‼️‼️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ ‼️‼️ DO NOT BELEIVE THE RATINGS!!! The reception staff was RUDE not only to us, but also other guests. Our room wasn't ready on arrival @ 3pm, we had to wait 1 hour. The room WAS NOT cleaned properly - We found HAIR in our bed and bathroom. The beds feels like a wooden board. The carpets feel grimy and smell BAD. Everything is outdated and run down. The halls are dark and smell like mold. Walls are thin, we heard people next door ALL night. They begrudgingly gave us another room after kindly complaining, but this room wasn't any better. THANK GOODNESS we only paid for 1 night. We even paid for 2 breakfast buffets, but checked out as soon as we woke up and skipped breakfast because after reading some reviews, we decided it was the smarter and safest choice. Only saving grace was their location.

the location is great, as it’s near a lot of shopping malls AND the sky train. but everything else about the hotel is lackluster. the food is mediocre and bordering on bad, and the rooms.. they smell so musty. everything about the rooms is just bad. the paint on our wall was cracking, there was mold, the furniture was old and looked dirty.. and that’s not even all. the bathrooms were bad. the bathtub wasn’t extremely dirty, but it wasn’t clean enough for me to want to sit in it, and the shower curtains seemed gross. the sink was tiny. the mirror was literally falling off the wall. our room was in desperate need of renovation. i felt like i was about to be possessed — like it literally looked like it came out of a 90s horror movie. on the bright side, the towels and bedsheets seemed clean enough. my bed covering did have a stain on it, but it was small enough for me to ignore. and the staff were super friendly. tldr; don’t stay here unless you’re planning to spend as little time possible in the hotel room. and even then, i wouldn’t recommend it. i don’t buy that this is a four star hotel. maybe they just haven’t checked up on it in 50 years.

I had an extremely bad experience here. Never thought spending money at a high-end hotel in the heart of Bangkok would be so bad. The room is extremely old and dirty, I feel like they do not clean it before handing the room over to guests. For some reason, there were books from previous guests in the room, no toothbrush, and the toilet was extremely dirty. The corridor is filled with a musty smell. Bad!

Worst hotel with a “4 -star rating” I’ve ever stayed at… the location is right in the middle of all of some luxury hotels but the place is old musty and full of cockroaches even in the “pre wrapped” breakfast they had for us came included with a live cockroach… never again … stay away guys!!!

My last stay at this property was before Covid - all was well; however, I was taken aback by the numerous recent negative reviews here but decided to go ahead since the price fit my budget. While rooms are dated, occupancy is slightly low compared to the nearby hotels - it wasn't as bad as what folks say. I still experienced good service - clean rooms and hospitable staff. The only downside is the property doesn't help you book taxi transfers to the airport, but this isn't a big problem with Apps like Grab, etc. Overall, a pleasant return experience - I will stay at Arnoma again if the price is right.

The hotel's facilities enhance its appeal for business travelers. Well-equipped conference rooms and ambiance cater to productive meeting. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very complete. The location is very strategic, in front of a shopping center. 4 times staying here always feels comfortable. The indoor pool is very comfortable. All staff at the hotel are very friendly. I enjoyed staying here and I recommend to other friends to stay at the Arnoma Bangkok hotel.

Gate open staffs are so friendly and polite, but the front desk not polite and not really welcome at all. The room is too old and bad smell of bed sheet and pillow. Outdated fashion. Breakfast, provide with outdated watermelon as well and no such varieties of breakfast choice. Should have improved at so many points.

This hotel is nice just a bit old as it was long time ago. The decoration style looks attractive. The price something 100$ per night. You have to compulsorily deposit 1000 Thai baht before checking in. This is for each room. Please prepare your Thai baht notes ahead before coming to Bangkok because they only use Thai baht. Thanks

Despite being around for a long time, Arnoma Hotel has changed its interior and adapted well to the COVID pandemic, maintaining a clean and cosy interior. It's also located in between a few BTS stations namely Siam and Chit Lom and I highly recommend it for it's warm customer service and good location.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, being in close proximity to malls and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for those who love to explore and dine out. My stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to Jindaporn, who was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Her warm and welcoming demeanor added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'm grateful for Jindaporn's outstanding service.

This was a poor experience overall. I arrived to find that the room temp was set to 27C and the thermostat did not work. A technician came and messed with the air conditioning compressor before it would run a little cooler. The phones in both rooms did not work so there was no way to contact reception without going there physically. Breakfast was adequate featuring the usual eggs and toast (substandard bread considering they have their own bakery). Water pressure in Room 1902 was dismal. I booked 1901 and 1902. The Tv channels are all locked out save for a plethora of Thai channels, so brush up on your Thai. I recommend watching Thairath since they routine post tiktok videos that are amusing and self-explanatory. The only English channels were two Evangelical ones (I give up). Worse yet, the entire hotel apparently had only 1 iron and ironing board making the rounds and we could barely secure it. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room without an iron. That’s how I rate a good hotel for starters. When I asked housekeeping for the iron, they said it would take all day before we could get it. So if you’re here for work, like me, please expect to turn up to your meetings looking like you’ve been in an accident. Pool is good. Location is good excepting that you will be faced with traffic going in or out because of the fact. You will pay a premium since cab and tuktuks don’t want to be stuck in traffic here. You could easily waste away a half hour every 100m you travel. My first stay here, and also my last. Too many other options around and not enough to bring me back here as a loyal customer. Probs only deserves a 0.5 star for having room doors that lock.

Room is spacious but facilities are running down, velvet covered chair & wooden make-up table got bugs. Service is so so, you book Deluxe room but they dont have Queen Deluxe and...thats it no solution or you degraded to Superior if you want single bed. Only plus is location, right opposite Central World

The good part is only the location. Stayed 4 nights, upon arrival in the room u can smell that it is old and moldy. Beds are hard, pillow way too soft. But its the best coz next to big c. And infront of central world. Love it.🥰 Oh and the staffs are great too. Hopefully u guys can refurnish it abit, just paint the wall and take out the mouldy wallpaper.

Hotel is centrally located next to many shopping malls and station. But rooms are old and run-down too much. Staffs are very nice. I hope the place renovate its rooms. Everything in the room is so old, no electrical outlet available by bedside. Moldy rooms, smelly carpets. I also think they might have bedbugs, too.

The only thing to point out is the hotel's location, adjacent to Big C Rajdamri and walking distance to major shopping centers. The rooms look dated and reeked of mold! The pillows had some yellowish-orange stains and the general appearance of the room just didn't look welcoming. For an alleged 4-star hotel, it's safe to say they had a long way to go to live up to expectations. Breakfast was mediocre at best with limited food options. It alsk took an incredibly long time to restock the food items (we are talking a good 40 minutes). In conclusion, not worth the rates. Granted this is one of the cheaper hotels around Pratunam but you could surely get a better hotel at similar rates.

  • 1/5 Patrick C. 4 years ago on Google
3 malls surrounding the hotel so you don't have to worry about food and shopping. Walk few blocks more and you'll see another mall. Location is very convenient but sometimes it gets noisy due to events outside the hotel. Edit: From 4 stars down to 1. Poor service. We arrived at the airport but our check in bags are nowhere to be found. The hotel bellboy forgot to load it in the bus considering we were on a group tour and all our bags are in one place. We had to rush back to the hotel just to get our bags. Crazy experience but thankful we didn't miss the flight.

Location is just beside big c which is huge plus point. Corridor Carpet has got a foul smell. I remembered this smell since my last stay 10 years ago. Luckily the room doesn’t have smell. Still the same design. Nothing changed for the the rooms. Sheets had stains. Bath tub is yellow, and the shower head is really worn out. Curtains color are dull. The only thing different I think it’s the hotel lobby that looks decent. It’s around $130 a night if I rmb correctly. One of the cheapest one in the area. The staff is fast in helping us to press the lift button. And the lifts are fast.

Mr Chayapol kaewsiri (night manager) is a very professional worker, he is so kind and polite to all customers and we stay there for many years already. The only thing is, your hotel needs to upgrade, the rooms have cockroaches and its very dirty. The facility is very poor and door handles fall down when we unlock doors. My family and I went there in March 2023 and this happened. This November, my family and I went to grande centre point hotel and booked 4 rooms, it was very clean and facilities were clean and good. I hope Arnoma can be upgraded so we can all go stay there again! I also hope that you will ask the manager to reply to me soon! We hope to stay here next year again if upgraded and because we miss Mr Chayapol! Thank you.

This hotel is right in the center. It is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants. It is also very close to the sky train. The staff is very few and very underpaid due to COVID. Despite of that they do what they can to make the guests fell 100% served. The rooms need renovation. Airconditioning in the lobby was not working.

Great location at affordable price. Located just next to Big C shopping mall. Very convenient to have short walk to all the major shopping malls or BTS (Train station). Breakfast variety not spectacular but nothing to complain about. The only thing I'm not satisfied was the shower. It's hard to get the right temperature for the water heater and the area for shower is rather small and tight. Guess it's to make way for the big bath tub.

Great location there is a slight air of faded grandeur about the rooms but comfortable, clean and we'll appointed. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Good value for money.

Arnoma Grand Hotel Bangkok is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Bangkok City. Hotel location is very convenient, a walking distance to almost everywhere - Platinum Mall, Central Mall, Siam Paragon, Four faces Buddha. In addition, Big C supermarkets is right next door to this hotel - great place for shopping local products for tourists to choose from. Easy access to sky walk but need to walk a bit to get to the BTS station.

Hotel is nice but a tad old. Staff are friendly. Location is good. Smack in the middle of the tourist district. Extremely crowded though. On a non smoking floor but the smell of stale cigarette smoke is overwhelming. Couldn't stay in the corridor at all.

The room allocated to us was in quite poor condition and lacked maintenance although cleanliness was generally acceptable. Breakfast provided was ok with limited selection. However the location of the hotel is very good and well connected to major shopping areas via the overhead pedestrian walkway.

The location is undoubtedly perfect in the center of Bangkok near skytrains. The conference room is good size and high standard. However, the lounge area is small (but full with sofas for everyone). The restaurant is quite problematic very small. However, lots of food were prepared , high quality, and yummy.

Good location but rooms badly maintained. Room cleanliness definitely can be better. I had a broken safe that could not be fixed over 5 days. Reception staff can be more friendlier and helpful.

Great location! Very nice stuff. The rooms are a bit old but we liked this hotel. Breakfast doesn’t included, you need to pay extra.

There is a bad smell in the hallways and the room. It smells like a combination of durian, old furniture, and mold. The rooms are extremely old design - looks like from the 90s or 2000s. Overall definitely not worth the price you pay. The selling point is the central location to Big C Supercenter and Central World

  • 2/5 红鼻子 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are quite old and some toilet fitting not working. Unable to adjust the Aircon temp thus feeling very cold at night. Called management but unable to get it right by adjusting the aircon pipe on top. Beds also on roller wheels so when u lie down aft a long day the bed will shift further away from the headboard then ya pillows all dropped into the gap. If not for the location would be choosing other newer hotels nearby. Saving grace is Big C beside so do not need to carry far back to hotel.

For a 4star hotel in pathumnam area it was a really bad choice, beside the great location that is super near to centralworld and big c super mart.hotel vibes is still set in 80-90’s era plus hotel basic necessities was very bare and disappointing. Really need a major renovation on the rooms and bathrooms.look at the pictures and decide yourself on booking this hotel. Room 1 was having yellow water for 2 days and so requested to have our room change. Room 2 water was not yellow each day we turn on the shower but another problem came up. Water will continue to sprout out on both outlet no matter how you switch, was not totally resolved the problem when technician came to tweet the issues. Gave up on the bathrooms issues and just carry on to stay till check out.wont be booking this hotel till they have major renovations.

Highly recommended for those who wish to have a convenient location in the center of Bangkok with many shopping malls around here. The room is OK. Breakfast is good. The car park is not very good but it's not a problem if you go here by Taxi or BTS.

Best 4 star budget hotel in Bangkok. Opposite to Central World Mall. Just take the skywalk to walk across central world mall, SIAM mall, MBK center and few Wats. Has good Indian restaurants nearby.

Check in 4th Sept 2022, out the next day. 3rooms. Location wise, it's superb, very convenient to places of interest eg Pratunam Mall, Big C and Centralworld. Condition of the room - Bed : Hard and feeling itchy when use blanket, not mine alone ,but the other 2rooms too exp the same. Room : dirty and stain all over. 😅 Plug Point, not working 😅 Table lamp, not working 😅 It's the me to upgrade, very very dated.

I've always preferred Arnoma Grand Bangkok when I am Bangkok. It is a good location to acess all other Shopping Malls via the long bridge. The hotel stuff is friendly and the breakfast is warm . The rooms are clean with good toiletries too. 🥰

♦ This hotel used to be good , not great ... But getting worst during covid 19 ..... ♦ Stay here in mid Jan 2022 because close to Big C ...... BIG MISTAKE ...!!!! .... ❌ Hot lobby , warm room locked at 27c .... can't set to 25c , sleep with sweat shirt .... No hot water in bathtub .... ❌ .... No breakfast buffet .... Very slow WiFi .. ❌❌❌ .... STAY AWAY from Arnoma ... ❌❌❌ .... go to Novotel Siam or CP Chidlom for better room ... Great Buffet Breakfast - Fast WiFi ....⭐⭐⭐

🔴 This Arnoma have big advantage because great location next to big C. But poor management that show now when covid-19 come to town. ▪▪▪ No BF Buffet ▪▪▪ No AC in lobby ▪▪▪ No room cleaning everyday ... You should be inform all of this irregular begore hand, the front desk did not say anything when you check in. 🔴 .. Why others hotel have everything ..?... Centre Point , Novotel ..... all have everything for customers. They're all offer lower price too. 💠 Thank You the great staffs that keep up the good works while work for the goofy management. .... ✅

One of the best Bangkok conference room, staff are very nice. They are very attentive. Everything is clean. Food are really really delicious. They put generous amount of Chicken in the wrap. Variety of fresh coffee from machine, made my day. The conference room , hall way have nice fresh air. The bathrooms are also have clean smell.

Good location right beside Big C and Central World for a decent price. However rooms are extremely dated. Old furnishing, old toilet, old stains on bathtub, fridge is not cold. Toilet makes a weird noise afew seconds after flushing or showering.. like a weird long screech (probably old pipes). Kind of sound u hear in horror movies..a bit creepy. Worse still is the lobby which is infected with mosquitos.. yikes. Didnt expect to get bitten by lots of mosquitos in a 4 star hotel lobby. Check in took like 10 minutes, eventhough there was no other people checking in.
