It’s nice to be back! I had so many stay at HIS in the last decade and never been disappointed! They always recognize your frequent travel status with excellent service and attention. Min at the front desk is my point of reference in case of need and she’s always the best! Thank you for making my stays perfect!

The service has been exceptional, from housekeeping to front desk. A service mindset and just ensuring everyone has a good stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food at the main restaurant is good, only thing is the buffet menu is repeated for lunch and dinner. The bar has live music most nights and some great cocktails. There's a swimming pool, tennic court, gym etc. The hotel gets busy and they've managed it well. Kudos the the management and team. Thank you for making my stay special.

I stayed here more than 12 times on different occasions n every time I experienced excellent hospitality and attentive service. Rooms are pretty big n comfy. Huge fitness center n swimming pool. The crowd is very decent. Buffet spread is huge. Front desk staff very co-operative n quick for hassle free check in. Specially to mention Supattra and Gig. I highly recommend it to families, business professionals n girl group.sky train, pier,metro, malls, spa, eateries are nearby. I love holiday inn silom

Had a dinner buffet a couple days ago. Various choices of food. The best dish was Thai duck noodle. The soup was perfect. But I preferred adding some chili vinegar. That made my bowl superb!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Had quite a few serious issues in the first few nights of my staff relating to no electricity running in my hotel room & a member of staffs conduct. However, the front desk team and the manager quickly investigated matters and resolved them. Hotel Manager also very apologetic and made issues right. Hotel rooms are very nice and certainly worth the price. Breakfast is brilliant too. Wasn’t a fan of the evening buffet - definitely better to go out for something to eat especially the price wasn’t very good at all for the quality of the buffet food. Pool & ammenties are good. Overall, the hotel was good and would stay again.

Our stay here was amazing! The room was modern and clean with a great bathroom and a super comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was the most diverse we‘ve had in Asia so far, with warm and cold dishes, vegan options and fresh fruit. The location was also great and we would definitely recommend staying here, especially for that price.

Love the room size and layout! However if the aircon isn't blasting cold, an old musky smell appears. Staff are friendly but breakfast needs to be more efficient at assigning and clearing tables. Leave the hotel at the wrong time and you're immediately stuck in traffic. However it seems to be a common theme in bkk

Great hotel, good food, great room and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Miss Muk, Miss Pui and Miss Minnie beautiful lady at reception. Breakfast was really delicious. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel and definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very attentive, detail-oriented and professional. I would to highlight Minnie from the front office team whose level of professionalism and attentiveness was on point. She assisted us with a special request to celebrate a personal occasion. She exceeded our expectations to make all the arrangements from A to Z! Overall the hotel is very clean, modern and located within a excellent area in Bangkok surrounded by plenty of shops, eateries and night life. Highly recommend staying here!!!

Staff are lovely, friendly and efficient. Rooms are very clean, lovely comfy beds but a little.lacking in size and little extras e.g. only two small bottles of water , towels, mugs etc when we were three in a room. Bathroom was great - amazing shower!! Breakfast was fine; nice bread, delicious pastries, overall above average selection and quality. Good location, plenty of parking.

We loved everything! Large, spacious room with 2 large comfortable beds. The food is very good. The food was diverse, tasty, of high quality (fish, seafood, oysters, etc.) and international (pizza, Thai dishes, Japanese dishes, etc.). We had breakfast and dinner. Both were buffets with many options. Good location, central to the hotel, close to the bus station and 5-7 minutes from the river.

This hotel offers you everything you could expect and more! Relatively central to many things, rooms are large and clean and most importantly staff are always there to assist with anything during your stay! Supattra was warm and welcoming upon our arrival as well as being efficient during our check in. Great service! Definitely put this on your list of hotels to stay at during your stay in Bangkok!!

We felt we were staying in a very flash hotel. It was about a 45 minute taxi ride from hotel but a wonderful hotel. It was just a stopover but we enjoyed the hotel so much we didn’t leave. The beds were very comfortable, great pillows, spacious rooms, nice plush towels, robes and a bathtub and shower in the very big bathroom. The buffet style restaurant serves amazing food for different culinary tastes 3 times a day. They offer a wonderful fitness centre with sauna and steam room, great pool. Also very affordable Thai massages that we didn’t get to try but next time. It was our first time to first Thailand and the people we encountered here were quite friendly and helpful. I love all the bowing as a greeting. We look forward to the next time.

The oyster is poorly served. Many broken shells in the oyster.. not open the oyster in proper manner. They serve beef and ham and I ask for mustard. They said No. Take the tomato sauce .. what kind of restaurant ? The salmon quality is very low..The pen fried Thai ( Hoi Tod ) is too oily... Sorry totally not good.. The only good is the Coffee.. For the dessert pen cake although cook ( reheat ) but not hot at all. Just a show.. The waiter servicing still Good ...

We loved everything about this hotel for our family holiday in Bangkok! The customer service was second to none, they are reasonably priced with amazing inclusions. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, the location is perfect in Silom and rooms well appointed. We will definitely come back again ☺️

one of the Worst Hotels to stay, since i had an Evening Flight i had to check in Late, around 22:00. The moment i entered the room i noticed there is was a water leak in the washroom, the room service was in the room within 5 mins of Complaining. i still don't understand how can they give a guest a room without checking it. room service informed me that they will send the maintenance team to fix the issue. however even after waiting for 20 Mins no one came, so i had to make a Call and ask for the update which they informed me that they will check with the team and get back. so had to wait longer , Again no information from the Maintenance team , so one more call had to be made. by then it was already past 23:00. the team fixed the water leak later in the same night. The Doors of the washroom and Cupboards were not working properly as well. Apart from all this, i had ordered Room Dine-in on the same day, till i checked out from the room those were not cleared from the Room even though the room service had come to clean the room. for the entire stay the wall shower was not working and had to adjust with Hand shower

Extending my stay because I've enjoyed this hotel so much. The Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom has turned out to be a great option for me. I had been staying at a hostel previously but decided I needed a room to myself, and so I picked the HI. I am so grateful to the staff (including the manager) for allowing me to check in early. The room I have is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. I like having the mix of firm and soft pillows, too. The hotel pool is a good size, and the staff at the pool/gym are friendly. I have enjoyed my stay so much that I'm extending it.

A very nice hotel for both business and holiday. It's about 40 mins from the suvarnabumi airport in Bangkok. Rooms are very comfortable, beds (even the twin beds) are big and comfortable. The bed linen was really clean. The rooms have an iron and iron board already available, there is a nice spacious table to work on. Soft and comfortable couch, good enough for another person to sleep. Bathrooms are clean and spacious, they have some great toiletries from SOAK. Hotel staff are very courteous as well.. The restaurant is fantastic, great buffet breakfast and good food for lunch. It is a great hotel to stay at.

Our family had a great New Year Eve here. The room is clean with good views, the food are tasty, and all the staffs here are very friendly, especially Mathew. We met some problems and he helps us out, he is so helpful and considerable.Thank you Mathew! We will definitely come back again.

This is our go to hotel in Bangkok. We have been coming to Bangkok for over fifteen years. We found the Holiday Silom about five years ago and have made it our go to hotel ever since. I am not sure it is true but I was told this is the oldest Holiday Inn in Bangkok and this is the reason for the huge rooms. We have tried other Holiday Inns in the city because they were closer to our needs for the trip, but all of the rooms are much smaller by comparison. If it is the oldest, I must comment, it if very well maintained and kept really clean. I have stayed in newer locations and I thought they were not as nice as this hotel. They staff have always been very supportive and helpful. They are attentive and responsive to the needs of the customers. The housekeeping services are excellent and the rooms and common areas have always been very clean. There are very good restaurants in the building. The front desk personnel are so helpful and they speak excellent English. The bell staff/concierge are very good and have been helpful making arrangements. We are recently been in town at least once a month. We have enjoyed out stays here and will be staying again in the near future.

Super friendly, considerate, English speaking service staff. Consistent cleaning an upkeep of rooms. However I would suggest you bring ur own entertainment (eg: Netflix) if ur planning to rest up in ur room like me, coz dey do not have international channels other than news channels. Love da tennis court, pool & gym. Sauna is temp closed. Also if ur not the person who could eat the same breakfast in a row for a month, better opt out of the breakfast buffet inclusion when booking ur room, an order off a la carte maybe, or just walk out of hotel about 50mtrs to a nice street food breakfast experience that happens right next door!
