Worst
hotel
experience
ever.
We
had
to
agree
that
when
checking
the
room
description,
information
of
the
room
was
not
wrong,
but
that
doesn't
mean
that
the
info.
provided
was
detailed
or
helpful
enough.
Here’s
for
more:
1-
Inconsiderate
room
design
&
allocation:
The
room
across
the
elevator,
when
you
open
the
room
door,
you
see
strangers
outside
(waiting
for
the
lift)
looking
into
your
room
out
of
curiosity
(not
guests’
fault
though;
when
you
hear
sound
behind
your
back,
it
is
reflex
to
look
back)
2-
The
rooms
are
tiny
(we
stayed
in
4
rooms),
there
were
no
toiletries
(no
slippers,
no
toothbrush,
no
razor
-
even
when
requested,
they
said
that
it
was
not
available
since
this
was
a
budget
hotel
-
at
about
$70/night,
no
breakfast
included,
feel
like
they
were
calling
me
cheap,
very
badly
put).
There
was
no
luggage
rack
(beware,
this
was
not
clarified
in
room
info.),
so
we
had
to
tuck
our
luggage
under
the
bed.
Every
time
we
need
something
out
of
it,
we
had
to
basically
crawl
on
the
floor,
pull
it
out
from
under
the
bed
(or
else
no
space
to
walk
around).
We
have
elders
in
our
group,
this
was
a
nuisance
and
inconvenient
at
most.
3-
Worst
part
is
the
bathroom,
the
tiniest
bathroom
ever,
non-suitable
for
persons
with
claustrophobia.
The
shower
area
was
tiny;
you
couldn't
move
freely
without
touching
the
doors
or
the
walls.
There
was
a
slit
of
the
two
doors
closed
into
the
shower,
making
water
run
all
over
the
floor
from
the
slit.
The
sink
was
small,
clogged,
and
dirty.
4-
There
were
no
sockets
at
the
bedside
tables
(rather
counters)
for
phone
or
any
other
device
chargers,
why?
This
is
so
inconvenient.
All
in
all,
I
cannot
believe
this
hotel
was
run
&
operated
by
Accor.
We
sent
them
a
request
for
cancelation,
they
promised
to
answer
within
48
hours,
but
4
days
later,
there
still
was
no
response,
what
a
bad
customer
communication.
The
staff
attitude
was
mediocre
at
best.
Even
though
there
was
smiling
faces,
but
when
trouble
arose,
they
did
not
show
any
sympathy
or
trying
to
be
helpful
either,
just
run
by
the
rules.
This
is
not
customer
service,
rather
emotionless
industrialized
process.
The
only
good
parts
are
(1)
there
was
a
convenient
store
on
the
ground
floor
(convenient
but
not
vital,
there
were
convenient
stores
everywhere,
easy
to
find
in
this
tourism
area
(2)
location
right
next
to
the
BTS
(again,
not
vital
–
many
other
hotels
arounds
the
same
area
which
are
only
1-
or
2-minutes
walking
to
this
BTS).
We
definitely
would
never
stay
here
again;
this
has
left
a
bad
taste
to
our
trip.
