Make no mistake, this hotel probably deserves to be rated 4/5 star. It's located within walking distance of various malls; Room was splendid with an amazing view and amenities (bidet included for those such as myself who seek it out); Staff were friendly and breakfast was okay albeit a little crowded for the venue it was held at. HOWEVER, it did not please me at all to find a cockroach scuttling around in my room. Such an incident should not be happening at a hotel with a rating of 4/5 stars. If even boutique hotels can assure the absence of cockroaches in guests' rooms, it is quite the disappointment for one to be found in a room of such a highly regarded hotel.

3rd times we stay here; they renovated the room; we loved everything; we are surprised that they build internal water purrifiers. Breakfast extra ordinary. So much clean. This hotel have good management

Location of the hotel is really prime and convenient - given that it’s connected to MBK. Check in process was slightly long but was expected as there is only 2 counters opened. Overall process was smooth. Justification of 2 stars came from the fact that I found a living roach scuttling around the bathroom and I had to kill it myself. Pretty gross. Next, we were LOCKED OUT on the day of our check-out date despite having approval of late check-out from the very start of the booking. Strangely, I was able to take the lift out but was unable to tap into my room. Had to make my way down and queue up at the check-in counter to get it rectified. The staff on duty that day was astonished to hear that I had requested for late check-out and was super reluctant. After a good 10 minutes of explaining to her, she finally re-issued me with a card to get back to my room - where all my luggage was. For a 4/5 star hotel, I was certainly not expecting this service and level of cleanliness. By the way, daily breakfast buffet was alright - nothing outstanding.

Highly recommended!!! The hotel room just have renovated after the pandemic so it is very nice and clean. The hotel located in the heart of Bangkok, so very easy to travel to anywhere with BTS sky train. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again for such a superb services which worth for what you pay for!!!

Rooms and facilities were fabulous. My girlfriend really enjoyed the breakfast. However, I did a little less, so due to the buffet being a little busy (although maybe just me being jet lagged). Expensive drinks, but it is a five-star resort. Can't comment on other food as we always ate out. The pool and spa facilities are top-notch. Really enjoyed the hotel and they organised a reasonably priced taxi for us

I'm so glad we went with this hotel to base ourselves in Bangkok. Like others have said the fact the big shopping centre MBK is within the same complex is fantastic. Bangkok is not pedestrian friendly. We got around by taxi and from this location very easy to get to the locations we needed to. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when it came to advising us foreigners that whether some taxi prices were reasonable or not. The room was nice and fancy. I just wish it didn't have the glass in between the bathroom and the room, and the blind automatically goes up once you come back into the room. Some of us like a little privacy while taking care of business, lol. Breakfast buffet also great lots of choice from Western and Asian dishes. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

The hotel is stunning and located right above the MBK. The breakfast is nice but in my opinion there was not enough selection of normal food that is eaten at breakfast. There was a lot of cooked food that didn't suit my taste, in addition there is no separation between the cheeses and the meats, which makes it difficult for kosher or vegetarians. The drainage in the shower was bad, like putting your feet in a shallow pool. The staff was courteous, especially the bellboys and the concierge. There is a filtered water tap in the room which was unique and incredibly useful. The pool and the gym are at a high level, the jacuzzi is less successful. We were surprised to find out that the prices on the bar menu do not include anything (tax, tip) which clouded the experience. A great hotel, but I would not recommend it for the amount I paid. If it cost me less, maybe I would think differently.

This was a great hotel. The service was exceptional, managers coming to the room if there was an issue, room services were always within a few minutes. Breakfast was enjoyable. Nice room and the gym is the best gym you will have in any hotel. Well placed to get around or just walk around. May only be 4 star but is 5 star service

The property is located in an excellent location near all kinds of attractions and shopping centers, the hotel management and staff were very friendly. The food and drinks are of good quality and we were able to enjoy the pool with cocktails from the minibar. The room was very spacious, modern with good hygiene. Also a great view over the city, definitely recommended.

I really never been stay here at all. I just walk in to the lobby of this hotel and sitting there at the lobby for 1 hour(maybe a little longer) the staff here was very nice! this is the first thing I can tell. to any other people I am bad looking image person. I am ugly so to say. I dress like beggar. but you know what? the staff just come and say hello and ask if I want some help then I say no thanks I just want to sit and she said 'yes you can sit here at the hotel lobby'. I was sit there a moment one of the boy(waitress) walk to me if I want to order anything then I say 'no! I just want to sit can I? ' and he say yes but I finally order 1 coffee (it's a hotel thing I understand) I never stay even one night here but I am sure you will get a good service if you stay here. to the boss of this hotel you have very good staff so please keep them I can tell you good staff you will not be easy to find. if you ask me "will I pay money to stay here?" I will say "yes I am absolutely will." but the truth of my situation right now is I am absolutely flat broke I am a pauper I cannot afford even to just buy a food living one day in there. so please do not take my word you have to find your impress. to me I did impress with what I have a little touch today any thing else I do not know.

The hotel is worth 5 star from my point of view. I’ve stayed in club rooms in many hotels in this area and this scores the best. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because they did not inform me at check in that there is renovation work going on in the in the rooms next to my room. I literally cannot stay in the room from 9 am to 6 pm !!. Stay away from the 11th and 12th floor. My room was 111X.

One of the best and unique hotels in Bangkok city. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were super clean. And the best thing is the location, it’s beside MBK Mall and you can access the mall through the hotel itself. And last but not least is the price was incredibly affordable. I spent around 200 dollars for 4 nights.

We stayed for two nights at the Horizon Suite. It was a family vacation for my wife, daughter and I. The room is big with great views but cleanliness can be improved. There were noticeable stains on the floor and it feels sticky. In addition, the room looks slightly dated. Breakfast was decent but selection was limited. We had access to the club lounge thus had our breakfast there for both mornings. During our last breakfast at the club lounge, I ordered a double omelette that is supposed to come with a number of sides such as hash brown, cherry tomatoes, bacon etc. However, a totally plain omelette arrived instead. I checked with the male staff on duty and he explained because Arabs prefer to be specific with what they order thus he didn’t add those ingredients for me. It is ridiculous because I neither look nor sound Arab. Anyway, he could have asked if he wasn’t sure but he didn’t. In retrospect, it seems like the hotel’s main clientele are Arabs thus the service is geared towards them (e.g, there was a specific Middle Eastern menu right at the entrance when we entered our room). Overall, the service is a hit-and-miss. Location wise, the hotel is conveniently connected to MBK centre but it is not a shopping mall we favour. The plus point is the connection to other shopping malls such as Siam Centre, Siam Discovery and Siam Paragon. The main positive factor for this hotel is the decent price point. In summary, it was a decent stay if our expectations were low. Personally, I will not return.

Love this hotel! I stayed there with my wife for 4 days and everything went fine. We had breakfast everyday at the buffet and the food was delicious. The hotel is next MBK Center, where you can find a lot of stores (clothes, makeup, shoes, food and restaurants). I didn’t take pictures but I really recommended. I am uploading the view from my room.

If you're looking to be right at the center of tourist attraction of shopping malls, then look no further! This hotel is right at the center of things and connects to the MBK after which you can continue to connect to other malls like the Siam Paragon etc. In regards to the hotel, it's a full five stars all amenities included. I stayed there twice, first time with family, bigger and newer room, which is wonderful! but even when I stayed by myself, the smaller room was still great! Hotel has a running track on the roof, gym and pretty much anything else you can come up with. My second stay, I checked in late so they let me check out late at 14 the next day. I was very pleased with this hotel. Give it a try I think you won't regret it.

It is sad to say that this hotel has seen better days. My problem occurred because I had booked a corner deluxe king room, and had confirmation of this room type booked via email. The reception advised me that they had only a deluxe king booked through my agent. After arriving on a 9 hour flight ready to go to bed, I was told I would have to contact my agent to sort it out (this was at 11pm at night). I provided them with my booking confirmation showing all of the relevant details including the room type being corner king. The only contact I got about this complaint was the night before our departure where they just reconfirmed that their system showed a deluxe king room. So for some reason I have paid extra money for a better room type but never received this. I didn't think that it was a significant thing for them to address, but I got the impression that they were really reluctant to offer anything to address the problem. That is why I don't think that this property lives up to its standard. The whole experience made me feel quite humiliated given I had talked to my partner about how lovely the hotel would be, especially with a corner deluxe king room that I had booked.

Loved this place! The dinner table in our room was an added touch by our request. The front desk staff were incredible in assisting with a surprise for our anniversary - even threw in a free piece of cheesecake. Perfect location for exploring and shopping and the pool and jacuzzi are great for resting and relaxing. Couldn't ask for more. Definitely a luxury experience.

Unfortunately I cannot praise the hotel. I was in the hotel for 2 weeks in April 2022 and I have to say it wasn't really good for a 5 star hotel. The cleanliness especially in the pool area leaves a lot to be desired and is not good. A lot would have to be repaired. The breakfast is sparse and not good and the breakfast room is not big enough for the amount of people - one coffee machine for the whole breakfast area!??? With a few exceptions, the employees are not really friendly and courteous. No flowers or fruit or welcome drink on arrival - sorry I know that differently in Bangkok. My room had the following damage in the 2 weeks that had to be repaired - no light (electrical failure), leaking air conditioning and drain clogged. Nothing earth shattering but annoying for a 5 star hotel. Therefore everything ulin not appropriate for the price!

I have stayed in this hotel for 7 nights with breakfast included, and I am really happy with it. Staff are helpful and polite, location is the best thing because the MBK center is just right next to the hotel. Although some things need to be improved such as poor variety of food but basically the hotel is very good and worth money you pay for.

Our stay at the Pathumwan Princess and easy and with no issues. Check in staff were friendly and professional, Our room was clean and staff in the common areas were always very helpful and courteous. Lots to choose from for the breakfast buffet. Staff at the Studio Bar, (Pool level) are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they make delicious cocktails.

We are returning guests. Pros 1. Prefers member lounge for breakfast once in a while to avoid the crowds. 2. The member's lounge waitress is excellent, she remembers our drinks orders for my family. 3. Connecting rooms are a haven, large and clean. Cons 1. Limited choice at Member's lounge. Should alternate with Bristol for long stayer. 2. Check in counter services have dropped, I booked 2 rooms for 6 days and can't get both rooms to late checkout at the same time. The checkout timing is half an hour apart. While I understand it's crowded, don't understand why we can't have the same checkout timing, especially if it's only half hour apart.

Was really excited to stay in this hotel as it was in a very good and central location. Entering the lobby, the place seems outdated and for the 5 star hotel premium, it feels a bit short off the mark. Once checked in, we made our way to the elevators and it has the same old fashioned, tired feel. Once we got to our room, it was quite spacious and layout was pretty good. Bathroom was newly renovated so tiles and glass was clean. However, the cheap toiletries were a let down. Didnt smell good so we didn't use it. Bed was comfy and the rest of the room was good. Room service was shocking, especially for the price paid. Breakfast was good, really enjoyed the variety. The pool area was nothing special. The gym was huge and filled with machines. Location was the best thing about this hotel. Very central and easy enough to jump in a taxi for about 150 baht to go to most tourist attractions. The Bell Boy was super helpful, I wish I would have noted his name. He was very friendly and really helpful with information. You can ask him anything and he will sort you out. When checking out, service was bad. There was another customer behind us and another random young couple just pushed in front of us all and the staff served them. We were looking at each other rather shocked as we were in the queue for a while now. We also had to get to the airport. Super annoying. Most probably won't be back.

We stayed at the suite but it bedroom & living room floors has got some stains. We observed the same minor stains on bathtub. We have high expectations of cleanliness because it’s a 5 star hotel but unfortunately the suite room fell short of our expectations. The view of the room is spectacular though & location was good (part of MBK).

Excellent! It was my second time being there getting the service. I had body scrub and body massage. Warm welcome and professional. The massage was so great. I bought this package for a friend of mine as a birthday present since I have no idea nothing else could be better and she loves it. Definitely go back as soon as I can!

3/5 overall. Love the location and most of the staff were polite but there was so much disorganisation it was incredible. We stayed for a month and we got woken up at 5:30 4 times in the first 2 weeks, needless to say I wasn't happy and eventually after complaining enough they understood this wasn't acceptable. After I eventually complained about a number of issues I had, they took the feedback on board and service improved a lot. Used the sports, fitness and massage offerings. Quite good, only annoying thing is having to wear a mask at all times in fitness even if on a treadmill, it makes exercising very difficult but I understand they have to enforce rules. Korean BBQ was okay. Breakfast was quite good but got boring eventually (not their fault). Room size was good. Good TV channels and generally nice service. Would recommend and would stay here again based on the final 2 weeks of the stay.

At my arrival to the hotel, noticed I had a room type booking issue, but the hotel was already fully booked. With the help of the amazing staff, the issue was solved for the best. The morning breakfast is fresh and variant. Didn't have time to enjoy the pool and the club lounge was closed due to COVID restrictions. Hope to come a visit and enjoy the hotel again.

Really good places to stay. Enjoyed every moment of it. The room was really nice - clean and comfortable. An unusual feature was fresh filter water in the room with a tap. The location can't be better, being attached to one of the biggest mall.

The best hotel in Bangkok with the best service I had so far: Pathumwan Princess Hotel, Bangkok On arrival at the hotel, the complete management and club lounge staff greeted me in front of my hotel room, which was decorated with balloons and pictures of me at the terrace. Later the German Chef himself brought me some sweet compliments from his kitchen. After l the medical appointment I took a nap and the afternoon tea with snacks had been served by the club lounge staff, who announced at the same time that happy hour drinks & dinner will be served in 2h!!! Pathumwan Princess hotel is just amazing! I highly recommend it to everyone coming to Bangkok. A special thanks to Stefan Heintze and resident manager Patcharee Phetpiroon and all club lounge service staff.

Amazing hotel with great facilities. The hotel also connects to MBK Center and a short walk to the BTS Skytrain, Siam Paragon and other shopping centres. I definitely felt the warmth and friendliness from all staff I interacted with during my stay. Check in and check out was efficient. The room was clean, modern and well furnished and serviced each day by housekeeping staff. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped with amenities and water pressure was great. The day bed was nice to look out the window and admire the skyline and watch the day go by. Filtered water tap available in the room to fill up your own drink bottle which helps you stay hydrated in the Bangkok heat and also reduce plastic. Buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. I also booked the hotel transfer service to and from the airport (Toyota Camry), which was comfortable, airconditioned and efficient with bottled water provided for the journey. I will definitely stay at the hotel again when I visit Bangkok next.

Room 2032 After 13 hour flight we got to our hotel around 10am and check in wasn’t till 3pm, I was dreading it. However whilst we went to check in they said we could freshen up on level 8 which was amazing, to shower after such a long journey and when we got back to check in to see if the room was ready. And it was ready. We got to check in early around 11am. Thats what I call first class service. Pro Staff very friendly & efficient Nice space room & Clean Water Filter unique ( no need to buy water bottles) Mbk mall was on our door step. Best place to exchange money is at β€˜super rich’ and you havd food places to eat, mcds, Thai, Indian 7/11 for SIM cards Easy to get tourist attractions Massive Gym Area Cons For breakfast very limited halal options Housekeeping was very basic, just changed sheets, towels and bins, the floor and table had dust etc so maybe management need to give housekeeping longer time to clean the room

Hotel is now quite dated and in need of a refurb. Was magnificent in its prime but a lot of wear and tear around. Chaos at breakfast also, with long lines to get to the food and very basic food assortment and options. Overall Service was great and maid service exceptional. Great location- can’t get any closer to the hustle and bustle. Overall it’s a busy hotel so quality is compromised.

The room is highly well designed, I liked how you can have access to the lights and electricity plug & usb ports in both sides of the bed. The tap water filter is unique as well, where we didn’t have to buy water bottles or ask the hotel to provide some. The best thing is that it is near to the shopping malls, where we only have to use Taxis only if we are going to any place which is not in a walkable distance. The only thing which I really hate, is whenever you leave the room, the AC is automatically turned to 26CΒ° which is really bad thing, especially when you come at the end of the day to rest and find the room is extremely hot and it is very difficult to have it back cold. They also have a good firm pillows not like the other hotels where their pillows are very and you have to use 2-3 pillows

Good location. Plenty to do and see for your average tourist. Modern well kept rooms(with smart tv Netflix Amazon etc). Slightly more expensive than other hotels of the same calibre in my view Staff were polite and professional. Spa is not too bad but you can get an equally good if not better massage for much cheaper close by. Also the staff kept talking and laughing to each other during massage which makes it quite uncomfortable Would stay again just don’t use the spa

Perfect for a short stay in Bangkok. Everything worked really well - from the smooth check in, great room with a view on the city, clean, modern rooms. Filtered water tap was a great unexpected feature. Everything felt clean and well maintained. Staff Breakfast tasty with Thai and western options and even at busiest times never waited for the table. Conveniently located in the very centre of Bangkok and adjacent to a shopping mall and you can get to sky train without even going out and enjoy the aircon! Finally, the 8th floor pool πŸ‘Œ

Overall, i liked it. The room condition, city view, accessibility to malls, swimmimg pool, etc. However, on the last night of my stay, my neighboring room was noisy for several hours. I was awakened at 2 am due to the slamming noise. I called the front desk three times, but the noise persisted.

No 5 star luxury at this hotel! Stayed Sept 23. Our room was extremely dated, literally every surface (Walls, floor, furniture) was stained and scratched. The sink was covered in gauges and actual cracks. The view was horrific. This was hands down the worst hotel suite we ever stayed in. The pool is only suitable for swimming laps, no good for children or lounging. The only reason to stay at this hotel is the convenient location and staff are friendly. I did complain and as staff were aware of the condition of the room they were not surprised and I was moved to a different room with a slightly better view and in slightly better condition. After years of patronage we will be looking for a different Bangkok hotel next year. You can’t stick a returning guest in a room this bad and expect them to return.

A huge hotel which need an upgrade very soon! It seems a little bit to old. Cracks in the ceiling and flour etc. Breakfast room is too crowdy. Beside of this, the bed is really comfortable. I sleep very well! It’s located on a nice place. Next tot the MBK as well.

Breakfast is average, service is average, check in a checkout fast and cortius, bellboys really nice and helpful, room service is really average amenities provided are bare minimum at the most. Coffee and tea provided don't drink more than one because that's all you get apart from the negatives there are positives, lounge is good service good food average but it's got a great location

The rooms are fairly nice in general with some flaws, especially in the most expensive suite. The shade on one side of the room is motorized, however, sun light gets leaks in and I'm awake by the light every morning around 6-7am. The water pressure is very weak in the shower. Some of the lights in the room flicker randomly and the night light keeps turning itself on automatically. There are large gaps on the room entrance door. You can basically peaks in and out the door. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is convenient as it's attached to the MBK center and close by subway station.

Top location, hotel attached to MBK mall, right next to National Stadium station and 10 min walk to Siam Station; sometimes taking the train is recommended because of the traffic condition in downtown Bangkok. Horizon suite was well appointed. Very nice toiletries by Elemental Herbology, Nespresso Coffee machine and TWG tea bags provided. And also filtered water readily accessible. Lobby was huge and relaxing, at times there was soothing live music. Check in and out was a bliss and an early check in was made available and much appreciated. Every staff member that we encountered from housekeeping to club lounge was extremely friendly and helpful. Club lounge access for suite rooms was very much value added. Staffs were very friendly and food was heavenly and I got to taste different menu for the 5 days I was there. Breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour were thoroughly enjoyed;) I thought the lounge was only for 18+ but there were children when I was there. I can understand family with children would love to have access to club lounge too but the ambience of the lounge was slightly compromised in the presence of children. Perhaps management could work something out and assign a special area for family with young children in the future. However, we did encounter some problems during our stay, as this is a relatively old hotel despite being refurbished on the outside but still struggling with its old plumbing system and the sewerage system. We stayed 5 nights, toilet was clogged on the first night, water pressure was very low at certain times of the day; essentially water was just dripping from the rain shower. Water temperature was not constant and also on one occasion I could not get the water to warm up. I also wished that the suite wasn't a connecting room as soundproofing wasn't the best and I could hear kids from the connecting door and from the corridor. All curtains should have electric curtain tracks. Personally the biggest drawcard was the Olympic Club, nice, big well maintained swimming pool, water was sparkling in the sun; pool was never too rowdy or crowded. Huge gym with only the best equipment, exercise classes, steam room, sauna, badminton hall etc. Nice spa available and with special discount for hotel guests.

Great location, connected to Siam shopping malls. Not many selections of breakfast, room is small, air conditioner is sensor controlled so when you sleep or outside, it will return to its auto mode. Good 25 meter swimming pool.

First time to stay here and very impressive. The hotel is licated next to MBK Centre. It is in a busy area. The commute is convenient through BTS Siam Square Station. There are many department stores, restuarants, and shopping districts nearby. The room is tidy and clean. Services are excellent. During COVID-19, restaurants in the hotel are closed but room service is available. Highly recommended.

They were not so friendly as a reception. Even the room was not very clean upon check in. I dont think i would go there again and ill look for a better options for sure. The only good thing about it is the location inside the famous huge shopping mall and the breakfast was really good.

This is my favourite hotel when in Bangkok. The Staff in the hotel are always friendly and welcoming. Special credit to a team member named Phirun. He went above and beyond to assist with my requests. the location is very central, we were made to feel right at home. will return soon for sure.

Grate hotel, clean cozy, modern, and spacious. Perfect location for shipping, just above the MBK mall. A short walk from other malls. Very nice view of the city. Very nice swimming pool. Good food, good service.

Service was amazing. Was given a free room upgrade. Staff also helped my friend sort out her PCR test to travel back home. Rooms were cosy and bed was very comfy. Their fitness centre is huge and the swimming pool is a proper 25m pool with about 6 or 7 lanes. Located right next to MBK centre and very close to Siam station and Siam centre.

I am staying in the hotel it is verry great and verry easy to stay at I feel like the hotel is abandoned. Stayed there many times and enjoyed it. The pool is Great and the reasuants to. Currently the shopping mall that it is connected to is a inconvenient place to manager and had to find my way around. To add after staying for 2 days the food is stone cold after ordering ot room service takes close to an hour to appear an domestic stone cold.

Worst checking ever ! I stand in front a desk 20 minutes just watching someone tipping on his computer. No welcome drink, no sitting proposition during the time they are doing the paperwork. It’s starting on the wrong foot. Hope the rest of my journey in this hotel will be better.

We did our 1day quarantine in a corner suite. Really nice view, not so much choise for room service. Also pricy both the room and room service.

My worst living experience in this hotel has been 1 year passed at least. They did not make any change for their wrong speed dial at all. The mistake made me to lost 5000 business. People who wnat to live there, please make sure you have nothing expected on them at the first atage before you choose this hotel for your business trip. - How dare you remove my old comment....

Staff need lots of training to effectively serve guests from all over the world with a level of service expected from 4 and 5 star hotels. Breakfast was basic, almost same options everyday. Room cleaning was done very late on most days.

Very nice newly renovated 5 star hotel. Nice big pool with enough sunbeds. Good for swimming, but only 4pm sun in January. Breakfast is very tasty and plentiful. Room cleaning unfortunately only every two days. There should be more in a 5 star hotel. Otherwise top, especially because we got a small upgrade. Thank you again for that. :-)

Nice large pool but only one staff and have to use room service to get drinks there. Rooms are nice but lack power sockets. Club lounge was closed. Could have been better for a 5 star hotel

For the price of the room offered, this hotel is not bad. The goods are such as newly renovated, clean and air-condition working well. Staff are quite helpful though a bit slow. Location is excellent. The bad includes limited internet to 4 devices for the whole hotel but each time you move from coffee house to room, gym, swimming pool etc, the line need re-connection and cannot be connected due to limited 4 devices. It is a shame hotel of this standard is doing this kind of limitation. The windows in the room has leakages where water sip in to the floor. Check in was slow.

Our 2nd time staying in this hotel after 4 years. It's been amazing so far and the staff are every so helpful and always happy to serve. Everyone is positive and warm towards their guests from the front-desk staff all the way to room-service staff. House-keeping is top notch and always on time to make up the rooms. Breakfast is amazing but the variety has reduced since our last visit, but it's still amazing. Our view from the room is incredible. We even tried the spa located in level 8 (Bangkok Spa) with was amazing as well. Our masseuses were Na and Nana when we took a one hour oil massage with the lavender oil option.

Very nice hotel attached to the MBK shopping center. Nice pool located on the 8th floor. Great view. Breakfast was good, a mixture if American, European, and Thai food. I was worried about the noise from all the traffic on the street but on the 21st floor it was dulled.

Solid 4 star hotel. Rooms are a good size, modern, clean, and comfortable as expected. The breakfast was also great! 2 reasons it’s not a 5 star hotel for me. Overall a very comfortable stay and in a great location. 1) hotel cleaning people seemed short staffed in November 2022 resulting in inconsistency in terms of our rooms not being cleaned and organized, even by 18:00. 2) only some of the hotel staff can speak English which big personal distinction for me when looking at β€œ5 star hotels”

Great hotel. We loved it. Connected to MBK Center which is fun for some finding and haggling over cheap goods. Siam paragon is a luxury mall with 10 minutes also. Bangkok is busy and tough to get around quickly, but this was a good location.

Always have a great stay at the hotel. Staff are really helpful. Check in and check out is quick. Housekeeping can't do enough and always friendly. Thanks to Mo at hotel lobby who saved the day and organizing a taxi in minutes to the airport when ours was a no show.

Had a wonderful stay here. The location was great with easy access to MBK mall, and close to the tour, we went on to temples and the palace (which was arranged through the hotel). Breakfast is a great selection, and staff assisted me with getting a decaf coffee every morning. We also enjoyed happy hour in the lounge listening to the piano and staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is located on the best location which next to MBK and easy to go to the another department stores around there by public transportation. It's very convenient. The room is beautiful, clean and good view. Breakfast also good. Staffs are very nice and helpful especially K. Natty. Can't wait to be back here again.
