The good parts of this hotel: -they allowed us to check into the room 2 hours early -location -staff was very friendly and helpful -breakfast spread was nice and the rooftop restaurant and bar was nice -the gym facility is nice The bad parts about this hotel: -everything is very rough around the edges. You can tell that they did a quick "remodel" to try to be trendy. They painted everything white, put white curtains up and called it a day. The paint was chipping and you could see the old finishes underneath, the white floors look very worn, the slip covers over the old hotel furniture come off easily -the bed was uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the old spring mattress -there was a hole in the wall where there was something previously hung -the air conditioner did not keep the room very cold and the hallways and elevator were very warm. -I booked originally through a 3rd party site and then saw an advertisement for the "g-awesome" package. I messaged the hotel about it and they said I needed to book directly through the hotel for it and sent me a link. I booked through the link at a higher rate and then the hotel said the package was not available since it was not 3 days before the check in day. -I work in fire prevention, so I notice life safety issues. I noticed all of the sprinkler covers (recessed sprinkler head covers) were painted and caulked to the drywall. They will not release and flow water as intended in a fire. Overall, I would pass on this hotel and book at a different 5 star recognized brand name hotel in the area for the same price. This hotel did not seem to be 5 star quality.

This hotel looks better in photos. We stayed in a G Deluxe room that was remodeled to be an all white minimalistic design. In person, the walls/furniture was just painted over with several layers of white paint. Furniture was old and dated. Bedsheets were not soft. Swimming pool was smaller than what it looks like in photos. The best thing about our room was the view. Customer service was subpar—room service person was on his phone and avoided eye contact while delivering a knife I had requested. We also had some difficulty getting assistance with calling a taxi to the airport. We have stayed at several other 5-star hotels in Thailand and this one just did not feel like 5-star standard…maybe 3-star at best. It was disappointing that we ended our trip at this hotel.

Service was awful, they had not even made our rooms on our second day! Sauna was not working at all even though it's advertised they have one, we asked for an Iron and they gave us a completely cracked one that was leaking water!!! We had to ask for a hairdryer that barely worked. They damaged one of my shorts doing our laundry. Truly awful for the price and definitely not a 5 star hotel. Pros: Breakfast was really good, location is good, burger restaurant at the ground floor is amazing, views are stunning.

About 20% surprising service fees and charges were added to the room rate at checkout. But there weren’t much notable service! Checkin took a long time. VIP receptionists look like stressed with their computer tasks without smiles. There weren’t any available chair at the pool area when I went. The rooms are old. Lights can’t be turned on and off at once. Curtains broke a little. Floor has damages. There weren’t power sockets to charge phones near the bed. They didn’t clean my room the second day. The view is nice at first glance but you don’t need that view in your room all the time if you intend to explore the city. The location is great but the price can’t be justified for Bangkok.

I had a lot of special moments and was impressed by Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant which is a great asset of this hotel and this is a reason why we chose to stay here before we left Bangkok. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it to Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant because they didn't fully operate especially the day we wanted to go due to the impact of the pandemic I guess. However, my feeling about this hotel was not that special. Let me explain why! From my ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I think their service was the only thing that we felt reasonable about this hotel. Room condition: ⭐⭐, I feel like the room where we stayed was lack of proper maintenance (my feeling). I felt not that cozy whereas the stay. The air conditioner was a bit loud even though we set the lowest fan, so we have to turn it off during the night. The toilet was difficult to flush. There was no rain shower (no problem for me but just FYI). Facility: ⭐⭐, the swimming pool was not impressive and seem like it lacked maintenance for a long time already. P.S. I feel like there are many setup reviews about this hotel. If I am right please stop doing that! We will come back again for Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant. But to stay here, maybe not.

Room is spacious but a little old and not enough outlets , I stayed in premium room on high floor. The view is amazing. No minibar in the fridge , the capsule machine was broken. No hair towels when I arrived , asking for it on the second day but didn’t give any hands towels this time. Not sure what is the standard of the hotel. I came back around 2pm and my room still hasn’t cleaned, need to call and ask… The best part of this hotel is breakfast, lovely breakfast and very very lovely staffs.

The hotel and its facilities are a bit dated but it is well located and the room sizes are good. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Food was good at the restaurants and the rooftop bar was beautiful. The cleaning in the room was not up to 5-star standards during our stay and that was the most disappointing point for me.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman last month while traveling with my brother. The service was thoughtful and warm. The rooms were spacious with incredible views. The location was wonderful with many shops within walking distance or a cab ride away. Excellent value for your money.

Such an impressive hotel in the middle of everything! Stayed for 6 nights. Very clean, Great hospitality, spacious room and bathroom, with a bathtub! Water pressure was incredible, which is something we always want. Our room was facing the sunset side. Gorgeous sunsets every night. The all white room is the best and was so nice and clean. Housekeeping cleaned perfectly, every morning starting at 10 am. 5 minute walk to BTS station. Good and shopping just minutes away. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and worth the money!!! All staff members were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Hotel G for 2 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the attentiveness of the staff was what you would expect from Pullman Hotels. They went above and beyond for us. A special shout out to Henry in the Executive Lounge. He is a fantastic host and took care of us throughout our stay. Having worked in hospitality myself, I think he has a fantastic and bright future in the industry. Only things I would say would be worth improving is the hotel itself. Rooms are a bit run down and could use a facelift. Also the pool needs some work too in order to spruce it up and bring it to a Pullman standard.

Overall experience was good as a participant in a gala dinner. Banquet room is on the top of the hotel, too bad there is no balcony or any outdoor access as it will be a big + Hotel is still in a very good shape and well maintained as it is not a recent one. Food served was tasty except the individual potato gratin as the potatoes not cooked enough. Polite and professional service staff, a bit too rushy from time to time… They do have even a ATM machine on the M floor…

If you want a blast from the past, this the place to stay in Bangkok. The rooms have not been renovated in since the 90's. Our room was usually done (when it was done) after 7pm. The most annoying thing was the toilet, it took 2 or more goes to flush. The taps were noisy and the one in the sink was leaking, with a lid that used to come off. The bed was really hard. The pool area was small and sad. The yellowish phone extension in the toilet was a bit too much for me. The TV was old too. Good location, good breakfast, nice view and air conditioner but that was about it. This is a 4 star hotel, not a five star one.

Me and my mother had a very nice stay the hotel. We had a premium deluxe room. The design of the room is nice, but it needs some renovation. I would prefer to keep the original design, they shouldn't switch to the white design they have in the lobby and the lower floor rooms . We booked an arrangement with access to the executive club. That was a good decision. The service was excellent. Many thanks to the whole crew they really made our day The pool area is way to small. It's much smaller than pools in other hotels in Bangkok in that price category. The breakfast restaurant on the second floor is a bit small too. It definitely needs more staff in the restaurant. The four waiters working there are really working hard an doing there best, but they, for example, don't have the time to serve coffee. Overall we had a good time. I would recommend to everyone to book access to the executive club.

The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, though feels a bit lacking. There were not tissue boxes, no hair conditioner (received after requested) no ironing board. These are small things but they’re what you would expected from a 5-star hotel. The service was great. Staffs promptly deliver request items. Breakfast staffs were also attentive. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Impressive selections of breakfast with Thai, Japanese, American food and assorted pastries. Facilities are ok. The fitness center is quite well equipped but the pool is very small. The spa offers special discount for in-house guests.

I am currently spending my last night of state quarantine here. In those 14 days of quarantine and working I was taken care of very well. The price value of the package is very good. Spacious room, good meals served three times per day, free wifi thats fast enough to work and five star service.

This is a 3 star hotel at the best. Does not have beach view or place to relax on the beach. Rooms are worst with bathroom issues that floods the walk way and bathroom when you take shower. Single door acts as a bathroom entry door and shower door! The shower floor is not angled to the drain.. rather in the opposite direction resulting in flooding. Rooms are very basic with basic bed and no real estate for a couch to sit 2 people. Not sure why they call it Deluxe room! the balcony faces a wall and is not ideal to sit. The location of the hotel is not ideal for family planning to tour Bali. This is an airport business hotel. Not a vacation for family hotel.

Service and staff are good but the hotel is quite old, no power socket next to the bed except for the ones that are for the lights. Small pool but great view. Bathroom does not have good ventilation so the mirrors got blurry by the steam for a long time. Also there is no bidet shower. They give you a welcome cake which is nice.

This is a very good 4-star hotel in one of the best locations in Bangkok. Good service, good cleanliness, and all the staff are here to help. They have 2 of the famous restaurant in Bangkok which is the 24 hours burger shop and a gorgeous rooftop bar which you should visit during your stay. 2 things that this hotel should improve: they don't have a valet service which they should have considering its a big city hotel, second the room are little outdated showing damages which many places. The rest, this is a good hotel to stay in.

I stayed here when I was in Bangkok in 2017 and this was a very good hotel, but not the cheapest for Thailand terms. My room was amazing on the 39 floor and the view was good. It had a couple of good restaurants to. The hotel provided tours to all the attractions and various day trips. Me personally I done it more independent close to the BTS, MRT easy to get to the airports and all the attractions.

Wonderful hotel for quarantine with great service, prices and the best gourmet food and with plenty to eat. The room is well equipped with tremendous views of Bangkok. Enjoy this hotel

My second time staying at this hotel while in Bangkok. I absolutely love it. The sunset view up at scarlet bar is (I think) one of the best in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious - I prefer the higher up one's. It's got all the amenities and they're fully covid safe. Only negative is that this the around they didn't have such nice shower gel/shampoo and also it's all small individual bottles. I'd prefer more environmentally friendly larger bottles that dispense what you need.

Pullman? 5 stars hôtel on Booking.com??? I will certainly not come back again until next renovation. Everything is outdated there. Remain 2 stars for the very nice staff

  • 5/5 GMing L. 5 months ago on Google
The staff were friendly and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel was quite far walking distance from the nearest BTS station.

Easy to book. Good location away from the hustle bustle. But also means need to take a cab to the shopping districts. Rooms are a bit old but we'll furnished. Toilet is good. Breakfast is good. Lunch is good.

The place shouts value for money. A great location, the service is amazing, probably like any other place in Bangkok. The cons are centered around the facilities and the rooms. It's a bit old, the wardrobes, towels and the room in general is old and worn-out. But, hey, the location and the value make up for it. Breakfast was great, Scarlett restaurant is a must go also.

I would like to thank Pullman team who supported us during our stay. My friend and I were happy with everything at Pullman. We love breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The room is amazing with a beautiful city view. I don't have any complaints about my stay. I will be back for more nights at Pullman. Thanks again Pullman team. You did make my stay wonderful.

  • 5/5 Wilson R. 5 months ago on Google
Friendly, attentive, great staff. Overall value of Pullman is great. The breakfast buffet is awesome. Only negative is the lighting of the rooms. Kind of dark. Older building, signs of wear and tear. But didn't bother me so much. Room was still very comfortable.

Overall was pleasant and good. The room features have been customisable to suit your needs! Room is also spacious. On a side note: FO Macha service was good and hospitable. She injected the best of Thai a Hospitality. Kudos and well done!

For a pullman it was certainly not up there like they usually are. Rooms are decent size. But strange Deco. Doors on bathroom didn't close. Good views. Beds not as comfortable as pullman usually are or pillows. The door staff were very helpful. Good location. can walk to mostly every thing. The pool is not roof top as such. And is freezing and small and definitely not suited for a big hotel. When busy you can't get a seat. Gym is ok. standard hotel gym. The roof top bar is amazing and has beautiful food. Buffet brekkie was really good to.

Great hotel, the reception staff are outstanding. Checked in early and the room was not available so I sat and had a coffee in the restaurant, the receptionist found me when the room was ready and handed me the key, excellent service!!! The only frustration was the very long wait for lifts up and down. 6 lifts just don't seem enough for the volume of guests in the hotel. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

  • 5/5 Joe L. 8 months ago on Google
Incredible value for money. Lovely decor. If I'm going to be picky I'd say USB charging points would be welcome. The pool is a bit small but oh the rooms are so so fine. Bar/restaurant is great for beer and burgers.

I like that the room is spacious and modern looking. Aircon works well, fridge doesn’t seems to get things cold. The lobby feels small and rather busy. They have a great rooftop bar, if you have priority check in I think it will be okay, else the queue might get a little crazy when you check in. It is quite convenient to walk to a local market if that is your thing. Couple of nice cafes around the hotel as well.

Nice place for ASQ in BKK. No balcony but got a full view glass panel. Food are rich! Mine has a small swivel window which can open a little, allowing fresh air to sneak in, feel slightly less confined! (Gourmet Deluxe Package)

Executive Suite was clean and comfortable. Staff courteous and helpful as always. Khun Pear at reception was especially helpful, clearing up a missing points issue from a previous stay. Club snacks were welcome, happy hour terrific. The Scarlet rooftop bar & restaurant had a fabulous sunset view, delicious beef and a great selection of imported cheeses. A great stay in a terrific location.

Beautiful rooms with excellent views of Bangkok. Service is excellent. The rooftop pool also has amazing views. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful but the food at the Scarlett restaurant was impeccable. Pair that with gorgeous views and you have the perfect match. Stay at Pullman G in Bangkok, you won't be disappointed.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast, but overall it was not a 5 star/luxury hotel. But good experience Great points: breakfast (staff and food), room views and toilet amenities Must improve: create a smoking terrace, offer natural juice in breakfast (all tetrabrick) and remove asap the epileptic videos from the elevators! I was expecting a bit of better service for that price, low season and loyalty to the hotel chain!

I visited Bangkok for 3 days and our stay at this hotel was absolutely tremendous. The rooms look pretty neat with a decent enough city view(it gets wonderful at night). The room service was absolutely top notch and even responded in minutes even at odd hours of the night. All the staff were very courteous and welcoming except for one lady at the reception hence I am removing 1 star. I don't know her name but she sounded pretty rude and unwelcoming and I personally did not like her responses at all. I forgot my airpods at the hotel which I went to take back after 3 hours of checking out, they were courteous enough to help me find it but the kind of response which I got from that one lady seemed very unwelcoming and a bit on the rude side.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially Chompoo with her loveliest smile. Our room was clean and comfortable. The big fluffy pillows were a gem! Breakfast at Tiva was a sumptuous spread. Had the best vibes at Scarlett during the happy hour. The restaurant is located at level 37 which provides an amazing panoramic view of the city. Will definitely return.
