Overall 5 star. thanks Cho ta for making my stay great at the Caroline Astor suite facing the golf course. Breakfast was awesome. Staff was attentive and food standards were really high. Juices were freshly squeezed. Chicken rice, roast pork and more called the special weekend menu were served too. Moreover, the suite and room were really nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The bathtub was the best - large, clean and luxurious. However, there are rooms for improvement. Firstly, concierge service was not well run as they did not return or answer calls and did not follow up. Secondly, butler service need to be better. Did not really explain the room at the beginning. Thirdly, the St. Regis bar should have better service for elite members. Please replenish the finger snacks and ask if we need water.

An average stay - Nothing special left in my memory. Pros: Room was upgraded to suite and I appreciated St Regis made the effort to make this happen while they have other late check out guest. Lobby bar has great vibes and views. Cons: The building needs to be renovated to be in line with other St Regis in other regions. There are some unexpected cleaning issue happened during my stay, the staff managed it quickly but it can be solved more smartly and at better timing. Breakfast can be better too compared with other similar level hotels.

If there was a hotel stay that could be considered perfect, St Regis Bangkok gave me an experience that is about as close as perfect. The service was extraordinary. The team at St Regis Bangkok responded to any requests promptly and quickly arranged outings for us. Their attention to detail is amazing. They always provided a bucket of ice during turn down service, and placed slippers on the side of the bed. The staff even assisted us in bringing our shopping bags to the room. Food and beverage in this hotel was also of an excellent quality. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the service at this hotel. Kudos to the team!

Staying this hotel has completed my holiday. The hotel is very modern, stylish, clean and convenient which is connected to Sky Train Station where you can go places so easily. All staffs are very polite ,friendly and helpful which made me feel like home. The room is very modern and spacious where you can see beautiful view of Bangkok. Foods were very lovely and fresh with reasonable price for five stars hotel . I would say this is the best hotel that I ever stayed in my life..Thank you all the staffs especially MR. ATIPOL , The Concierge manager who looked after me everything. Bless him

*THIS IS A REVIEW STRICTLY FOR AFTERNOON TEA* We came here for an upscale afternoon tea experience and even called ahead to reserve a table. Once we got there, we entered their drawing room and got sat at a table in the middle of the room. When we asked to move closer to the window, we were told they were full when there was clearly only 2 other tables of people. Maybe the tables were already reserved but we were there for 2 hours and the tables stayed empty. It seemed like the parties that walked in with NO RESERVATION were able to sit ANYWHERE they wanted. I also thought it was very inconsiderate that if only ONE guest wanted the shades to come down, then everyone in the room lost the view of their big open windows which is not fair. We also had to wait for the other tables to all order food for everyone to get their tea set even though we all arrived and ordered at different times. The place seemed very disorganized and the food did not make up for the lack of experience. We also had to ask for cream for our tea which you would think come automatically. It’s basically afternoon tea at a bar, so you really lose that experience. VERY DISAPPOINTED, and do not be fooled by their nice pictures like we were. Go to the oriental hotel instead as they have a dedicated romantic lounge for high tea without staff being trained behind you as they make cocktails.

Hugely disappointed after a two night stay after a wonderful holiday in Thailand. The property is as you would expect from a St Regis, luxurious and classy - well located and relatively sophisticated. But we had a very disappointing experience - no club access (replaced by a service where you dial a butler for free coffee etc.), limited overall facilities (restaurants but one bar), and also we had a major mix up being overcharged for drinks. It does feel that the hotel expects customers to simply be happy to be in a St Regis, rather than offer a top tier service and customer experience to match the top tier price. I have stayed in considerably cheaper and better hotels in the area - and will probably revert to them in the future, despite my preference being Bonvoy.

Stayed here for 2 nights and thought the hotel was excellent. Rooms were spacious and luxurious, with floor to ceiling glass windows, very comfortable bedding, a great bathtub and glass enclosed shower. Staff was friendly and helpful; we had them help us book dinner reservations and they went out of their way to assist. Rooftop terrace pool area was beautiful. Gym facilities were nice too. Location is good, right across from the train and easy to hail down a taxi (though expect heavy traffic).

I had a pleasure to stay here for 4 nights. I love the smell of scent in the lobby area. It's very comforting. The food served on breakfast was really good. The staff was very attentive. Check-in and check out were quick and easy. The concierge was very helpful. Everything was good for me. Definitely would come again. Thank you, St Regis, for the 5 star service and experience.

Gigi in reservations is a gem, extremely helpful after a 20-hour flight we felt at home and well taken care of! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, healthy, and delicious. The concierge team is knowledgeable and helpful. We would stay here again and again!

I was satisfied in every aspect, and all the staff made us happy. Especially, the staff at the check-in counter was very friendly. I'm really grateful to Nita for taking care of my family so attentively from check-in to check-out. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was also very friendly. Bas always greeted us with a smile and in particular, remembered and served our coffee just the way we liked it every day. The food was delicious, (especially french toast was fantastic!!) and the fact that they brought the ordered dishes to our table made dining comfortable and enjoyable. All the time I spent there has left me with wonderful memories.

Happy stay here. The room is clean and very welcoming. Private checking on 12 flr. I love the small of the hotel, from elevator along the hall way to the room. The view is nice, I stayed in the room with city view but still see some part of the horse ring stadium. Facilities in hotel are superb! The gym is clean and has many equipments to work out. The swimming pool is beautiful facing the view of the horse ring race stadium. You can see sunset from there. Although the swimming is small but it’s not too pack. Breakfast is amazing. I love the juice station. Fresh coconut juice, cold pressed juice and fruit juices. Big kitchen for Noodles and egg station. Small corner for Indian choice. Big station for the fresh fruits. Staffs are excellent! Even the housemaid is very helpful and great service. Couldn’t be more happier.

Exquisite service from arrival to departure, with no exceptions. Picked up from the airport by the St Regis staff in their own vehicle made it a seamstress transition after a long flight. Upon arrival at the hotel, all of the staff, beginning with the front door, were extremely polite ans gracious, and we were able to expedite the check-in process in our suite versus waiting in line in the lobby. Room service, the spa and dining interactions were all 5 star, and we ended our visit with the same car service back to Bangkok airport with additional support for a smooth check-in at the ticket counter. We shall be back soon.

One night was not nearly enough to enjoy this exquisite property that serves as an urban retreat in the midst of bustling Bangkok. It was the final night of our Thailand honeymoon and a great send off with our decorated bed and sweet rest upon arrival. The room was spacious and well appointed with plush robes, slippers, toiletries, a good quality hair drier, excellent shower. There was even a menu of pillow options. The fitness center and pool offered great views of the city, as did our room. I just wish the a/c had been better in the gym, but it had everything needed for a complete work out. The breakfast buffet was expansive, and all Staff through the property was friendly and accommodating. The property was beautifully decorated for The holidays as well. Hope to stay longer next time!

Drive is a bit further from the airport, but we'll worth the extra time to drive for our two nights stay. Buffet is Thai style (great) and that was included. The staff was more than accommodating. Met us at midnight of our arrival at airport. Used their suggested services and allow charges to room. Also, Help track lost luggage for the stay and continue to monitor the wear about of the luggage.

Great location - near shops, restaurants and public transportation. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and there’s always someone around to help you. When we arrived via BTS, the person that opened the door for us, also got us an elevator and pressed the button for us…but then again this is the St. Regis and this level of detailed service is normal. I also appreciated the host at breakfast for introducing me to Thai breakfast items. The pool is also quite nice and relaxing as well. The size of the gym was larger than expected and the equipment was good too. Overall stay was great and service was fantastic.

The St. Regis Bangkok teaches a master class in luxury and service. We were warmly greeted on our after midnight arrival and treated excellently by everyone at the hotel throughout our stay. The pool is not to be missed and IGNIV is a fantastic fine dining experience. The St. Regis offers the perfect peace and quiet after a busy day in the wonderful city below.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay. Will rate 6 stars if I can. Everything from the rooms, staff, restaurant area, amenities, all are top-notch. This is the pinnacle of luxury hotels in Bangkok. It begins from the moment you walk into your room. It smells clean. The lights, temperature are all optimal. Elegant music on the tv. Welcome snack and fruits on the table. 10/10 cleanliness, could not find a single fault. Even the pieces of info paper in the room are lined up perfectly, to the exact angle. Then your butler come introduce his/herself, and assist you with any requests, prepare coffee/tea. I have stayed in many luxury hotels. What sets St Regis Bangkok apart is the attention to details. Sometimes a hotel can seem like luxury, by using premium finishings and furniture. But upon closer inspection, many things will seem like an afterthought and randomly tossed together. St Regis is so much beyond that. When you look closer, you find even more luxurious details. Everything is well executed and planned out from the start. Tiny complaint I had was the handle on the bathroom door was loose, and a scratch on the office table. Also the entry door could be more soundproof, as you can hear noise from people walking by in the hallway. Book a suite if you don’t want to hear that from the bed. 100% I will stay here again. Thank you to the St Regis team for such a wonderful experience 🙏

Best breakfast I've had in Bangkok They had everything and cooked to order, it was amazing. The room was spacious and clean, nothing to complain about. A nice view over Royal Bangkok Sports Club. I had a butler service 24h which was nice but I had no reason to use it. Did not have time to try any of the restaurants. Gym was ok, pool was nice, and had a lot of sun hours. Really pleasant having direct access to the BTS. Check in could have been smoother since there was not a lot of guest at the time. I would stay here again, splurge again, it's nice, you should try it.

A 5 star hotel with great dining options. Tried IGNIV, Viu, and the dessert shop at the lobby and all were very enjoyable culinary experiences. One issue with the place is the parking, which can be tight for larger cars.

A perfect stay, from the staff hospitality to the hotel services. Room well organized, big and super clean. The breakfast is the plus that makes you never forget St Regis BKK.

The St. Regis is connected by bridge to the BTS Ratchadamri station, location-wise it's very good. Staff is excellent as should be on the highest level Marriott brand. Breakfast is great. Why I gave 4* is that at this price it's lacking an executive lounge and even though the rooms are nice, I don't think paying double compared to other Marriott properties that do have a lounge and a good (or even better) location, like Marriott Marquis Queen's Park or Reneissance Ratchaprasong is worth it (for me). If you want to stay at a St. Regis cheaper than at most other locations in the world, it won't disappoint you.

We travel a lot. We discovered the St. Regis Bangkok last December. We returned for several days in March. Every aspect of this hotel was excellent. We plan to return again in the next couple of months. Special thanks to a director named Michael Donato. He and his entire team were amazing. From the staff at the front door, to the check-in team, housekeeping, butlers, the wonderful restaurant and lounge staff and food. All excellent. We can't wait to return! And thanks St. Regis!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare thousands of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be disappointed. One of our fav Hotel for a quick getaway in Bangkok while enjoying the High-end vibes all around the hotel. Connected to a BTS station & conveniently located near Central World Mall & other shopping centers. Breakfast buffet is a must.

St. Regis is a top notch property. I was able to use my AMEX benefits which made it even better. Check-in was super easy and I was upgraded to the Metropolitan suite which was wayyyy more space than I needed but no complaints from me. The room and the property was amazing. You could relax in the room for a long time but who comes to Bangkok to do that. Right in the center of downtown so super close to a lot of things. I ordered room use to try and use my $100 credit and the Salmon was some of the best I ever had. I tried to order the Australian Steak, but they didn’t have any life and didn’t call to let me know until about 20 minutes after I placed my order. They do serve breakfast at the restaurant. I had to get mine to go since I had an early flight the next day.

Needless to say, if you have been to a St Regis, you can't resist to stay in another St Regis. The location is great. Food is good. The staff made the whole experience awesome. The room is comfort, good standard as usual. Location is good. Well connected to the MRT and quite central location (near enough to be away from the crowded). Very good equipped gym. The only downside was the wish the pool was opened earlier daily.

I'll tell you some thing that online travel agents don't want you to know. When booking resorts use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ They've got the best deals on hotels! Much better than using orbitz, priceline, agoda. That's for sure!!! My kids are loving to stay in St.Regis ‘coz the movie library list was awesome. Butler are excellent 24 hr services.

Thank you for your kind hospitality. I have a very pleasant and enjoyable time while staying at the hotel. The room is awesome. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent as well as the bathtub. I loved the two separate sinks very much. Also the fitness room is nice and quiet. So thank you for your hotel accommodations and services.

Afternoon High Tea was well worth the money. Stunning facility and gorgeous view of green space. Amazingly accommodating staff. Overall wonderful experience. If you book through their website rather than a third party, you can get a complimentary beverage. Eve was the sweetest server.

Truly 5 star guest hospitality service & attentive staffs. Variety choices of breakfast from American, Asian & Thai. As the location is in center of Bangkok, only some few steps from BTS sky train , I find this hotel is more for business travelers, especially for room style, standard swimming pools. It is not resort type of hotel.
