My experience staying at Ibis hasn't been great. I am woken by doors slamming, noisy people in the hallway, noises from the room next door late into the night etc. Then there's the tiny triangular shower, squeaky bathroom door, broken vanity basin plug, toilet paper on the wall UNDERNEATH the vanity, no USB charging ports and remote for TV that we had to buy batteries to make it work. The thing that irritated me most was initially entering the room and being greeted with a list of virtually every single item in the room and an inflated price to replace them, should you accidentally break one, stain anything, or damage in any way. I couldn't describe the hotel as kid-friendly, high tech, luxury, great value, quiet or great views. Just a budget hotel.

The walls of the room are so thin that i could hear the guy in the room next door talking on the phone then he fell asleep with his TV on… i could not sleep because of this. You would think that for the high price you would get your moneys worth. You don’t. The room is barely bigger than the bed. Access to pool is expensive and not worth it. Way overpriced for what you get. I highly do not recommend.

Amazing service. We left something important in their hotel room and they mailed it back to us via international mail. They were very prompt in responding to our request for mailing the item too. Was served by Mr. Suthirak Saengpan and Mr.Titaporn Jantarupan who were the duty managers who really helped us with our request. Thank God for them!

I recently stayed at the Ibis Hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the things I appreciated most about the hotel was its location. It was conveniently located in the heart of the city, which made it easy for me to explore the local area and access public transportation. It was very strange that the hotel was asking for a deposit upon check-in, considering the fact that the room is very simple. 2000 deposit looks really strange.

The location is perfect since it is very accessible by BTS Skytrain. You can easily transfer to and from the airport. The rooms are adequate size. With its own mini fridge, ensuite shower and bathroom, hair dyer. The only thing I didn't quite like in the room is the shower, there were instances you can smell some funky sewer smell. But it didnt stay long or affect the whole bathroom or room. They share a breakfast restaurant with Mercure. Breakfast buffet is mixed Thai food and international food.

I was stayed here during 11-15/10/2023 after check-in counter told me that the hotel deducted money from my card amount 60.39$ =2,184.87THB for deposit. When I checked-out the counter said that hotel will transfer money to me back. So since that day I’m not receive my money back until now. I just want to know why the hotel keeps customers money so so long? Anyone face problems like this? And how long will you get money back? 3 months? 6 months? Or 1 year? Pls let me know

Cold water supply to shower not stable at night time, resulting only hot water coming out from the shower. Only 2 power sockets inside the room. Breakfast is good, convenient location near BRT National Stadium.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Dirty, extremely small and if you don’t have reservation, they tell you twice higher price. There are lots of better hotels for this price. Disappointment.

Location is fantastic right next to national stadium BTS station so handy for getting around bangkok. Room are quite small but clean and Aircon is good shower working well in afternoon and late evening but seems hard to control temperature early in morning maybe as many guests using water at same time. Breakfast buffet is good with a lot of choices

Love this hotel and will definitely be returning! We were looking for somewhere that was in close proximity to everything so that would could walk around without issues and this place is great for that. You have 3 huge malls, each being a 2-5 minute walk. The staff is friendly, the 711 downstairs is incredibly convenient (and if you’re vegan like us you can find great options here). I would highly recommend this place to friends and family and I look forward to returning!

Really good location just by mrt takes you everywhere. Breakfast okay, room good and shower really powerful and hot. Can't complain for a city centre hotel we feel it's excellent

Besides their superb location that is convenient for everything at the affordable price per night. I found their guest room is fully equipped for guest traveling for work. 2 clothes hooks outside the wardrobe made it convenient to hang day jacket instead of keep it inside. And bottle opener for crown seal type next to kettle is not much found in many hotels. I found their room is spacious although it looked tiny. Bathroom layout and design amazed me. I took drawing of it too. They can manage tiny space so well that I don't feel something is missed out.

This ibis exceeded my expectations, both in terms of room and location. Room was clean, comfortable, had good aircon. As an Accor Gold member, I was given a top floor corner room, fruit basket, welcome drinks (redeemed at Mercure bar) and a 4pm checkout!! Located right beside the BTS National stadium exit, 7eleven in lobby, walking dist to several large shopping malls - super convenient location. Would be happy to stay here again :)

Adequate size room and enough amenities. Very comfortable bed(firm yet soft feel with no sinking your back or bottom). A stone throw to shopping malls and BTS. Best location to go anywhere! 7-11 in the building!

I had such a comfortable stay here at ibis for four nights. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better for getting to/from the BTS skytrain station. Excellent WiFi too! There is a small 7 Eleven in the lobby which is great for a last minute bottle of water or a quick snack before leaving for the day. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and shops to walk to, and the area felt safe to walk around alone at night. I am very happy to have stayed here and I would come back to this property again if I am back in Bangkok in the future.

Pros: - Decent Room, small but sufficient. Sufficient amendities. - Great Location, right next to the train station - Most staff are friendly and hopeful. Cons: - The breakfast seems a bit pricey. Issue: - On the first night I couldn't slept on the pillow as it was too big and high, it really hurt my neck. I requested for a smaller/softer one, the staff rejected me 3 times before reluctantly giving me a softer one. They said they only have one size fits all pillow. Management Team, please look into that. Thanks

Room size is on the smaller side, but still acceptable. Location is perfect. Walking distance to BTS National Stadium is basically like 1min. Also, there's a 7-11 within the lobby space for all your convenience.

Budget hotel for foreigner at Siam Square. The hotel location is excellent for Bangkok travellers. Start from the hotel, deveral shopping areas are easy to reach as the hotel is near the sky train station. The room is clean standard and compact. Design is fit but not difficult to stay. Breakfast is excellent and staffs are friendly.

Great location. So far first time staying there. Highly recommend to friends who will be going. Convenient access to all big shopping malls thru BTS just mins of walking. Can make frequent trips there. Hotel is clean although small but sufficient cos only for sleeping. Staff superb friendly and helpful. Celebrated my birthday in Bangkok and cherish the memories there!

My husband and I stayed here for our 4D3N trip to Bangkok. I can't recommend this hotel enough! The location is amazing! The National Stadium BTS train station is right outside the hotel, so getting around Bangkok city is a breeze. MBK Centre, Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Siam Paragon are all walking distance from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really good and satisfying. The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely book a stay here again when we come back to Bangkok in the future!

This is my second time staying at Ibis Bangkok Siam. Staff at reception are very friendly and check in process is very fast. Room is clean and spacious. Perfect for a night stay in Bangkok. Thank you Cherry and New for your hospitality!

Great experience staying here. Rooms were clean and had a nice view of Siam. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours earlier than my check-in time. I asked the reception if I could leave my luggage so that I could go out for lunch nearby while waiting for the check-in time. However, the staff were nice to let me check-in early instead as my room was ready. There’s also a 7-Eleven store in the hotel lobby which was very convenient.

** Pet friendly review ** Came to the hotel after a long flight, knowing its a “pet friendly hotel” just to get denied since my dog is over 10kg… Should have been more clear instead of letting me drive in the Bangkok traffics from the airport after an 11 hours flight.

Properly one of the best located hotel with a great price. Since we only sleep and spend a little time in the hotel, we didn't need the hotel to be too luxurious to save money to spend somewhere else. Had good time, no issue. Will most likely book here again.

Greatly located between malls, literally in front of the bts(mrt). 7eleven is right at the lobby, never have to worry of needing water or small bites. Checking in and out was promt. Their staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. There is no washing mashing. Regular laundry takes 2days, and the housekeeping delivered it straight to my wardrobe, which was a pleasant surprise. The room is quite small and hard for big luggage to be placed. However, there were storage under the bed to store the luggage, such a great idea. Bathroom is super small but super clean. Dust in the room is to a minimal to none level(i have dust allergy). Their breakfast area is shared with mercure. Bed was ok, pillow was too high. Kept straining my neck every morning. Wifi was a bit constrained. They will cut it off on the day of your departure (checking out), at 00.00. The concierge is merged also with mercure. They were super helpful. There’s even street food vendor at night(sometimes), their fried chicken is so gooood. Overall this hotel is good. Especially for travelers who love to be in the main city shopping area. Will definitely come back. Hotel score 7.5/10

Worst hotel experience ever. We had to agree that when checking the room description, information of the room was not wrong, but that doesn't mean that the info. provided was detailed or helpful enough. Here’s for more: 1- Inconsiderate room design & allocation: The room across the elevator, when you open the room door, you see strangers outside (waiting for the lift) looking into your room out of curiosity (not guests’ fault though; when you hear sound behind your back, it is reflex to look back) 2- The rooms are tiny (we stayed in 4 rooms), there were no toiletries (no slippers, no toothbrush, no razor - even when requested, they said that it was not available since this was a budget hotel - at about $70/night, no breakfast included, feel like they were calling me cheap, very badly put). There was no luggage rack (beware, this was not clarified in room info.), so we had to tuck our luggage under the bed. Every time we need something out of it, we had to basically crawl on the floor, pull it out from under the bed (or else no space to walk around). We have elders in our group, this was a nuisance and inconvenient at most. 3- Worst part is the bathroom, the tiniest bathroom ever, non-suitable for persons with claustrophobia. The shower area was tiny; you couldn't move freely without touching the doors or the walls. There was a slit of the two doors closed into the shower, making water run all over the floor from the slit. The sink was small, clogged, and dirty. 4- There were no sockets at the bedside tables (rather counters) for phone or any other device chargers, why? This is so inconvenient. All in all, I cannot believe this hotel was run & operated by Accor. We sent them a request for cancelation, they promised to answer within 48 hours, but 4 days later, there still was no response, what a bad customer communication. The staff attitude was mediocre at best. Even though there was smiling faces, but when trouble arose, they did not show any sympathy or trying to be helpful either, just run by the rules. This is not customer service, rather emotionless industrialized process. The only good parts are (1) there was a convenient store on the ground floor (convenient but not vital, there were convenient stores everywhere, easy to find in this tourism area (2) location right next to the BTS (again, not vital – many other hotels arounds the same area which are only 1- or 2-minutes walking to this BTS). We definitely would never stay here again; this has left a bad taste to our trip.

Location is perfect. There’s an ATM below, 7/11 below and directly in front of the national stadium train station. MBK is walking distance, Siam paragon and all is nearby too, a budget friendly hotel with perfect location for small families and all. The highlight for us was the rooms were clean. Best part, our towels were replaced and bedsheets replaced every single day throughout our 7 days stay! Staffs were friendly and everything was great, we did not try food in the hotel as good options are abundant walking distance. It shares the same building as mercure, so quite easy to find. If you’re adventurous like us, it’s quite a walking distance to pratunam and all, will definitely be back to this hotel!

My go to hotel whenever I travel to Bangkok. National Stadium BTS is just right outside the hotel. There's a 7 11 on the ground floor. The rooms are comfy and they let us check in early although we arrived before 11 in the morning. The service is always great and they even sent us complimentary birthday cakes for our birthday! It was such a pleasant surprise. What's even better was during check out, we forgot we had left some food items in the fridge but the housekeeping staff was quick to inform the front desk so we could be informed! Love everything about this hotel.

BTS right infront of the hotel 👍 There is a 7-eleven at the lobby👍 Friendly staffs 👍 But the room is super small, toilet also super small. I will not come back 😅

Room is small. Channel seems to be precorded. Toothbrush not provided. Plus point there is a 711 just below and beside. Jeh O is just 15 mins walk away

The staff especially the reception, and except for the bellboy, are very efficient, helpful and friendly. And staying there for 3 days I engaged with quite a few. The rooms are comfortable, lights a little dim for my taste, but ok. What I love the most is the location and amenities, it is in front of two big shopping malls and has a 7-Eleven attached to it. Food is not too bad but not much Thai cuisine, mainly oriental and western. Overall it was a good stay and I would definitely stay there again.
