We had a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok in a spacious king deluxe suite. The personal concierge helped us arrange convenient services like fast track and limousine service, making our arrival seamless. With fast track, we bypassed the long immigration line in just 5 minutes. The in-room check-in was swift, accompanied by a refreshing coconut and lemon tart. The room was lovely, with Aesop toiletries that pleased me as a fan of the brand. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with our bags and taxi arrangements. The only minor inconvenience was the check-out process in the lobby, which involved a longer wait. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a luxuriously modern hotel. If we return to Bangkok, Waldorf Astoria would be our top choice.

Amazing hotel!! From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the staff was extremely welcoming and respectful. Our concierge Ron was the best concierge we’ve had in a hotel ( and we’ve been in quite a few). He was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel facilities are also great, the room was very well equipped and luxurious but not ostentatious. The breakfast was on another level. It’s a fine dining worthy restaurant from the delicious mango to the caviar eggs Benedict and the gourmand smoothies! The room service food is also exceptional, I highly recommend the pad Thai and the mango sticky rice. I highly recommend this hotel and hope you’re lucky enough to have Mr. Ron assist you. We’ll be back soon.

From the moment we got here, we felt fully relaxed and calm throughout our stay. The staff here is exceptional from whisking our bags away to our room, to the concierge walking us up to reception to check in, to the nice purple refreshing drink to keep us hydrated while waiting for the room and finally being escorted to our upgraded room as a thank you for being a diamond member. Regardless of our Hilton status, we were treated with great care with the staff having a crazy level of attention of detail. It’s the little things that count like having extra water after seeing we were low for the next turndown service (Bangkok was hot!), asking if we needed a car (for the day and airport), and even having our breakfast suggestions from the day before. The bacon is perhaps the best bacon I have ever had so whoever made it, thank you! Room service was awesome! And on the last day, we went to the spa. Go for it. We got the Waldorf massage for both of us and my girlfriend is still talking about it. Great weekend! Awesome stay! Will be back in the future! Thank you 🙏

I have nothing else but great things to say about this hotel. The service was excellent. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful view. Love the pool view. Will definitely come back again and again. Everything was close. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Great variety of food and super delicious. The egg benedict was my favorite. Everything was made to perfection!

My first time being in Thailand and my wife picked this hotel for us and friends. A lovely place. First time ever seeing ice cream as a choice for breakfast. V high quality food and service. V civilised place and I appreciated their sense of humour (see the second part of the reminder inside our room)

Had a fantastic stay here. I was upgraded to a deluxe suite as a diamond member. Service in the hotel is one of the best where every staff is always ready to assist! Breakfast is also the best in Thailand as the food and drinks are of high quality. Gym is of good size and the sauna and steam is amazing. Love to return again soon!

The hotel was booked through my Amex portal so got my room upgraded along with some additional perks. The room upgrade definitely added to the Waldorf experience. Fantastic views of the nearby golf course from my room through nice big windows whose drapes and curtains were open & closed via bedside console. The bathroom was spacious with dual mirrors and sinks. Japanese hi-tech smart toilet, bathroom blind was also controlled electronically, nice big tub and the shower water pressure felt like a waterfall! Visited the sky bar for a few drinks and while the views and drinks were great, the wait times needs be improved. I was a bit annoyed by how long it took to get my drinks each time. Really enjoyed my stay overall with my only minor gripes being the pool water temp being too cold and the sky bar drinks wait times. The Staff’s service were impeccable all across the board.

What can I say. Easily the best hotel experience I had so far overall. We stayed for two nights and got an upgrade without asking. The quality of everything is of the charts. The bed, the bath robe, the food, the level of detail, everything was perfect. If you have the chance you should visit the breakfast, best one I had ❤. Words can't describe the pleasure you will find here. Big pool on the roof. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back. Thank you so much for making this special.

We stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was spectacular, you mus try it (several stations with a wide variety of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and plenty of Thai dishes). The room was comfortable and spacious, also the gym was good enough for hotel workout. The pool was nice and has a good view. The service was really helpful and friendly. Check the roof top bar and the restaurant located in the first floor. Good drinks and delicious food !

Traveling for over 30 years worldwide, only a very small number of hotels stand out as the best. I had the opportunity to stay at the Waldorf for about 3 weeks in July '22. Enough time to really know what type of a hotel it would be. It was exceptional. I'd have a hard time finding a better hotel in the world that takes care of their customers as well as Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. The room was very comfortable and well maintained throughout the stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, safe and easy to navigate Bangkok with its walking distance to the train system as well as multiple high end shopping malls. I also had the opportunity to use their gym, spa and pool area daily. All were exceptional. The restaurant for breakfast was also the gold standard for quality and service. The selections are plenty, quality of food superb, but the customer service was over the top. The team at Waldorf are the best in the industry. I’ve never been to a hotel anywhere where I felt as taken care of as I did at this hotel. It was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely welcome the opportunity to stay there again in the future. A couple of tips: 1. The hotel has a wonderful Car Service to and from the airport you can schedule. Email the hotel to have this setup in advance. 2. There is an Uber type car service in Bangkok called "Grab" (highly recommend). Each morning the downstairs lobby hotel staff made sure the car was there before we stepped out, so we could relax in the lobby while we waited. 3. There is an ATM at the hotel for your convenience. 4. Email the hotel in advance if you have any special requests. I had a few and the hotel was able to accommodate my requests which made the stay a more comfortable one.

Location, hospitality, design all top notch and not a single detail left unturned. Stayed here for 4 days in adjoining rooms. Great property in prime location, walkable to two major station and great shopping and food. The hotel design is stunning, ornate yet understated luxury at every turn. I loved all the details in the french oak throughout. The staff was all so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was amazing! Such good food while being really relaxed. Highly recommend for a fantastic experience that isn’t stuffy but very luxurious.

Coming for the quote "the best hotel breakfast in Bangkok" but received more than I was expected. Having the best time stay here for two day one night with mindful and prompt service. Giving credit to all the staff here since Valet service, front, pool and fitness staff, and the Brasseries crew. The Waldorf Astoria Bangkok is truly one of the finest hotels I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. The service is absolutely superb, the interior design and rooms are stunning, the sophisticated rooftop bar’s ambience and views are fabulous as are the bartenders. I simply can’t say enough about every member of the staff- everyone who works at this hotel is kind, friendly, professional and helpful from the reception to the concierge to the doormen to the spa staff. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. I will always stay here whenever I’m in Bangkok.

It's such a wonderful hotel in the center of Bangkok. Hotel staffs are so polite and have high hospitality and very helpful. I do love this hotel and also very nice breakfast. But during this covid 19 situation so we can't pick up our meal by ourselves so it's still many food that we would like to try such as some congee and eat with Chinese bun also some Thai spicy food and some soft roll bread,etc. 😔 It's just Alecarte buffet. Room also clean and functional room. Perfect in everything.

I'm very please with my 4-night stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. The hotel is beautifully decorated. My room was spacious and very comfortable, with lots of modern amenities and reflect the hotel's attention to detail. The rooftop bar has a good view. I enjoyed the food I ordered from room service. The location is also excellent! Half a block from the Chitlom station, easy walk to Siam Central and skywalk.

We enjoyed our stay. We were greeted and escorted to the upper level to the reception. We had a welcome drink (blue pea flower tea) which was very refreshing and the escorted to our room. Because we were celebrating an anniversary, they had a tart for us. The suite was amazing. There was a large circular bathtub and an open shower which was a bit annoying because it made everything wet. They did have slippers with grip for us. They came very quickly to help with any technical difficulties we had. It was in a great location. Close to a train station and malls

We came here for afternoon tea in Peacock Alley & it was fabulous. The room was high up with a great view of the golf course & high rises. Service was very attentive. We go to tea in various places pretty often so we were excited to try it here. It was so well done, each item was incredibly crafted & presented perfectly. We loved our tea choices & my blue green tea was pretty. We would definitely recommend coming here, we left full & it's a nice relaxing way to spend a few hours.

Stayed here for 2 nights in December 2022 and loved every minute of it. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and they made us feel welcome for the duration of our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing and the food options were equally satisfying (the breakfast buffet alone is something that experience at least once). Would 100% stay again!

Pros: Not many guests - the hotel capacity itself isn't much. You can see it from the diner sittings. This means shared areas are not overcrowded, which is probably the best thing about the hotel. Great service - two housekeeping per day and friendly staff. Nice view from the breakfast diner - almost all seating are window facing so you can enjoy the view Cons: Inconvenient location - The closest shop is the central one, which is more like a brand boutique shop. Typical things you'd expect from trips like nice local food and beer, laundry, etc. all hard to come by and need to be arranged remotely, which costs more time and $. It is also next to a major intersection with massive traffic jams. Sometimes, I had to spend 10 minutes for a u-turn in front of the hotel. No executive lounge - the hotel doesn't have EL if that's what you enjoy from Hilton portfolio. FYI, DoubleTree down the road offers unlimited nibbles and Chang draft. Meh Hilton Diamond benefit - SPA credit 1,000 bhat & food credit 500 bhat provided instead of EL access. Sounds like a good deal? Let me tell you that the hotel spa charges 10,000 bhat for 2 hours massage 🫠 FYI: 'normal' massage joint price ranging between 300-1000/h Breakfast food - it's a bit of hit and miss. Overly westernised food is something expected, but due to the hotel capacity and seating setup, the variety isn't great. So it really depends on the day as the food menu changes on a daily basis. This wasn't a bad experience overall but not quite hitting the WIR mark. Also worth note, the soundproof is bad. You can hear people talking from the hallway, so it makes sense the hotel turned off the lift ding.

I had the Thailand Management Association International Conference 2023 at Waldorf Astoria, Bangkok, Thailand in Hilton Hotel Group with My Hilton Honour Membership Privileges. The hotel decoration is luxury, sophisticated theme and well material. The conference event venue is good. The service is good by average standard service well train. Foods and Drinks are nice taste and great in fresh raw materials and portion size. For single lady like me who love the take a photo and explore new nice place. I really love to recommend you to visit 'Peacock Alley' at UL Floor for Afternoon Tea and Coffee where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of Bangkok from Sky with good service staffs at here 'Peacock Alley'. The decor is elegant and refined, made with lots of marble. The view, especially of the park, is just incredible and soothing. It changes traditional skylines. Everything about this property feels premium and worthy of the Waldorf Astoria name. The material usage is something I'm especially fond of as is the usage of technology in the room. It's very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is extremely large. The view we got was stunning as well. There really was nothing better than to walk into the comfortable room after a long, very hot day of walking around in Bangkok. The location is great with most of the malls and shopping areas are walking distance away. Highly recommend the Jim Thompson House Museum that is a short distance away. All other places you'd want to visit is easily accessibly by the Skytrain or by cab. The service at the hotel is exceptional too. They got in touch with us well before the flight to help us plan our transfer. Piano welcomed us to our hotel and the room and was great help. All the staff at the hotel are super friendly and welcoming and we can't say enough good things about them. From the housekeeping to the check out, everything flowed efficiently and was a breeze. The fitness centre is small but mighty. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. We didn't get the opportunity to use the spa services but we did interact with the staff and would love to get a massage there soon. The pool is a great place to relax and have a couple of nice drinks. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had and I'd go out of my way to have the buffet here. Extremely well organized too considering how busy the hotel can get. We also dined at The Bull and Bear and it's one of the better Steak Houses in the city. The ambience and view is exceptional and the cuts available are second to none. The service, as with everywhere else at Waldorf Astoria, Bangkok, is perfect. The Waldorf Astoria Bangkok may just have become our go-to hotel anytime we're in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Pros: Best breakfast ever. The variety might not be the most, but the flavors and qualities are impressive. Friendly staff caring for details. Nice location, at the heart of Bangkok. But this also means transportation is a headache. Cons: Hotel rooms are all on lower floors of the building, views are mediocre. Failed to upgrade to suite for Diamond even though we have 3 people, but understandable given the holiday season. Even for regular room, it’s not ready until 5pm! The hot water supply is very unstable, can’t believe it happened at a super 5-star hotel… The construction site on the park view side is really a minus. But understandable. So overall, I’ll give 4 star. May come stay again during some off season, for the breakfast.

We booked this hotel looking for a five star experience and amazing pool and that’s exactly what we got. The staff were over-the-top helpful. We had a couple of serious problems, including a malfunctioning CPAP machine and they worked all day to figure out how to fix the problem that’s in addition to all of the regular help with reservations, taxi cabs, and tour information. As many people say, the breakfast is better than anything I’ve seen in the US but mostly the reason this hotel is so high quality is the people who work there. The room was beautiful, the common spaces stylish and quiet and of course the pool didn’t disappoint. We especially enjoyed the lounge and restaurant on the 56th floor. There are now several five star hotels in Bangkok without question we would stay here again. !

My experience began as a last-minute same-hour booking due to a flight cancellation. After ten exhausting and disappointing hours at the airport, the Waldorf Astoria was a delightful reprieve - on American Thanksgiving nonetheless. Stunning views and highly sophisticated decor paired with high ceilings and exceptional service made this night a pleasure and really turned it all around. Definitely recommend checking out their on-site dining options if you're able, paired with a quick dip in their impressive (albeit relatively small) infinity pool - both of which will make lasting photos. After a month exploring five-star options in SEA, I must say that this WA location excels in tasteful decor, beautiful common spaces, and although bedrooms were on the smaller side, the washroom and closet spaces more than made up for it. Small details matter, too: safety was high on their list, with security checks for all vehicles and guests, branded Aesop soap was a nice touch, and welcome chocolates were appropriately sweet. While this hotel was not on my original itinerary, I plan on coming back in the future with better planning and happier conditions.

New and modern (opened 30 Aug 2023), with a great location near the Ratchaprasong Intersection - what's not to love? Everything lived up to expectations. The room and bathroom was spacious, very well-designed, with beautiful interiors. Only 1 small gripe: The bed covers are too thick, not very suitable for a tropical climate. I had to ask for the room air-conditioner to be set lower (it was pre-set to a limit of something like 21 degrees).

Had a great staycation at Waldorf. Luxurious hotel in the middle of downtown/ central Bangkok. Room is a bit small but luxurious. Excellent friendly service from all staffs. Swimming pool at top floor offers amazing view, and there’s gym, sauna, and steam room up there as well. The breakfast was amazing as well.

It was a very nice restaurant and good food and good services, however, the air exhaust system at the grill kitchen was not good so smoke and fume came to the dining area and made the atmosphere not so good. It needs to be improved. Regards Howard

My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay!! I don’t know how anyone could give this hotel less than 5 stars. The service and staff were impeccable. The food was very good, especially breakfast. Maseng was our personal concierge and was very helpful and kind. They even brought us several treats for our anniversary. The only bummer is we visited during the Thai holiday and could not enjoy the rooftop bar (restaurants and bars were not allowed to service alcohol) but the pool was beautiful. Can’t wait to come back.

Truly unforgettable stay, Ultra luxury hotel I stayed in King Deluxe suite on the 10th level for 1 night. This is one of the places that I’ve dreamed to visit for a long time. Room: King Deluxe suite are luxurious decorated with deep mineral blue and mustard gold. The room has a seating area with sofa, sleeping area, dinning table, walk in closet, and personal bar with coffee/tea maker. The elegant bathroom includes an open wet-area separate shower, large bathtub with bathroom television and automatic toilet bowl. I really like bathrobe here because it is very warm and soft. There are two coconuts in minibar as a complimentary to guests. Most importantly, the lighting, curtains, and room temperature can be controlled from the touch screen beside the bed. Pool: The swimming pool has a stunning, captivated, spectacular view and unique design. It's a perfect spot for taking pictures of Bangkok's view especially sunset time. The pool attendant service are excellent level, service mind and active. Spa: I was selected the 90-minute Waldorf Astoria Signature Treatment course. It was a fantastic opportunity for me. I was greeted warmly by receptionist, who were served hot tea and inquired about health information. The therapists are highly skilled, be aware of what I'm looking for and polite. I highly recommend Waldorf Astoria Signature Treatment course. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was the highlight of stay and served at the Brasserie restaurant. The breakfast here is as famous as I've heard. The ingredients are good quality, and the food is diverse even on weekdays. Unfortunately, I can't eat much in the morning. lol Front room restaurant: This restaurant offers a menu of authentic home-style Thai cuisine. I ordered a 3-course set which consisted of Chive Cracker (Amuse bouche), Ruammit yand & Miang Pal Haeng (To Start), Pla Hoy Shell & Moo Thod Mha-Kwaen (Main Course), and Ma-Phrao Cheesecake (Dessert). These dishes taste authentic Thai and very delicious. If there’s a chance, I would like to come back and order the a la carte menu. General service: I can say with confidence that every section of the hotel service is at the top rank of my hotel stay experience. Perfectly. Overview: The hotel and rooms are elegant, luxurious, and modern. Breakfast is made using high-quality ingredients and tastes delicious. Impressive and unforgettable service. Spectacular pool view. I highly recommend this place, and you will be captivated.

I had a wonderful stay at WA Bangkok! The service was top notched, room was very spacious, super clean and well maintained. I received a fresh coconut juice in the fridge as welcome amenity and I very much enjoyed it. I like the fact it has bidet toilet, which is rarely seen in other luxury hotels in Bangkok. I also like the mattress which was very comfy, I had a quite good sleep. The afternoon tea was impressive, a variety of desserts to enjoy at a time. Can’t recommend more to visitors whom wants to try luxury hotels.

Amazing stay over the new year weekend. We really liked our room with park view and the bathroom was stunning. The pool had a wonderful view and we had some good cocktails there and at the cocktail bar on the 56th floor. Great breakfast selection. Service was attentive. Our new favourite hotel!

Lovely service and nice ambiance! The service staff is very attentive but, We waited 20 minutes for the spa which we reserved many days before. It could be better if they come up with something more helpful in that situation instead of sitting there and waiting.

Love staying at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. The service is one of best in Bangkok. The wifi internet is super fast. Breakfast is fantastic. We will definitely come back.

Overall the stay was very lovely. Location was great and just a few mins walk to the sky train. One bedroom suite is very spacious with a pleasant view. Breakfast was variety and of course staff is very attentive. Recommended to stay here!

Highly recommended!!! Super nice modern building and hotel with perfect service and everything u expect in a 5 star plus hotel! Lover the nice card we received when booking a cab. It had all the instructions for the cab driver to bring us back home ( in English and Thai!)

Amazing views and a special experience. The Waldorf is known for luxury and they did not disappoint. The rooms are immaculate with amazing amenities including bidet toilet seats, powered blinds, TVs built into the bathroom mirrors and luxurious stone and wood work throughout. They also went out of their way to make our honeymoon special with a custom happy honeymoon pastry left in our room which was amazing after an almost 30 hour travel day from the United States. Of special note is the breakfast buffet at the Brasserie. The Thai eggs and truffle eggs were both to die for and the service was amazing especially the restaurant manager who checked on us every morning and had great recommendations not only for Bangkok but Chiang Mai as well.

The food and the pool were excellent. The staff should have been trained better, since many of them were ignorant. The hotel should have warned the guests before making reservation that the Astoria Suite doesn't have quite nice view now due to the construction site.

8 nights stay here I got the BEST hotel service among this price range. They always read your mind and serve before you even ask for. They will make sure you will be satisfied during your stay. Personally, I don’t really quite like the interior design much but their services win my heart. The breakfast is amazingly high quality serves from 6:30-11:00am.( 6:30am.-12:00pm. on the weekend ) Regardless, I will definitely come back here again.

The Bangkok Waldorf Astoria is simply amazing. The rooms are incredible- automatic shades, Japanese style toilets, and probably the best mini bar on earth. I received fresh coconuts in the fridge each day! The roof top bar is also worth a visit. The staff is wonderful at all touch points. Looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic hotel in all areas… staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food, room service and breakfast are delicious with some great options. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and organized. Only down side is there’s no executive lounge, regardless I’d recommend every time.

If you want first-class treatment and modern luxury rooms, this is your hotel! The in-room amenities (and perks) were awesome. I absolutely loved using my phone as my remote room key. The pampering at the spa was amazing. The 56th floor bar has the most friendly, attentive staff - and the most breathtaking views of Bangkok. Breakfast was excellent. In-room dining was excellent. Food at bar was also excellent. Conveniently located to many shopping areas, shopping districts (Bangkok has tons of them), restaurants, banks, ATMs and taxis are always easy to hail. I will stay here every time I am in Bangkok!

I like the amenities. Room size is good, and floor flan in the room is excellent. Beautiful design with all the details taking good care. Breakfast is one of the best in Bangkok among all the 5 starts hotels that I have stayed. Service is excellent. My first stay, and definitely coming back again.

Had a fantastic stay, the golf court view is absolutely gorgeous!!! The room decoration is wooden and minimalistic style. Swimming pool design is out of the world, I really love it.

I love this place!! Waldorf Astoria hotel is one of my dream hotel. When I visit here, everything was amazing experiences. I visit my husband and he said it is good for working as well. And we very excited for breakfast. I couldn’t complete all foods because so many choices here and delicious. When we visit Bangkok again, I will choose here! Thanks a lot!

I wish they have in-room balcony and smart TV for freedom of media choice but very nice room amenities, in-room dining, and very polite and attentive staffs. Definitely 5-star experience :)

The staff provided attentive service which make stay really pleasant even some limitation under pandemic. The hotel decoration itself also really beautiful and relaxing.
