Clean, affordable, walking distance to massage and mall. For a family of 5 we called the hotel direct and got a deal of two adjoining rooms (each with a kitchenette) and 4 king sized beds with comfy mattress Some friendly and helpful staff although many rules that don’t make sense to me. Pool clean with nice slide for kids (good for 4 year old who can swim) Kids club is a play area inside closes at 8pm can’t leave kids alone. Booked conference room but was told if I stayed any longer than an hour (told on the hour) I would be charged 3000 THB

Just checked in the afternoon for a night's stay. While opening up my laptop to work in the room, a male staff opened my room door without any knocking which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. He mentioned that he thought the room was vacant, but I had already checked in at the reception almost an hour before that and the hotel system should have notified him of that. Just made the complaint with the lady at the reception. Edit: After making the complaint at the reception, shortly after the Head Of Housekeeping together with the guy came to apologize sincerely at my room, saying it was a mistake on the hotel part for not syncing up properly. The guy who came in thought the room was not occupied. They were both sincerely apologetic and promised for this to not happen again. I hope the hotel will improve on their internal communication going forward and at least knock before opening any guest's room.

This is the second time I'm staying here. First was a bliss, second was horrendous! I stayed in room 1206 thistime and the room was old, dusty, clogged toilet bowl and uneven floor tiles that has the 'cracking sound' when we were walking. Also, the door looks like it's going to collapse anytime! The hinge is so rusty and dirty. We caught lots of spiders in the room too! To add on, this room is smaller and older than the one that I've stayed before. The waiting time for the elevators were extremely long in the mornings especially 930am to 1030am! Be prepared to wait! Not to mention, soundproofing is very bad too! As it faces the main road, I can hear motorcycles, police cars and ambulance every night! From late night to wee hours in the morning! Not suitable for light sleepers! Please stay away from room 1206! Will consider other options in future! The reason I gave two stars was because of the friendliness of the staff otherwise I'll only give one star. Their rooms seriously need an upgrade and I'm deeply appalled by it's cleanliness and slow service by the housekeeping.

Good location, in the midst of good massage and amenities. But hotel is old and seriously need an big big upgrade. Waiting time for lift is horrendous. The rooms are big with big beds. But furnitures are very old though. Breakfast is lousy, don't bother with it as any take away food from the 7-11 are better.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The room is very spacious and clean. They even provided an umbrella, refrigerator, & microwave, how thoughtful 🫶 and all the facilities went really well. We really love the toilet, its seat was so warm and comfy HAHA all the amenities were complete and we can refill them every single day. They gave us 6 bottles of mineral water everyday. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Its location is really strategic. It is surrounded by massage shops, street food and 7 11. The lift was quite fast and spacious. Their sound proof is also quite good. We will stay at this hotel next time we come to bangkok. WORTH EVERY PENNY WE ARE SO SATISFIED LOVE IT 🤎

Hotel Staff was professional and courteous from check in to check out. Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were well stocked. Everything was in excellent working condition. Swimming pool was clean. Lobby was also spacious and clean with a lot of seating area. All elevators were working with no issues. Self service laundromat was also good and detergent was provided. Free coffee and drinks at the lobby all day. Major shopping areas, food (7-11 next door) and public transportation are easily accessible. My only concern about the hotel was that the small entrance to the street was always open and didn’t need a key card so it is not secured. My family had a pleasant stay. We would have booked again for another day if they weren’t fully booked that day. We hope to stay here next time we come back to Bangkok!

Highly recommended for those visiting Bangkok for the first time and want to do some shopping and try Thai massage. I had an excellent stay. The staff were very generous with replacing towels and bedsheets everyday. If you didn’t book the room with breakfast beforehand, you can pay 500 baht and enjoy their breakfast buffet with a large variety. There is a coin-operated washer on one of the service floors. Many small restaurants, street hawkers and a 7-Eleven around. The hotel is literally located in a street with massage centers lined up, left and right. Just a few minutes walk to money exchange and all the major shopping malls of Bangkok.

We got room #611 for our first night. Apparently out of 4 plug only 1 can be use for charging phone via travel adaptor 🥴 and hopefully tv program can have more language option for kids in the near future. B/fast variety was good, there is salad & fruit counter, porridge, western and local selection. Transport was easily available and massage just right below the hotel with 7-11 beside and just a walking distance to platinum mall.

Huge rooms! Recently renovated and Bath rub was removed. Very clean and all amenities works fine. Hair dryer, upright fridge, microwave, water boiler, all available. Price is good. Service is what you would expect from a 5 star. Close to Platinum Mall and Pratunum market. Lots of massage salon right outside the hotel. Highly Recommended!

Amazing location, accessible to malls. Room is spacious & they have laundrette service (self service)!! Quite perfect except that sound proofing of room is not good. Can hear the cars clearly from room.

Always applauded by the great service of the staff. The renovated rooms looks great and comfy place to stay in. However, the toilet design was a bit off on the part where water will flow out of the glass doors and make the floor very wet. The daily room clean up service was slower than the past, not sure why. Overall, a great and comfortable stay. Great location too.

Amazing location! Lovely attentive staff, the hot water stopped working but the hotel were quick to have it sorted out the same day! Rooms were very spacious. Kept nice and clean throughout. Large bathroom with only shower facility. Beds were very firm and took a little getting used to, the lifts were a pain especially if your caught out on the floor for swimming and want to get back to your room quickly! Would definetly return here!!

Room is spacious for 4 adults and clean. Convenient to move around by walk. Near to shopping area. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Walking distance to halal restaurant for Muslim visitors. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping staff was helpful and professional. Room is looking outdated and furniture worn. Some new painting and refitting will really help freshen up the room. The welcome tea is a nice touch. Enquired about transport to airport and check-out staff was not very knowledgeable. I expect the staff to be able to advise us on the taxi fare range to the airport so we know we are not overpaying. Despite us repeatedly asking what is the approximate reasonable range for the taxi fare, we were only told to discuss it with the taxi driver.

I love this hotel because it has a balcony and good view of Bangkok surrounded by many affordable massage parlor. I love the breakfast since not much pork served. Spacious room and a very practical hotel to stay. You won't regret to pay for the room.

Room was spacious, fridge is clean, oven working fine, TV lots of channel, bed was comfy. Very happy to get connecting room, which is convenient for family stay. Wall USB ports, 4 out of 2 was no function. Room was good, but my room 2315 hot water was malfunction 2 times in 6 days stay, hope you can fix it right. Only 3 lifts include service lift, and small. When peak season or time, you have to keep for your turn. Housekeeping is good but if you can mop the floor, then will be the best. Suggestion: Found out nearby hotel which provide buggy ride can travel to some nearby mall/place/main road. Maybe you can have this service as well, even though walking distance to other malls is 10-15min walk. But with buggy ride we can save some money, time, and energy.

good location, big rooms but the hotel is old & outdated, but the necessities are there. counter service is so-so, but their bell boys are extremely friendly & helpful. the location is the hotel is very good though, few steps to a row of massage parlours, & short walk to a huge 7-eleven.

The hotel staff is excellent there is a pool, breakfast is marvelous and its situation is perfect. Room cleaning is regular and very good too. No fault anywhere..perhaps pool closes too early at 10pm.

the hotel is a bit rundown, seriously need to consider refurbish the beds are comfortable, can provide more pillows for quadruple room. the bathtub is too dangerous for those more than 65 year old, pls consider creating a rain shower compartment the morning breakfast could be better, the noodle and soup is not ready when is open to serve.

Big rooms but rather dated and worn. Feel more like a spacious 3 star. I like the lobby chrysanthemum tea and the bathtub though. And so many good massage places next to it. But I think I'll stay nearer to a mall next time!

We really enjoyed our stay here. In the twin bed room, there are two king size beds and all other facilities including a kitchenette. Good staff, quick check in and check out. Absolutely no tension. We faced only one problem. We had ordered something on COD basis. We were away when the courier fellow arrived. He wanted cash 50 Bahts. We tried to make payment online but couldn't do. We repeatedly requested the reception to pay him 50 Bahts and adjust against our deposit of 2000 Bahts. But she refused.
