute detail, for example I called the reception for 2 bottles of water, they arrived immediately, and the next day they got us additional 2 bottles for the day so we won't need to request!! the rooms are nice and neat. The hotel has a great breakfast, WALK bar and good massage on the entry! also the guards are super welcoming and trying to help with taxis and lugguages

Centara WaterGate Good Hotel. It's spacial thing is it's ground floor a big shopping area and Indian Restaurant. Where you enjoy Indian food. Over all location of hotel is amazing. Easy to exploring Bangkok city from here...

It’s was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Clean room and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious. Staff are very welcoming and allow us to check in early although we arrived at around 10 something in the morning. Nice relaxing environment with walking distance to varieties of street food and malls. Highly recommended place to stay.

With the entrance is deep in the small lance, it is hard to spot the hotel from the main road. Lobby is located on 9th floor. The room is well maintained with modern decorations, the size is normal for a two beds hotel room. With good promotion, it can be a good choice for hotel when visiting Bangkok.

My Girlfriend stayed in the Centara Watergate Deluxe Room for her 15 days ASQ after visiting me in Germany. The Room was spacious, clean and in really good condition. She could choose between a wide variety of food everyday. (3xmeals). But she was also allowed to order food from Foodpanda. The Staff was friendly and she had a nice stay.

This hotels location is good, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, great sleep. I only have one issue......There was a mix up with my booking so I was treated as 'A Walk In customer'. Because I was tired and not totally thinking I paid their rate. Why do hotels have to rip us of for double the 'On Line' rate. If I had been more alert I would have rebooked on line in the lobby for half the paid price.

I want to give a huge,huge, appreciation to this hotel and staff for many things. The 4 days that I stayed there were wonderful,clean and full of hospitality. Everyone was so wonderful and nice. However… the biggest part was when i forgot 3000 USD in my hotel room lock safe and after contacting the hotel they made sure to keep it safe and secure as I had to book another flight back to Thailand. This showed so much honesty and care for their clients. Everytime I come to Thailand i will come back to this hotel. No matter what price.

Great breakfast, which is much cheaper to just walk-in (just 400 baht pp at the time of writing). Very decent sized rooms with enough lifts to get to them. Other than in the parking lot we never found the busloads of Indian tour groups that were also staying there. Only the rooftop bar / restaurant could do with some more staff training.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I would like to thank the hotel team for their excellent service. The location is great, as it is close to some of the popular shopping malls like Big C and Central World. I could easily walk there and enjoy the variety of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the concierge, front office and housekeeping team. They were quick to respond to my requests, such as shavers and cutlery, and they always greeted me with a smile. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job of making the bed every day. It was so neat and tidy that I felt like I was in a new room every time. The only downside was that the room was near the lift landing and the wall was too thin. I could hear people talking or screaming while they waited for the lifts, which disturbed my sleep a few times. Also, the hairdryer did not have a heat setting, which was a minor inconvenience for me. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bangkok.

The room was nice and clean. The location is perfect. I arrived on 20th at 8pm to check for a day meeting on 22 Nov, morning. Unsure if I was able to be back to check out in time. Requested for a slightly later check out at 1.30pm on 22 Nov but the staff (night manager) seem to be very inflexible. He allowed only till 1pm, I felt it was just 30 mins later which I requested, he could have relented. Otherwise, all was OK.

Conveniently located in a bustling shopping district. Easy access to variety of food choices. The check-in and checkout was a breeze. Service staff were readily helpful. The buffet breakfast was pretty decent. Enjoyed my stay!

Value for money, great service. Have been staying here almost everytime in BKK. Walkable distance to all shopping malls, and massages are available everywhere. However, sometimes during breakfast it could get crowded at the dining area. Food is 4.5/5 Staffs are attentive and cater to all of your needs. There is also a rooftop bar!

The Rooms are small but wonderful. The food i stop quality. Its located in the heart of INdra Market and you can have shopping right in your basement. The views of Bangkok were amazing during the night from my room window.

It is hidden in a half empty mall Watergate Pavillion, our taxi had hard time looking for the entrance to drop us off. But after our 4 day stay, the breakfast is sumptuous and big variety, staffs are attentive and friendly, room is clean and beautiful view. The room has 1 unusual design, half the shower is visible from the beds and only covered by curtains. Hotel is surrounded many street vendors and local businesses, a short walk to CentralWorld to enjoy 5 star shopping. We will come back.

My first trip post covid travel restriction. Stayed here before. Service remain good, friendly staff. Room was clean. Should try for the spa, we get 20% disc during our stay.

Location good. Service and everything is good. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious. Housekeeper Juharat is very warm, friendly and polite. One downside is that the first level and some levels smell of sewage.. quite unpleasant

Nice stay at Centara for 1 day test & go package. Free upgrade to Deluxe room with balcony. Very clean. Great breakfast choice! The services are lovely, professional and the workers are friendly. I got my COVID-19 PCR test results within 6 hours. I'm a loyalty fan of Centara hotel since 2017 when I stayed in Centara Spa & Resort, Maldives. Never made me disappointed. Overall, very happy & Highly recommended.

Rooms are clean but compact. best part is it's in the center of the market area. Just above Watergate mall and opp to Indira market. One small problem is that room which are opp. to lift get some noise disturbance from elevator movement

Great hotel,  clean , great staff ,great service, comfortable beds .In the rooms you have  a fridge, TV, a safe & a kettle with tea & coffee supplied. Great location for shopping & a 711 close by . We included breakfast in our booking, the breakfast is very good , lots of variety. Happy hour Friday, Saturday & Sunday  5pm -7pm only , that to me is a mistake as most people in the hotel are there on holiday & weekends aren't important,  even for the business person weekends are like every other day .Happy hour should be daily , like everywhere else in Bangkok . I definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall experience is good for the money. I had the one bedroom and it is generally clean. Room service came in twice daily to clean the rooms and towels. Except I found a used slipper under my bed, other than that it’s fine. Just a bummer, on the final night, the watermelon that came with the watermelon juice tasted sour. Close to spoil maybe but in room dining food was okay can fill the tummy. Amenities is a meh cause the sky bar forever close and no swimming pool, you can only dip your feet and enjoy the sun, see the view of Baiyoke. It is close to many places, walking distance to Central World and if you’re adventurous enough you can walk all the way to MBK 555+

Went there for a seminar. The hotel was quite dated despite the renovation here and there. Overall I had a pleasant experience except when I asked for a new mask as my mask strap was ripped with the receptionist. She looked at me head to toe since I was not a foreigner, and asked to make sure I was really using the service at the hotel. When getting the new mask, she didn’t seem willing to do so but didn’t refuse. Other staffs I encountered did not show the same attitude and were well manner.

Supposed it is because of my weekend check-in last evening with an overbooked situation, room cleanliness can much better. Reception should have also let know in advance that our rooms be on the smoking level, as I have just managed to quit smoking earlier this year. No worries, I am strong for the next 3 days in this new home 😁

The team at Centara is friendly, well versed and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The Food is delicious! Don't skip breakfast. The Rooftop area is open and a lovely area to wind down after a long day. Bangkok is ready to welcome back everyone from across the globe. An unforgettable experience.

Second time staying here. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and well designed. Would like to specially commend one of the housekeeping staff Jutharat who always went the extra mile to keep my room neat and tidy. She was always friendly and greeted me with a smile. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant experience!

really nice hotel experience here. staff was wonderful and friendly. the room was great (we got a free upgrade!) with a sweet view and a really nice bathroom and shower. huge bed and nice sofa. breakfast was a nice buffet and the bar/restaurant was lovely we got a watermelon margarita and a pina colada which were reasonably priced and delicious. definitely recommend.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. Very helpful and respectful. We would never have imagined being able to relax in a calm environment in the middle of Bangkok, but that's what we did here! All our wishes were dealt with very kindly. One of the main factors that contributed to our enjoyment was the smoking ban even in the open places. That enhances life quality!

This is my 1st time stay at Centara pratunam n im really impressed. I believe in Centara brand. Their standard has never disappointed me. Especially now i choose this hotel for my alternative quarantine, im really happy with everything. The room is big nice n clean. The food is good by using quality ingredient. The staff is very helpful. It actually starts from the FB page n booking procedure. They are so fast n effective. I actually feel like time goes so fast when my quarantine has come to an end. Highly recommended n i will definitely come back again.
